Complete trailer service for my snowmobile trailer. New Lugnuts, repack the bearings, rewired the electrical connection. New tires, and rims. Etc.owner is AWESOME. Honest service a good prices. Highly recommend.They thought of stuff to do to my trailer to make it better that I didn t even know about

Schwartz s Trailer Sales is a great business with very kind and helpful owners and staff! They worked on a horse trailer of mine last year and got it back to a safe road condition. Recently, they sold a small utility trailer for me on consignment. I definitely recommend this business for any of your trailer needs!

I took a recently aquired used trailer to Schwartz's to have it checked out. They found that the brakes were original and that the magnets were nearing the end of their life. I work on cars for a living, but never knew how trailer brakes worked. They educated me by showing me a set of new brakes. They also saved my old parts so I could wrap my head around the need to replace the drums. This built a huge amount of trust for me.I was in and out in the same day, and while they had it they sold me the right insert for my hitch to get the trailer to ride level.I also had them install a brake controller on my tow vehicle, which they adjusted while they had the trailer on the vehicle.I have no idea whether I would have paid more or less at another trailer shop, and I don't really care. I know I got a great value and have trust in these folks.

I have never had a bad experience with them. Today I picked up my new trailer that was ordered way back in April. I will continue to bring my trailers here for all of my service needs.

Went there with my daughter feeling really unsafe, within an hour and a half feeling absolutely totally safe with the connection Brent did he is wonderful!!! well his mechanic did it

Over 4 decades Schwartz's has been my go to for anything I need for fishing. I just bought a new grill tank and had it filled, the young lady who sold me the tank( very courteous and professional) promptly found an equally impressive young man who filled my tank. Your employees remind me of the way full service business used to be. Very refreshing to be treated like a valued customer. Thank you.

Incredible customer service! We were just traveling through and had a cracked trailer rim. Even though it ended up they didn t carry the rim we needed, they took the time to help us troubleshoot, call other dealers to try and find our part, and were so helpful and kind. Highly recommend this business for the level of professionalism and customer care.

These guys are amazing. I own a landscaping company and we often have trailer breakdowns. The guys at Schwartz work fast and often have all the parts in stock that will be needed to make a quick repair to get us back up and running. I really appreciate all the hard work that they do to keep us working. Couldn t be happier to have this dealer in my area.

A good place to shop for fishing equipment. The selection of rods and reels is really amazing. If they don't have what you want in stock, I would be surprised. Everything you could need for fishing is in the store. Check them out sometime soon and see.

I took my trailer to them to fix replace an axle, after going to another trailer shop. Schwartz's promptly measured the axle for me( the other trailer shop told me to measure th e axle myself) and ordered the new axle right away. They got me in immediately and did a great job and a reasonable price. I will definitely go back with any future trailer needs.

Wow...I ve never in my life had such terrible customer service. We walked in today prepared to purchase and pay cash for quite a bit of equipment. The lady acted completely put out to deal with us...never smiled, asked in a flat voice what we wanted, and obviously didn t want to discuss with us our options or even answer our questions. When we asked if she could price a couple of trailers, she sighed heavily like it was too much to be bothered with, and then wouldn t give us prices. She acted like it would be a huge inconvenience to order what we needed. They had almost no inventory, a bad attitude, and zero concept of how to serve their customers.

Just today, I had them install a hitch on my new SUV. They ordered the custom hitch and wiring, scheduled installation, and completed the installation as promised. All this at about half the price my SUV dealer would have charged. I highly recommend them.

I have had several things I have had Schwartz do and every time I am not only pleased with the quality of work but also with the price, the availability, the timeliness, and the attention to detail. They are my go-to source. Schwartz is a phenomenal resource to have!

Schwartz s is super knowledgeable and helpful. Jeff got back to me right away with a quote the same day that I reached out. I had to get a hitch installed on my Toyota Carolla for my motorcycle trailer and they went above and beyond to install it perfectly. They were a little bit more expensive then the larger installers but when I talked to Jeff, he explained that his staff was highly experienced and puts out a great quality installation. I always pay for quality! I maxed out my 2500 limit with no issues from Indiana to Florida. Incredible work! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Scheduled to have a Hitch installed on my Ford Escape primarily for use with a bicycle rack. The folks at Schwartz's did a superb job. The hitch looks to be top quality and it was installed very well and quickly ( although that was not a priority, I was primarily interested in having a good piece of equipment installed properly ).Would highly recommend Schwartz's.

Extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and great on pricing. I had them install a BlueOx tow plate on two different vehicles and they did a great job on both. I d highly recommend.

I had my name on a trailer for 3 weeks. I called to check in on the status of the trailer every week from the time I put my name on it. I offered to put a down payment on the trailer. The trailer finally comes in and I had arrangements to pick the trailer up the following week. I call that week to inform them I m coming in the next day or two ( I live 2 1/2 hours away) and the lady who I m assuming is the owner tells me they sold it that morning! Go spend your hard earned money elsewhere! If you know the trailer market right know then you know it is going to be extremely hard for me to find what I had planned on buying for weeks. Just utter incompetence and horrible customer service.

I've worked with Schwartz with all my trailers. Part of this was because of convenience and part was because I didn't know who else was out there. I took a boat trailer to them and the coupler is no longer made. Needless to say, after multiple phone calls and a lot of research Schwartz completed a complete rebuild for me. I did have to take my trailer to them on another occasion and I scheduled several appointments but at the end of the day, they took care of me and understood. They not only perform quality work but understand the value of good customer service. I'll be going back again in the future.

Took my truck in to check my brake box and they ended up disabling my headlights while traveling out of the state. Not only that but I discovered that they also broke my dashboard. Worst workmanship I've ever had done in my life. Wish I was still in the area, I'd make them fix their shoddy job. Wish I could leave them -5 stars! They don't deserve the one I had to give them. Check your vehicle before you leave. Wish I had done that and caught it before leaving town. It's just pure unprofessionalism at its finest!

This is my go to store for trailer parts.I do my own service work.I'm always treated like I'm the most important customer they have, even though I may only stop in once a year or so.Highly recommended.

This Place rocks!! I came in for what I thought was a complicated install. Ended being less than one hour. From the very first call they never said no. They always told me they would look at it before making the decision. Great staff and exceptional service!!! Thank You Brent!?

Don't deal with them on any boat trailer needs. They don't know a thing about them and are too busy to follow up. Never completed an order that I paid for and I will have to do without the rest of the items paid for. Not worth my time to try anymore to get things correct.

Brian and Mike are just the best. We are from Oregon pulling a 5th wheel and they have saved us two years in a row. Our daughter is from here so we will stop and see them every year.
