Excellent place to buy a boat, new or used. Fantastic to work with, very accommodating, no pressure, welcoming environment. Fantastic pricing and value when comparing the Monterey Boat to other similar boats on the market. Awaiting our sea trial when the weather allows, another perk of buying here.EDIT: Sea trial completed and boat taken home. Small issue found when on sea trial and problem was remedied before we took the boat home without issue. Fantastic people to work with, painless and flawless process!

The sales staff and service staff are top notch.Their lead mechanic is extremely thorough and knowledgeable !In the past 20 years, I have purchased 2 new boats here and each time it was a very good experience.Now, I own an older boat (my 3rd) 1995 Hurricane SE2000 which they have worked on a couple of times and I am extremely happy with their service technicians.

Sold me a boat "on consignment" but didnt disclose the boat owner was an employee. Took forever for them to finalize sending over the titles. They tried to alter the sales contract after the fact so they didnt have to replace or fix the $100 compass. Last they said, weeks ago, the replacement was ordered. Yeah probably wont hear from them again I'd guess. Price was fair though. And they were great dealing with until I signed the initial contract and put down my deposit. After that, the whole process was a mess.

As a recent new boat owner I needed to find a place to unfortunately get some major service done. We're talking head gasket, exhaust manifold replacement, having the head machines, carb rebuilt, water in oil, plugs, wires you name it and port side did it for me. I shopped around and while there may be cheaper fly by night guys out there port side was honest and upfront the whole time. They worked with me on my stated timeline when I needed the boat back they rushed to get me in. I confirmed they only use oem parts and have service guys who are incredibly sharp and good at what they do. They were fair on price and worked with me to earn my business and trust. You know what they say when you buy a boat find a good fair mechanic and I have found that in brad whom I think is their lead service manager. He communicated with me along the way keeping me informed as to the progress of my repairs. Overall trustworthy and honest they don't replace things that don't need fixed just to make more money! Quality group and friendly all around. I got the sense they just want to see people enjoy their time on the water!

Taking care of your boat is never cheap but these guys do great work, do an excellent job of keeping you up-to- Date. They have a great team working there, their work is very well done, clean and seen to be willing to go the extra mile to make you a happy customer I'll definitely be going back.

Our 1st experience buying a boat from a dealer. They were and still are very responsive to my questions & needs.Very accessible.I bought here because of the commitment to service I could feel very very early and still do.

Great people! Dug through parts bins with a flashlight when I showed up during a power outage. Everyone was extremely friendly. Will look to use them again in the future.
