We had transmission issues. Tyler called and laid out my options. He was down to earth and talked thru our options. They did a great job! Got it done before it was promised. Would recommend them to anyone and will definitely go back! They gained a customer! I will direct others to go there!

I've been a client for 20 years. They have done the excellent work on all of our vehicles. Tyler is always honest and upfront and explains the symptons and what work is needed. There pricing is fair and they always back up their work. Tyler is an honest owner like his dad Scott. Randy up front is awesome and honest as well.

I'd taken my vehicles here for repairs for over 15 years. That is a very long time... However, that all came to an end after I took my mini van in October 2021 for break pads and rotor changes and an AC fix. The van had NEVER made break noises unless it needed the breaks changed (normal). After this shop was done, the van has not stopped making break noises for the last year +. I took the van back to them FIVE (5) TIMES to have them fix the issue. They barely drove it around each time (allegedly) and concluded the breaks were fine. Every single time I picked up the van, I knew within 5 minutes that the break job they had done had not fixed the break noise that started after they "fixed" my breaks. They supposedly changed the rotors to another brand, but I still had the same issues with noise. It's not a little bit of noise, folks. It's an ear-piercing loud break noise. Very loud and noticeable.The management of this place has suffered greatly since the owner took a backseat. I remember when this shop was back in Westfield. The owner was awesome. The crew they have working there now couldn't do a simple break job right, and now they've lost a very long-time loyal customer. I was left with a squeaky van, and they just threw up their hands and said that there was nothing else they could do when THEY caused the issue. They told me to drive around for a little bit and that should have fixed the issue. I've driven to Chicago and Florida and back, and the breaks are still an issue. They are supposed to be mechanics, but they can't fix my break noise after 5 attempts? Doesn't sound right, does it?The AC fix was also a failure initially. They left a hose loose, and I had to take the van back to have them fix that. It was all sloppy work and not the type of quality I had come to expect of this shop. Like I said, I am no longer a customer after having taken my vehicles exclusively to this place for over 15 years. I didn't even shop around during that time. I was loyal, but I guess all good things come to an end.Sincerely,Ex-customer going to another shop

These guys are great, I needed my exhaust cut and re-welded farther back. They let me watch and adjust where I wanted it and they knew exactly what I wanted. The welds are quality and the workers are too. Thanks guys.

I had an absolutely amazing experience today with Mufflers and More. I called first thing this morning explained I had an exhaust leak and needed to have it fixed today before picking up kids for school. The person who answered the phone (I believe Randy) told me to bring the car in at 9AM. By 9:10AM the car was already on the lift and by 9:20AM the mechanic told me what I needed. Through casual conversation with Randy at the front desk I learned the mechanic working my car was actually the 3rd generation owner. The car was ready by 10:15AM. The leak was fixed and the car is back to 100%! | never write reviews, but absolutely needed to recognize this family owned shop. They have me as a customer from here on out! Thank you Tyler, Randy and the Mufflers and More team.

Revised 11/7/2023:I spoke with Tyler and understand now the circumstances around the service to my vehicle. I truly appreciate his willingness to reach out and make things right. I will say that the timeliness of the repair was much appreciated and after everything is said and done I will use Mufflers and More again.Communication is poor. I had a check engine light diagnosed. The quote was to do my spark plugs and one coil pack as Mufflers N More determined it was one specific plug that was causing the problem. They were also going to do a fuel injection service/cleaning.I picked up my car after hours and was charged a little more than I was quoted and the spark plug coil pack wasn't listed on the invoice as being changed out. I called and left a message asking if that was an oversight and for somebody to confirm if the coil pack had been replaced. I didn't get a phone call back. 3 or 4 days later, I called again. I did speak to a gentleman who confirmed that the coil pack had not been replaced. I asked him why my bill was the same (and a little more)?...why wasn't it less than quoted because part of the quoted work didn't get done? The guy I was speaking with didn't have an answer but assured me he would get one and call me back. I still haven't heard from anybody.I can't speak to their quality of work as spark plugs on my vehicle aren't difficult. What I can speak to, and the reason for the 2 stars, is their really, really poor communication and disappointment that I was quoted a price for specific work, charged the quoted price...but not all of the work was done. Just a call back with an explanation probably would've remedied this entire situation.

Tyler at Mufflers and More is amazing. His shop is efficient, friendly, and willing to help you out. Mufflers and More helped me get my Mustang back on the road quickly and for a great price. I will never take my car anywhere else for anything, except tires, they don't do tires.

I cannot express enough gratitude for Tyler and the team at Mufflers and More. We had another shop quote us triple the amount that Mufflers and More would charge.Not to mention that he charged for labor for one thing, but also fixed a plethora of other issues... Without charging us anything additional! At notice of repair, there was a smaller thing that was forgotten, I did not mind-but Tyler fit it in last minute and made the fix and didn't charge a thing!It has been a long and difficult road to Mufflers and More, but I couldn't be happier now that I'm here with mechanics and a shop that ACTUALLY CARES about its customers and does quality work.Seriously, I could go on, but don't miss your chance to get your vehicle to Mufflers and More. Best mechanic around. Not an exaggeration!Update: Another trip in for a car that I'm trying to keep alive as long as possible. Sometimes I want to give up, but this shop finds the problems and nails it on the fix, and the cost remains more than fair. Thanks, Mufflers and More.

I had been to this shop several times before for exhaust work and they had done an excellent job, so I thought I'd try them for the 'More part. They also do suspensions and brakes.Just no tires.I needed brake pads installed and they were quick to get me in ans very reasonably priced. And once again did an excellent job.They also did not try to upset me for a half a dozen other services I did not need. I really appreciate that.My go to place for car repairs.

I called Monday and made an appointment for this morning at 8am. I told them I would be waiting with a child. I get there and they "don't take appointments". Last time I was there, about 2 weeks ago, I had an appointment and they worked on my vehicle when I showed up for the appointment. We waited with no issues. So what is the difference between then and today? They definitely suck at running a business. I went to CarX and I'm fixed and ready to get back on the road and it's almost 9am!

This is the place to get your exhaust fixed. Don't go anywhere else! It I'm serious! They ended up being way way cheaper than everybody else and were extremely honest about the work that needed to be done. Some places were trying to charge me $800 more for something that shouldn't have been too hard to fix.The business was clean and the couches were very comfortable. The work was done quick as well! Now, remember that if a business is backed up they're going to be backed up.We are going to be telling our friends and family about this place and will not go anywhere else.As a heads up, they perform most services! From transmission to brakes. If you have a question about whether or not they can do something just give them a call. They are extremely friendly and do not bite. I have been going to mufflers and more for 20 years and I went there when Chuck and Scott in Westfield, now I go where Tyler Scott s son in Noblesville I have seen these guys give free work for people and go a extra mile I can t imagine going to a other dealer ship that rips u off with at least 1000 dollar bill. Tyler comes from good family and he is ver very honest keep up the work!Service: Exhaust

What a great experience I had! Their price, customer service and speed was exceptional. The Technician spent his time driving and looking over my truck which made me feel like he really did care and wasn t just trying to sell me something I didn t really need. Loved that they were very knowledgeable, honest, extremely reasonable and the way I was treated from beginning to end. Happy I was referred to them by a friend and I won t take my vehicles anywhere else.

Over 2500 miles and half way into a vacation far from home, my Lexus GX 460 check engine light comes on. I called the local Lexus dealer s service department for an appointment but they were unable to see me until the following week.That s when Mufflers and More Indy stepped up. When I come here the guys are always nice. Very nonexpsensive, they do the bestWork! I will never come to a different shop this will be my favorite!
