Bobby and his body guy at the shop were a life saver. After my dealership quoted me $1000 to fix/replace a side mirror, Millers was able to get it done for a MUCH more reasonable price. Thanks guys!

My girlfriend has taken her car there a couple of occasions one for an engine light that they miss diagnosed charging her for their failure to repair it. She had to take it to Hyundai to get it actually fixed. I m ASE certified, and although I don t currently work in the automotive field I was disappointed after she was over charged for the replacement of brake rotors, 100$ in parts but they made it 250$ for parts with some mysterious part fees. They also sanded the brake pads which is not proper and not safe practices and Is practically pointless especially considering I replaced them 3 months ago. Charged her for 2.5 hours of labor even though the job is 1.5 tops. They treated her like she was clueless. Very bad business stop leaving this place positive reviews.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

I brought my car in today to get a second opinion and estimate on damages post accident. Eric helped us and he went above and beyond. Most places we go to they will take our keys and won't be very personable and you can tell it's just business. Eric was not this way. He was very helpful, laid on the ground in the parking lot, explained things to myself and my family member multiple times, and gave an honest opinion. We didn't end up leaving our car there because he was so honest that we knew it was just not worth the money. He could have said it was fine and only addressed cosmetics ike all the other places and gladly accepted our payment. Instead he showed us all the damage and took the time discussing it. Very pleased with the services! No wait time at all either.

My car looks like new again. My only complaint is I had two wait for them to clean it. Two days! And when I arrived I was told to run it thru the car was because I had a car wash sticker. They inside was filthy covered in the dust from the air bags. And there was a coffee cup in it that wasn't mine either. Great body shop, but don't wait for them to "wash" for you.

Best place to get your vehicle worked on in Hamilton county if not all of central Indiana. They take care of most all of the county's emergency response vehicles, it seems. Very trustworthy, fair, and prompt. The only place we've gone for over 10 years. Check them out.

Absolutely 5 star service, I took my car in on a Friday night 20 minutes before closing, they diagnosed problem on the spot. First thing Monday morning called with quote, towed my car to their Cyntheanne Rd location because they were swamped at Allisonville Rd location (no charge for tow), and by Thursday my vehicle was ready. Quote was reasonable and accurate. Everyone is very friendly, made me feel like part of the family. Miller's has my business for life!!

I have used Miller's several times including towing, new tires, transmission replacement, and more. Never had a bad experience. Nick and Amy are great peaple to deal with! Thanks to Millers staff for your hard work and mostly your honesty!

I had my 2004 VW Jetta running rough and finally died on me on a Sunday morning. Called for towing and within about 90 minutes they were there to tow it to their shop. It took the shop about 5 days to diagnose that the car needed new plugs, coil and overall tuneup and to do it. While the labor charge was standard pricing, I felt the parts were a little overpriced (nearly $19 per spark plug & $230 for a coil). All in all, my tune up, plugs, wires, coil and tow was around $690 which was a tough pill to swallow.Enjoyed meeting the guys at the shop, they were all very friendly and professional.

This place is absolutely amazing. I took a long shot and just Googled auto body shops and found them. Nick was extremely helpful with all the information that I needed and as soon as I brought my car up there they got it in and out within a few hours. I will definitely be taking my car back here if I need further repairs and I will definitely recommend them as well.

Seemed like they cared and were nice. But then found out stuff had been stolen out of my car! Extremely upset!! My car was riffled through. No excuse for it. My car was there only 4 hours

Miller's ROCKS. Our motorhome's storage door got damaged. Just stopped in to ask if they could fix. Two technicians jumped into action & fixed it within 30 minutes. this was my 3rd visit to Millers, other times were equally responsive. Cost is quite appropriate. Call Millers for body work. We love Millers.

Charged me to fix the AC in the car. They replaced the drier, condenser and compressor. The ac stopped working a few days later. I had to take it to a separate shop to find out that the reason it stopped working was that plug was not connected. Nick and his boss at Millers refused to acknowledge their mistake. Its one thing to make a mistake, an entirely different thing to avoid responsibility.

Miller's auto body shop in painting mechanical work is good true and Miller has recently retired but his son is running it they got and several locations for Tony from car haulers for small pickup trucks to the big semis they work on your county sheriff department Vehicles very clean very organized place if you need work done on your car repainted either way there on time they do not check around your price I'll see you the price that you yet and that's the price you get unless there something up these pics they do not do it without your permission they're better than weeks Automotive much better two thumbs up for this place
