Great 1st time experience ! Our usual mechanic wasn't available, so we chose this location after reading some reviews. Daughter's car's brakes failed over weekend, we called first thing in the morning, had it towed over and it was fixed by the afternoon. What we assumed was wrong was actually not the problem and the actual issue, as well as a couple we were unaware of, were addressed and fixed. Love & appreciate the inspection with pictures, along with estimates for the work that needed to be done. Very impressed !

I moved here about 2 years ago and started taking my car to Meineke and have never been disappointed. I have a few years of automotive experience, so I am particular about who works on my car and as a female I am very aware of how I am treated. 5 stars is not an exaggeration, I would give more if I could!

Tom was great, he was understanding of our issue and he explained what he found so that we could understand. This was for my son's car and he was at a point of not wanting to drive his car. After Meineke was done my son is happy and excited to have his car back. Thank youBob

I have been taking my car to this location for a few years now. Nash is always a pleasure to deal with and is a trustworthy guy. I have never felt pressured to do any service that showed up on my inspection report but I also get honest feedback about what's important and what can wait.

Had a 11am appointment to evaluate leak in exhaust system. Promptly taken in for inspection. They discovered source of problem & gave cost to repair. 2 hours later, leak was fixed & I was on my way. Fair price, courteous people, & transparent service.

I needed to get my radiator replaced and was recommended to go here. They were very kind and professional. They sent a video showing the issue and a broken down list of the cost to replace the parts. I appreciated the attention to detail and fair prices! Would highly recommend

This was my first time here. I came in because of a $19.95 oil change coupon I found on the internet. My recommendation is call them first and ask what oil your car manufacturer requires. It's almost certainly not the lowest grade oil. If not, that coupon will only get you $10 of the higher price. For my Chevy Cruze, the manufacturer requires the higher grade, which costs $69.99 here. So I was surprised by the price since there is no fine print on the internet coupon that indicates you may pay more than $19.95. Where I usually go - the Chevy dealer - they only charges $55 for the same oil change/tire rotation service, so Meineke was more expensive even with the coupon. Just call ahead and ask how much it would be for your car to avoid the surprise, and don't go in thinking you'll pay $19.95.As far as service goes, they did get me in right on time, finished quickly (35 minutes), and did not try to upsell me on something the car didn't need, which is better than many other places. The staff were friendly, as well.

Dishonest Service. Scheduled a normal oil change; they contacted me with a list of repairs with exceptionally high prices, so all extra services were declined. One request was to replace the air filters. Again, I declined the service due to their high cost. Two days later I purchased the air filters at a local auto parts store. After removing the engine air filter, I found it to be exceptionally clean and no where in need of replacement (photos attached). I doubt they even had inspected it, just automatically said it needed to be changed. What else did they pretend to do?Also, when I started to remove the air filter housing, I noticed the oil dipstick was not fully seated and was sticking up about 3 inches, so the crankcase was not sealed properly as I was driving.Service: Oil change

Came in on a Saturday morning needing an emergency muffler repair and these guys got me in and fixed my car the same day. Great service and reasonably priced. I ll be coming back here for my other automotive needs.

I went here the other day for an oil change & tire rotation and was in and out in about 45 minutes or so. Very reasonably priced and there s often coupons available from the website that can be used for a handful of different services. At the end of your visit they can text you a detailed report (including pictures) of the work they did, an estimate of any future work that needs done, and they provide wonderful customer service! Other mechanics and service centers have definitely overcharged me at other places for the same exact things you can get done here. Nash is a great guy to talk to here and makes sure the mechanics and technicians are on top of their game! Will very likely visit again for future auto services. Meineke in Noblesville is a good place to go for auto services if you re able to get those done there!Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

What great service. I took off work as I was having a fluid leak on my Nissan Altima.. Got an appointment with Meineke and they solved my problem immediately. The oil filter was not previously seated from a prior oil change at Jiffy Lube. They corrected it, filled all fluid levels and did not charge me anything. It was all done with a smile on their faces. I was in town visiting a relative on Memorial Day. My motorhome decided to shuck two tires within two hours. I ended up being towed that night; 5 miles for $375. I spoke with the Noblesville location the next morning, and they said that they would help me out. My spare tire hard cover was also having seating issues, and my tailpipe was bent during one of ths blowouts. The guys saw that I was from VA, and jumped right on it. Gene, in particular, was awesome. He was friendly, fast and efficient. I was back on the road in short order. Big shout out to these guys. Much appreciated!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Beware they charge you a bunch of money my breaker pads and rotors are brand new they said they need to be fixed. It's sad that people do this to others. Learn your knowledge don't get taken advantage of.

I took my car to Meineke for a mechanical issue that I noticed and they have done an awesome job on identifying the problem on top they brought few other findings to my attention which other car service centers completely ignore/missed. I highly recommend this center for any of your car mechanical needs.

The guys working on my car at this place are very friendly and personable. They're relatively quick to fix the issue and are kind enough to provide coffee while you wait. The prices for repairs and man hours is a bit high, but they do reliable work. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and very nice waiting room- the mechanics and service advisors here are extremely knowledgeable and a tire rotation is included with their very reasonable prices on oil changes, which isn t at other places. I came in after going to another local tire shop because I wanted a second opinion and felt like the first was just trying to sell me tires and wheels. After meeting Skylar and Tom, I felt heard by my concerns and they took amazing care of us. We had a wobble while driving around 60-65mph and they took the time to do an inspection, showed us detailed pictures of our issue and offered a solution that made sense and felt right. I honestly felt like they treated us like their friends or family and not just another sale which seems hard to find nowadays.
