We purchased a 2024 Palisade in Dec 2023. We worked with Noah Summers to get the sale completed and he is EXCEPTIONAL at what he does. He is personable and helpful and direct. Our experience with this dealership was pleasant and thorough. I hope to have a long standing consumer relationship with them and their staff.

Great dealership with fanatical attention to detail. Our main guy is Ryan who is fantastic, but everyone in the dealership including the service department has bent over backwards to take care of us and they do it with a smile on their face.Great vehicles, we have a GV80 in matte emerald green. LOVE IT!Highly recommend these guys and their products.

I went with an appointment for an oil change starting at eight a m. The experience could not have been better. I waited in a comfortable area for just under an hour. My car was returned to me on time with zero hassle. I'm very pleased with the Palisade that I purchased and the follow up service that i've received.

Breanna was the best. She took care of a long process of warranty and Penske Body shops errors that ended up costing the dealership money in the way of having to pay for a new headliner for my genesis. She was proffessional.

Had an issue with transmission after 170,000 miles that was covered under warranty. They were able to get it replaced and loaned me a car while it was in the shop. Service agents very friendly and accommodating. Great communication and good service.

I just leased my 2nd Genesis, and like the first time I am completely satisfied! Laura McLain, was fantastic. She is knowledgeable and her customer service is the best! When I had a question, if she didn't know the answer, she went out of her way to find it! Everyone was very nice, helpful, and treated me like family! The whole "experience" at Genesis of Noblesville is one I havent encountered before and that is why i am a repeat customer! When I lease or buy my next Genesis, this is where I will go! Thank you to the entire staff that worked with me!

I brought my vehicle in on Tuesday afternoon, 11/28/2023 due to a low tire pressure reading. I will be honest, I have not been the happiest with the service and issues I have had since purchasing my GV-70 up until Tuesday evening. Jim Maslanka greeted me once I pulled my vehicle into the service garage. I am a health care provider and I work with Orthopedic patients and it s crazy busy with everyone having surgeries due to meeting their deductibles so the fact that I had to deal with the tire issue already with a super busy work schedule was frustrating, plus I wasn t sure if I was going to have another unpleasant experience in the service department. I was pleasantly surprised this time. Jim immediately got to work to help me, he was kind and compassionate and even gave me updates as the technicians replaced my tire as far as ETA on getting things completed so I could be on my way. Jim also heard me when I explained all the issues I have had since owing my Genesis and orchestrated a plan on getting my right headlamp replaced along with replacing the fuel pump, yet more recalls since owning my vehicle for just over a year of time.Jim made me feel like family and I felt he truly cared about my concerns.Thank you Jim, for your outstanding service! I appreciated all you did for me last Tuesday.

We have bought two vehicles from here. The most recent one we purchased in May of 2023 and we love it. It is a Tucson and fits our family of 4 plus our golden retriever perfectly. I am so glad we purchased this SUV. Noah helped us in our purchase and he was so patient and knowledgeable. He was extra kind to our two young daughters and they still talk about him. We recently just went in for our first free oil change. When we bought our Tucson, they gave us a great offer of free oil changes for the first three years. Such a great deal and we always receive great customer service. My girls really wanted to say hello to Noah while we were there and he took time out of his busy schedule to say hi. Great service as always. Oil change and recall serviced in less than an hour! Plus they topped off my wiper fluid and vacuumed the floor of my vehicle without being asked.

Fantastic customer service, brought our car in for multiple issues from lafayette, got us worked into their schedule, worked with our aftermarket warranty company as well to get items covered. Kept me informed throughout the process and the car is back on the road. Will recommend them to everyone with a Hyundai or Genesis.

I had a headlight bulb replaced. That cost 86.00. It was a day after slushy snow dried on my car. I left with one clean headlight w/the new bulb and one dirty headlight in the drivers side. Would it have killed them to wipe the other headlight off for me? I mean seriously!

I brought my Palasade in for a recall. I had made an appointment the week before (that s another story!) and was told it would take an hour. It took three hours and not once was I given an update as to why the delay. Your service department has some real customer service issues.

The car i wanted was not available on the lot. I was encouraged to test drive a similar vehicle. I was told that the model I wanted was expected to arrive in 6-8 weeks, so I made a refundable deposit. 2 vehicles arrived in about 5 weeks and I purchased one of them. It was prepped and ready to go that day.

Great professional service! Everyone was super friendly and helpful, from the person who greeted me, to the person who checked me out when I picked up my vehicle. They made getting my car fixed a worry-free no hassle pleasure. If all dealerships were run like this one, the whole industry would have a different reputation! Update: I was contacted by the service manager, and he understood that a 2 month wait time for this was not good service. He was able to get the vehicle in sooner and provided a loaner while the problem was being investigated. As of this writing the problem has not been resolved but they have called to update me on the progress. This specific problem seems to be a widespread problem for Hyundai and the dealership is working with corporate Hyundai for a resolution.Brought our Ioniq 5 in for a recall on the VCU. This issue was supposed to correct a 12vdc battery drain issue. Instead of correcting it we now have experienced this issue twice. When calling to schedule a 'recall' on their service performed I was either given an option for 2 days from time of call or wait 2 months. Understandable if the vehicle was operational but it's now leaving us stranded.

We're very pleased with the service given by Genesis of Noblesville, first because of their accommodation. Our local dealership was no longer permitted to do warranty service on our Genesis. We delivered the vehicle to Genesis of Noblesville, the closest Genesis service location, and they offered their concierge service to us, even though we are technically outside the limits of such an offering. That was a great relief to us. We were given a courtesy vehicle, and when the service was completed, they delivered our vehicle to us. Second, they performed the warranty service and other mileage-recommended service with top-notch skill, professionalism, and geniality. Our Genesis is a fantastic car the best we've ever owned, but service keeps a customer. They have "hooked" us. Kudos.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Visited a few weeks ago in early March, asked to see the new Santa Fe, salesman said they have them in the back and he'd go check, only to never return. Not sure why you'd put brand new models in the back, and ghost a potential customer visiting asking to see one. Actually have owned a hyundai (and drove up in it) for many years, great cars, but won't be buying my next from here.

Fast friendly service, probably the nicest customer service rep I ve ever had while setting up the appointment. Scheduled work was done quicker than expected. Bonus points for offering service on the weekends. Highly recommended!

Had to wait 3 weeks for the fuel injector issue identification. False commitment about the fix date. No response to phone calls. No ETA for the fix. Had to stop by 3+ times for the follow up. Finally reaching manager, heard an excuse of parts unavailable. After the fix, heard belt noise, again new estimate for the belt fix. Unprofessional services, absolutely needed training to this team. Definitely not customer friendly, never prefer Hyundai due to bad engine issue, especially this dealership.
