Came to this store for an oil change. The store closed early yesterday (without prior notice) so we couldn t pick up the vehicle in time. We came to pick up the vehicle this morning and a note was on the door saying they are closed. Nobody showed up and nobody answered phones. We have been without a vehicle for over 24 hours. Corporate says we should NOT use our spare key to pick up the vehicle. Area manager has been notified but could be another 24-48 hours before he contacts us. This is ridiculous!

They worked around my schedule, my vehicle needed some repairs before it could have an alignment. I left, replaced the necessary parts and came back for my alignment all in the same day. Very happy with the overall experience!

It's always easy to make an appointment with Firestone, and I trust the work they do. They were able to get my car looked at and serviced quickly (a shaky, concerning steering wheel), and did it for half the cost that was quoted at the dealership. If I can, I will always go to Firestone for car service.

Went in today for an oil change and tire rotation. Had an appointment for 0900 and was out by 0935. I ve been going here for years and with multiple vehicles and I ve never been dissatisfied. Personally I like dealing with Tom. He s always nice and personable. When buying two different sets of tires he s always been straight forward on their tires performance and gives VERY fair prices. 10/10 recommend THIS Firestone.

My husband dropped his car off today at 8am at the10th Street in Noblesville IN garage for an oil change. He left his cell phone # and was told he would receive a call when his truck was done. At 5:30pm no call, so he walked over to get his truck as the website says this Firestone garage is open until 6pm. He also tried to call them, no answer. When he arrived the doors were locked and no lights were on. His car keys were locked in the building, truck in the parking lot locked. I had to bring his spare keys to him as he stood out in the dark, cold and rainy weather, waiting for me to arrive. ABSOLUTELY unacceptable. What if I was out of town, he would have been stranded. Or it was below zero. Worst service ever BEWARE!! Wish I could give them negative star for their poor customer service.

The gentleman that waited on me at the counter was very friendly helpful, and I have no problems with Firestone. Always a pleasure doing business with them.

Front desk staff was friendly. That's as positive as it gets. Came in for a tire plug and patch. Was told 90 min @ 11:45 AM. After signing that it was okay for them to work on my vehicle, he told me it would be done between 2 and 3. Arrived @ 2:30 and was told it would be a while. Car was still not back but the ticket was taken. Told them I needed to be AT work in 45 min, so they told me they would skip the tire install and just fix it so I could leave in 3 min upon completion of the patch and plug. I paid for it, then they told me I couldn't leave anyway because a semi full of their tires was blocking me in and they had to unload before it left. So... if anyone from the company sees this, I'm still here at 2:46 PM stuck and late for work. The attached images are my car still parked, trapped, with a donut still. I am a business owner and can't make it to open my own business. Something should be done about this...

Other than an unusually longer time than expected for a valve stem replacement, I was EXTREMELY happy with the professionalism and courteous of the entire staff! One of the lovely ladies at the desk is even a mind reader! I bought mine from another store 2 years ago, but I will be back to this location just because of how friendly they all are. All the staff was great!

Jeremiah was very helpful and struck me more as an honest person than a sales person. I trust him and I'll be back.

Always take great care of my vehicles. Staff is friendly and never try to do the excessive upselling you get elsewhere. Was able to get battery and brakes taken care of in just a couple hours.

A little consistency goes a long way for customer retention; whoever you get behind the front desk makes a big difference in each experience. I agree with other reviews that Tom is the most enjoyable and easiest to communicate with. Most of the time they'll email the final receipt; sometimes they don't. 90% of the time we are given a courtesy check with whatever service we're in for (we bring all of our service here), sometimes they charge. If using a Firestone credit card, most of the time they'll tack on applicable coupons for you, sometimes they don't. Usually treated as valued customers. Always call into the store to make appointments; their customer service and online appointments struggle to sync with in store computers.

I needed new tires. They were both affordable (by comparison) and quick to accommodate with no hassle or upsale pressure. I've had them do a few things for me and they have done right every time.

Ridiculous, dont waste tour time or money coming here. Made an appointment dropped off my car for new tires. I had to call twice to check on the status. I was told to head in and pick up my car. Showed up and it was still on the lift. I was told another 15min which turned into 30 plus. 8 hours for tires with an appointment....

As a previous Firestone employee ( in another state), I am extremely pleased with this location. I have been to this Firestone a few times and have never been disappointed with the service. They kept me informed and actually completed all of the services before the specified time. The staff is friendly and courteous and do what they say they are going to do! I highly recommend this location for your vehicle services. Thank you so much!!

Nice folks but online appointment does not mean in store appointment.

Online scheduling is a joke! Please sync it with appts already scheduled and allow staff to block out spots that are not available. Staff is very nice but they are told never to say no. Two mechanics were out and I was told I could wait for a couple hours. I took the day off work to get my tire fixed! And then when my email appt was confirmed 15 minutes after scheduled time, that took the cake! The female mechanic (who was the only one there) put air in my tires, even though I had to come back and ask to have it done. So disappointed because I like this place and now I have to continue worrying about traveling safely. Thanks a lot Firestone, your overall customer service is pathetic.

Firestone Noblesville is a very honest and quick shop. Been taking our cars here for quite some time and there's a reason why. Would highly recommend.

Good work and quick. Overall satisfied. Only complaint I have and one that is an issue of all garages is the massive upcharge on parts. I could get the same parts much cheaper myself but garages don't allow that for this very reason. Seems like it should be an illegal practice but it's not. They are making their profit on labor not parts or so I thought.

Updating my review to 5 stars. I called in to ask if I could setup an appointment for same day and they had late afternoon available but said if I dropped the car off early enough, they would service it if there was a cancellation or some free time. Ended up getting rotation and alignment done within a couple hours and picked up my car.Staff was very friendly and helpful with the transaction and so far, my car is driving great.

Staff is not knowledgeable at all when it comes to basic diesel service. Went in for oil change, fuel filter change, and tire rotation. Set up appt 4 days in advance. Got there and started making excuses for fuel filters, tech ended up doing everything but no fuel filters. Stated to me that it was too hard to get out. Like wow! Never again will I be back and seriously thinking about never coming back to a Firestone period. May as well go straight to dealer because you gonna end up there for the fuel filters. Do not recommend

We use this location for routine work and they are generally good. Recently we had a small problem with their service and when we went back they quickly reimbursed us with no hassle.

I had to replace a tire that has been discontinued. The store manager was great in getting my new tire located and delivered to the store. The Lady Service Tech was equally great in getting my convertible fixed with that new tire and checked out for any other issues. Many thanks to these people for getting me back on the road!!!

Got a flat just down the road about 20 minutes before they opened. I limped it into the parking lot and started to put my spare on with the cheap jack and tire iron that comes with the car. As people started arriving for work they all just stared at me instead of offering a quick hand and trying to sell me a new tire. Needless to say I ended up going somewhere else for my replacement!

They had me in and out in about an hour for a nail in my tire. I had an appointment two days in advance and they were extremely professional. I drive a classic car (1997 Integra GSR) and they parked it exactly how I would have parked it. No complaints from me! I'll be back.
