I was in Indianapolis for my daughters soccer tournament and got an unexpected flat late Saturday afternoon. This location was the only tire shop I could find that was willing to even take it in to look at without stating it wouldn t be fixed till Monday. The team members of this location went above and beyond to not only get our wheel fixed but did so on a Sunday with a fully booked schedule. We were able to drive home Sunday afternoon as planned and no one had to miss any school or work. Thank you Firestone team!

Miss Jennifer was an absolute delight. Unfortunately, my car tire had blown out on the interstate due to a nail. Even though I didn t seem to have a warranty on my old tire, she had triple checked and advised I do the same with the old Firestone I went to, to make sure they had written the correct phone number. She made sure I was taken care of and was just so informative and understanding of me! As a young adult, it is always a relief when people are patient, because figuring out how to do adult things is very hard on your own. So thank you Miss Jennifer! Also, shout out Stewart (or Stuart)! You were very kind and patient, as well.

Despite my expectations for proficient wheel balancing and alignment services, the execution fell short of satisfactory standards.Furthermore, the customer service provided by the front desk attendant, Jennifer, was notably lacking in professionalism and friendliness. Her inability to effectively communicate with customers added to the overall dissatisfaction of my visit.I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve the quality of service provided at your establishment. As a customer, I expect better from Firestone Noblesville.I don't recommend that branch.

Everything Firestone on Tegler does is for the betterment of all cars and models. They are efficient, caring, and always looking to help customers understand their car holistically. Jennifer and Stuart, the two managers at this specific location, are always attentive to listening to the needs I have and using their resources to help make my car run the best it can. I would honestly say that Jennifer has become a friend in the family as we even called her when we had car issues in Colorado! What a gift of a store, and you will not be disappointed!

I had two cars scheduled one following the other. I mistakenly missed the first appt. However, the folks at Tegler Firestone in Noblesville worked hard to fit in both my vehicles even on a very busy weekend when they were short technicians. I am so grateful for their excellent customer service even when I had made the mistake. I highly recommend taking your cars to this Firestone location not only for car care, but for excellent "human care" as well! Many Thanks!

Worst care place ever. All I need was my twilight fixed. And they wanted me to wait for a week. Not even joking. And it took them 3 days just to put new tires on. This place sucks. Don t even bother.

I am so impressed with this place. It's out of town for us so it was our first time visiting.The staff is kind and knowledgeable.They kept me informed. And the prices are fair and less than in my home town.

In February I took my car to Firestone to fix a antifreeze and oil leak. In May my car was overheating. When I had the almost $800 repairs done I was assured that I had a one year warranty on the work which they refused to honor as every time I called there was just no way they could get me in. This place is a joke. Their customer service representative told me well it was fixed for a little while. Less than 3 months seriously. I am not sure why they tell you to reach out to try to get assistance when you write a review. They do not respond or do anything to help. Once again, go to Firestone if you want to get ripped off. Total trash company that refuses to honor their warranty.

I ve been bringing my vehicles here for routine maintenance for over 5 years. Anytime I call with a problem, they get me in at their next availability. Thankful they are close to home and always communicative. I appreciate their team for always going the extra mile and communicating problems with solutions that can fit my budget.

While driving along I-69 my front driver's side tire started rapidly loosing air pressure after a run-in with a hellacious pot-hole in downtown Indianapolis. I was able to make it to the Firestone just as the last of the air was working its way out of the tire. At 8am on a cold Sunday morning and with a fully booked schedule, they got me in and made every effort to get me on my way. Unfortunately, the rim was bent and after several attempts the manager was unable to locate anyone nearby with a replacement. While I had to postpone my trip to upper Michigan, I am very grateful for the effort they put into trying to help me. Since my car was going to be there for a couple of days, I had an oil change and new set of wipers installed. A fantastic customer service experience! Traveling this weekend to settle our youngest daughter in her dorm at Indiana Bible College and picked up a nail in a Pirelli tire on the Rover. Stewart created a solution and personally made the time to treat me like a brother. His integrity, professionalism and demeanor with customers all while making me feel like the important guy in the room was something very rare. While standing off to the side at least 2 more customers popped in and knew Stewart by name. All of this ON A SUNDAY!! Firestone just won my business from Bell Tire and other shops for a long time!!Service: Tires

Don't even try!!!! Jennifer said they had a huge weekend sale coming up, and they were fully booked out. Said she left a message on my voicemail that she did not. Wanted to blame me for being out of state (Im a avid Firestone customer with a CFNA card that uses Firestone stores weely)! Said she didn't or wouldn't have a technician until next week. Poor customer service skills and manners!

Very friendly staff! The woman at the desk was an absolute pro, best I've ever dealt with at a car repair shop. She communicated expectations well, was very knowledgeable when explaining the diagnosis and recommendations for my car, and even gave me some email discounts I didn't know about and educated me about future repairs I should be thinking about and when the next big tire discounts are going to be.

Jennifer was amazingly helpful to solve my problem. She coordinated getting tires moved around so that I can make it to my out of state AT with the reserves. I can NOT recommended this location enough. She did all the leg work making what was a stressful attempt to buy tires on LABOR DAY, a hands off experience. She made it so nice and easy. We were visiting friends here from out of state when we experienced an issue with our vehicle. Luckily (on many levels) we happened to be passing by this Firestone location as the issues reached critical mass because while backing the car into the parking spot at Firestone lot the wheel locked up and started smoking(!). Keep in mind this is at roughly 2PM on super bowl Sunday. Staff was beyond helpful in getting things set up and even getting back to me before they closed at 5PM that SAME DAY to provide an estimate for the repairs and detailing other recommended issue(s) identified. They provided very plain trustworthy thought on things, also applying a coupon discount we wouldn't have otherwise had and gave a reasonable quote. They were able to get the parts orders in same day as well, which was essential if they were to be able to get everything and complete repairs next-day so that we could get home Monday. They were able to get the repairs completed by mid-day the next day so that we would be able to get home with only minimal overall inconvenience. When thanking Mel, our repair tech, she was actually apologetic about it 'taking so long'. In my eyes that shows some amazing customer service. They didn't take long at all, yet saying everything possible to make the customer happy. 8-10 business HOURS from the car coming in unexpectedly to completing inspection, providing quote, getting my approvals, ordering parts (my entire brake assembly basically on one wheel) and completing all service is a great turnaround time.My final takeaway here is that if a business wanted to gouge somebody, it would have been me here. Out of town person who's car is DOA in their parking lot, so a non-repeat customer to the location who is prioritizing fast repair. However I received the absolute best care I could have expected with a reasonable quote. That level of trust is so important to myself and most of the car owning public so that's the hat I'd like to hang this review on. Thanks for everything Firestone Noblesville Tegler Dr team!

Such an amazing place and amazing people working! My low tire pressure light came on while I was trying to drive 4 hours back home, I called them and they were about to close but they stayed open until I got there to check my tire pressure out and were super nice! So thankful they did because I did have a small nail in my tire. They fixed it up for me right away! Would definitely come back for services and recommend!

Always an awesome experience. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and are always looking out for the customer. What made me write the review was my most recent visit. For the last year my truck has had fairly severe vibrations when going over 70mhp. A previous firestone in another state tried balancing the tires but didn't help much. Shout out to Cameron for balancing my tires correctly and finally making my truck drive like it's brand new.

They are not trustworthy unfortunately, they broke a part while rotating the tyres and the car almost flipped with my wife driving back home with the kids in the car, and they said it wasn't their fault. i don't trust them and would never recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

Compared to the other Noblesville Firestone, I would recommend this one much higher than the other. The management and service staff here is VERY friendly and has always been helpful the past couple of times we've come in for any kind of service. I don't remember names, but the service staff that helped us repair the air valve that was giving us issues on an air leak was so kind and didn't charge us for the repair, and we just got that tire replaced elsewhere at another Firestone, so we highly appreciated the helpfulness of that.Each time that we've come in for an oil change or other service they have also been really good at keeping us updated on any work that is suggested, but not actually be pushy about getting it done like other Firestone locations, which makes me want to always return again for service visits.

I called them from another tire shop when I had a flat tire that needed repaired. The tire shop I was at couldn t get me in for nearly 5 hours. Firestone was able to get my tire fixed immediately and I was back on the road in less than an hour (which allowed me to get my kids to their doctor appointments we he had waited 8 months for). So thankful to Jennifer and crew for making this could-be nuisance a non-issue. Friendly, clean and fast. Thank you!

Staff was friendly but always seem overwhelmed. Brake repair took longer than estimated. My main complaint is the cost and the fact that i had to return the car that same day because they didn t bleed the brake line properly. Luckily i was off work the next day and was able to return with only minor inconvenience. The attendant was nice and somewhat apologetic but no offer of reduction in cost or any compensation for my time. i have been using them for a few years but will only use them now for oil changes, if that.
