Made the switch to Ed Martin from the dreadful, incompetent, and dishonest Bill Estes shop. I highly recommend Ed Martin for toyota service. Competent, friendly, and fair.

Wrecked my tire on the way to the office this week. Called them up in a panic, got me in same day. Hunter got me all the information about the repair/timeline and answered all my questions. He was SO helpful! The fix was done a full day sooner than I anticipated and the process was seamless. Everyone was wonderful to work with. Bought a car from them and had window tint and door edge guards to be added later. They scheduled an appointment without consulting me at first due to a mistake on their part, no big deal. Schedule my appointment for a Tuesday because they ONLY do tint on Tuesday, let them know I work later that day, get an estimate time of about 1 hour 45 minutes total, works for me. My appointment time gets changed because the tint could only be done at certain times too, makes the time frame tighter but should be fine even if they take an extra hour. Writing this as I m still waiting for the service to be done while late for work, over 3 and a half hours later.Service: Body & Trim

They were very friendly and courteous. Mohamed Awad answered all my questions and accompanied me on the test drive. He was concerned about what I was looking for and very plain in his responses. Anything he wasn't sure of hw looked up or asked, which I appreciated.

Recently received an Indiana license plate. Upon removal of my old plate, the plastic screw used to install it by a different Toyota dealership where I had bought it broke off and made the hole unusable (who ever though plastic screws were the way to go?). Anyway, I was happy the Ed Martin service center said they could help with this, but... They had to drill a new hole (not a problem), however they did so without my authorization or a heads up about the cost. I m glad it s fixed now, but jeez $60 to drill a hole?! Same feeling as when you go to the doctor and they charge you $25 for a bandaid. They also installed the license plate off-center. Further, I also got an oil change during my visit. They re advertising a complementary car wash with those right now. Even though my receipt stated a car was done, it most certainly was not done. There was even a flyer hung on my rear view mirror advertising trade ins, with hand writing on it stating no wash . Long story short, I have trust issues with this service center now after my very first time visiting, I m hesitant to return. Not sure that I can recommend this place, feel like I got taken advantage of. I ve been going to Bill Estes for years, I ve never felt upset about their service or integrity.

Such a bad company. Charge $150 just to check the car, sat 1 hour and they come back saying oh it's a tiny simple fix. But before we can start $150 just for diagnosticIf it's a tiny fix, and just to check it cost $150, what's the tiny fix cost? $1000? Lol no.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Good people work here and keep your toyota fair and clean. They won't overcharge you for what you don't need. Just feel free to ask for a full checkup if that is what you need.

Took my Tacoma in for service on a manufacturer recall. Service advisor provided complete information on what would be taken care of and how long it would take. Excellent customer service.

I went to Ed martin Toyota Nobelsvile Indiana to get spark plugs and ignition coil replace on my 2006 Toyota Alvalon and they didnt rob me. Best prices in Indiana. I will never go anywhere eles to get my car fix and i mean that.

I have been there before and called about having a flat fixed. My car was stuck in my driveway. I was asked to make a reservation and told it would be at least a week before anyone could fix it. Needless to say I went elsewhere.

They do not call you back when they say they will. Hard to talk with any in the service dept. Only my experience, hopefully not everyone's.
