These guys are unbelievable I called one afternoon or evening around 5:20 and ask him about a certain kind of tires he didn't carry that brand but he had a comparable brand at a great price I asked him when it would be a good time to bring the car tomorrow and he said bring it now this was 30 minutes before they closed I arrived at 15 minutes till 6:00 they had me drive straight into the garage for employees they changed all four tires mounted and balanced and had all the paperwork ready and done and I was out by 6:02 that's right in less than 17 minutes they mounted and balanced four tires on my car and stayed just to take care of me amazing service above and beyond. Not what you would expect in the society that we live in today I have multiple cars I will never buy tires at another place the rest of my life thank you discount tire you people are amazing

Edwardo and his team took care of me in less than 30 minutes. 2 new tires at the best price I could find installed by far. Great customer service and pricing.

Just left this place. I am usually very pleased after leaving this place. There hasn t been a time when my issue wasn t resolved. Today I got new tires installed in a whopping 12 minutes as I made apt and picked out tires ahead of time. Everybody in there is helpful. Will keep coming back.

If I could give the zero stars I would. I would just save your time and go somewhere else I m being serious I don t do reviews but I was so dissatisfied every single time coming into this place except for the time that I bought all four brand new tires in spare over $700, the employees are extremely rude and they tell you that you get tire, repair, tire, repair, alignment, rotation on this price and then when something happens to your tire they try to give you a paper that tells you that you did not accept it (which mind you was not signed by you) they just give you a printed out paper that they got from their computer system. Just got these tires in November 2023. It is now February 2024 not even a year with these tires not even 10,000 miles with these tires probably not even 5000 miles with these tires. You also have to wait hours to get it. Anything done to your car. Already had a patch done on another tire (brand new).I will never come back to this place and if you want to save yourself, the peace of mind and the anger I would just go to a different place.

Customer service is top notch. Eddy was awesome. Had my tire fixed and back out in less than 30 minutes! I will definitely take my vehicle there from now on !

This review is for 4 service visits, all of them 5 stars, for the Noblesville location since we moved there in the past year. We previously used the Carmel location with great service as well, so apparently this company is doing great things insofar as developing their leadership, customer service and culture. After I write this review I'm going to see if they are publicly traded so I can buy stock.We've done there twice for tires (a cheap pair for an old van we were going to sell and an expensive set for a daily driver w 20" wheels) and once each for free air service and free punctured tire service. Every time and with every associate I dealt with, they were polite, articulate, respectful, informative and swift. They don't charge to put air in your tires and offer (with no pressure) you to sign up for service monitoring and sales ads -- but will still fill your tires for free if you deline it. Yesterday I had them remove a bolt from a tire I didn't even buy there. They quickly and cheerfully did it for free. And shook my hand and thanked me for my service. Way to go guys!!

I went in to patch a tire, and they told me I needed to replace both back tires. They said they could do it for $350, then charged me $430 (I paid in full). They said the tires would be in the store in a few hours and would call me to come back that day. After a day and a half of not hearing from them, I finally call them; oh yeah, they re in; come on in and will change them out quick. I get there, and they tell me it will only be 45 min to an hour. An hour and a half later, they finally pulled my car in to be worked on; this was well after watching multiple people who showed up after me get their tires changed and leave! Poor service!

I love Discount Tire been a customer for decades. But my team at the Noblesville store always go above and beyond for me and my friends and family, it seems. Special shoutout to Kenny (wishing him the best in his upcoming retirement)! I will NEVER get my tires anywhere else!

My new favorite place for all things tire-related. Gave good prices on new tires for Daughter No. 1's car. Repaired a flat tire on Wife's SUV for free. Excellent service and fast repair times -- under 1 hr.

Kenny the store manager and his team took great care of me within about one hour of the time I drop my truck off. It s always nice to see a group of people who still appreciate hustling and Getting customer equipment turned around and back to them in the most time efficient manner possible. They had a great follow through, fair pricing and have earned my business moving forward. Thanks from @SpeedWorx Marine

I ordered my tires online, which was super fast and easy. Once the store got my order, they kept me updated with an eta. There was trouble with shipping, but special thanks to Eddie for staying in contact with me and for helping me track my tires with FedEx. With my appointment, the installation only took about 35 mins. Awesome awesome experience.

Damaged brothers back up camera on spare tire rack for back tire. Even when they were told about it. They never discounted service due to damage they caused.

There are countless examples of why I've been a lifelong and ultra-loyal Discount Tire customer. Add today's visit to the Noblesville store to the list.I brought my car in to fix a puncture, with limited notice, and was in/out in under 1 hour.Over the past dozen or so years, I've purchased 5 sets of tires, for 4 different vehicles, in 5 different states. When it's time to buy a new set, you know where I'll be headed.Amazing service from Jaasai L. (ASM). He's true professional, with exceptional people skills and customer experience/satisfaction as his primary focus. I've spent 20 years working in corporate HR and see leadership potential in him.Kudos for Nick S. (Technician) as well, who dutifully handled the repair and got me back on the road without having to replace the tire.Thanks, DT Noblesville!

I had a wonderful experience thanks to Eduardo at Discount Tire. He helped me pick two tires because mine were badly worn. Eduardo was knowledgeable and very friendly during the whole transaction. The service team was extremely fast - in and out in 10 minutes which is uncommon for a tire shop. Eduardo met me at the door and immediately drove my car in to address my concerns. I can easily recommend this company and location.

Its pretty expensive to mount the tires and dispose of old tires. Full set of 4 tires was $140.84. It works out to $30 per tire for dismount, mount and disposale of old tire. I was told $88 over the phone, but that is just straight tire installation like onto the car, the easiest part.

WOW !!!!! I have been to another Fishers location before and waiting forever event with an appt. I was treated like a queen at the Noblesville location !! My appt was at 10:45am and I got there early (10:20). I pulled up and I see a employee coming out to me and took my car in right away. I was there for less than 45min and they pulled my car up and had the door open for me . What quick and great service . I will 100% be back and tell all my friends to come to the Noblesville location.

Got me in & out in 30 minutes. They warranty on the tire was a great price. However, when instructed to not open deivers side window due to it being broken....IT WAS IGNORED! I was highly upset by that!

I came in to buy two front tires. They replaced them, but while replacing them they damaged my ABS sensor. I also left with a low tire pressure light on and the front right tire clicking. I brought it in the next day and they told me, "we don't do anything with ABS". I asked them if they could investigate the clicking sound and make sure the tires werent leaking. They checked it and told me the front right tire was out of balance an ounce, which was responsible for the clicking. They also told me the tps sensors all went bad and needed replaced. So i bought 4 new sensors from them. I left with my ABS lights still on. I called them to which they responded "we dont do anything with ABS". A day later, the tire pressure light came on again, and the clicking started back up the next day. I took the car in again with the same complaint. They filled up my tires again, and called me out to show me that my ABS line was getting smacked by my tire, damaging the line and causing the problem. I had to replace the ABS line I've never had a problem with them before, but now I don't feel I can trust them. I will not be returning to this location. All that trouble and wasted time just so I could fix their mistake.

I ordered 2 tires online and set my appointment for 2 days away. I got a call the next morning with them stating that those tires I paid for were actually sold out until next Thursday. I had a flight that day so I couldn't do that. They offered to upgrade my tires, and took $20 off each tire for their honest mistake. For 2 new tires installed after ordering ahead online and setting up my appointment, I was in and out in under 20 minutes. I do miss seeing the tire displays out in the lobby though lol. I'll definitely be back. Thanks!

Quick to get me in and out but they broke mount for back up camera on spare tire unfortunately. I was able to fix it thankfully.
