Yesterday I walked in looking to buy two tires that were on sale. The girl who helped me was very friendly. When she checked the type of tire, she mentioned that they weren't very good and there were other options (twice the price of the ones I was looking for). I let her know that I wanted the tires I was searching for. After she checked the price, which was exorbitant, I told her that I only wanted the tires (no installation or services). She wasn't sure if she could sell just the tires and she approached the manager Tanner Bloss to ask, who said it was possible. Then she exclaimed, "But in CASH, seriously! No debit or credit card?" I had never seen that they could only sell something for cash before. I went to another location where I could get them. Stay away from this place. I don't recommend it. The manager is quite rude, as it was only after waiting for more than 10 minutes that he told the girl to attend to me.

Tanner and the team are top notch! They actually care about the the customer and offer fair and honest solutions to car issues. There's not very many shops you can trust these days but this is one of them. I'll keep coming back!

They saved my car! I was changing my headlight when I realized the connector was burnt and at risk of causing a potentially catastrophic fire. Belle Tire- Hamilton Town Center was able to get me in on short notice and fix the problem. While I was there, two employees-David and Tanner- provided excellent customer service to myself as well as other customers. They were knowledgeable and informative when handling customer concerns and questions. They were solution focused and made the whole process a pleasant experience.

Too busy trying to move tires to do their jobs.Brought my work vehicle in last July to get it inspected after I received it and was told everything was fine but the tires were worn and should be replaced. I bought the full set from them and had them install them. They never mentioned any other services or issues beyond very expensive TPMS sensors which I declined.Fast forward to the following April and I have a blowout on one of the front tires. As in removing the tire I noticed it is nearly bald! The other front tire is the same, worn past the wear bars. The rear tires are also worn but not nearly as badly, roughly 5/32. All the tires were worn evenly on the tire itself.I brought the car back into this location to see about a possible tire repair and the rude girl at the front was very quick to place all of the blame on me for the excessive wear because they had no record of rotations for me (because I don't pay people to do that or change oil!) And also was very insistent that I supposedly declined and alignment and supposedly even declined an alignment check! Strange how it could possibly be both. You don't offer someone an alignment before you check it so either I declined the check and wouldnt need to decline the alignment or I allowed the check but declined the alignment. It cannot be both. When I brought this up the girl just got annoyed and started going on about how "she wasn't here a year ago!". When I told her I wasn't interested in arguing about it she told me she wasn't going to be talked to that way.And even if the alignment was the issue (it wasn't) the tires would have been worn unevenly. Alignment wouldn't cause all four tires to wear equally unevenly and the front worse than the rear. She was just looking for every possible excuse to say they didn't miss something.Needless to say I bought another set of tires today, FROM DISCOUNT TIRE. I will NEVER step foot in this place again and I hope that girl is proud of herself for talking her store out of a $600 sale. Maybe check the attitude and make a dentist appointment while you're at it, the sight of your visibly rotting teeth is not ideal for a customer facing position.

This place is great, always does a great job. I've had them work on tires, alignments, oil changes, and brakes, and have been happy with all. If you read the negative reviews, you can tell the people are idiots and probably leave negative reviews about everything, no matter what.

A few months ago we took our two Brand new vehicles for their first service to this location. The manager told us he would make one appointment and that we could piggyback the oil change on the same appointment. When we returned for the appointment the same manager "Didn't remember" telling us about the servicing the second vehicle, we then had to wait three hours.If this wasn't bad enough. Today, I went to complete the next oil change myself, one vehicle "The first car that was serviced" had a new filter. The second vehicle still had the OEM filter on it. You charged me for the complete oil change including filter and then didn't change the filter, this is fraud. Maybe you thought that it would go unnoticed because most people don't have a clue. One of the advantages of having a father who was a mechanic and worked in spare parts for 40 years. This isn't just poor service, this is o outright deception and yes, I know this isn't unique to your establishment, you were the company that was caught on this occasion.

Set an appointment this morning for 8am, Front diff fluid change and power steering hose leak. It's been 1hr and no one has approached me after checking into the store. Guess I will just sit here and wonder. Keep you updated! It's still early. Ok.. Wow. No gasket available so they are making one and they are finding a new pressure hose. They just bumped up to a 4 star. 2hrs in, wish they would have told me before I had to ask though. Nice guys though.

I took my car to Belle Tire for an oil change and asked them to take a look at my breaks as I had heard squeaking often when breaking. I received a call that my break pads needed replaced as they were at 4 mm and gave me a price of over $400. Not knowing how thick break pads are to begin with, I asked the employee to further explain what that meant. He did not explain anything and seemed annoyed that I was asking more questions. I told them not to do anything as I did not like the price.Fast forward another week. I took my vehicle to a different, trusted location in Pendleton and was told that there was nothing wrong with my break pads. In fact, they said my break pads were 8 mm thick, not 4. Additionally, they took everything apart and found that some debris had gotten stuck and was causing the sound. They did not charge me a dime and my breaks no longer make any noises.I hope that this experience helps others decide where to take their vehicle.

Belle Tire in Noblesville was amazing! I scheduled an appt at 8:30am for 12pm same day, they were super busy but they got my front tires replaced in only an hour! The service was knowledgeable, kind and didn't try to upsell me. The man who helped me at the counter listened and made suggestions taking into consideration my situation. The lounge is large and comfortable, coffee and a vending machine available, lots of outlets. Will absolutely be returning! Thank you

I went online and scheduled a same day tire rotation. I arrived at the store and there were a number of employees standing around by the shop entrance.Upon collecting my information, phone number, etc. and verifying my identity, I was told by the cashier that he needed to check my VIN.I waited approximately 5 minutes, and he returned, asking me to step outside with him for a few minutes. He proceeded to show me where my threads were and upsale me a new set of tires.I let him know that I did come for a rotation today but planned to return to purchase my tires at a later date using cash because I did not want to finance any tires.The employee then became condescending and started speaking to me in a rude and aggressive manner.I explained to him that I did not plan to get tires here today, I just came for a rotation.I like to take the time to research reviews on the best tires for my vehicle and the best service locations/warranties before making large purchases that are necessary. So rushing to purchase a new set of tires when I came for a rotation was not an option.These people will always find a reason to try and pressure patrons, particularly women, into impulse purchases. Then, when you do not comply, they treat you poorly. It's sad for many reasons.Ultimately, he ended up telling me that there is no point in getting my tires rotated.I did not come to argue with anyone for any reason. I just do not do that when patronizing businesses, ever.I said to him, after he continues to speak to me in a condescending tone, that I just came for a rotation and as a customer, not to be going back and forth with him in the sweltering heat. I thanked him for his time and "in tears", got in my vehicle to write this review.Once I calm down, I will be okay to drive.Very disappointing behavior. Unprofessional.If you are a woman, particularly a woman of color, do not go here. If you do, take a man with you.**Update** In-re to the owners comment. I fully understand the issue with the tires, again. The two front tires were not in the best condition, not all four, it looks like someone employed there lied to you. That's even more unfortunate. So not only do they mistreat customers, they misrepresent facts to upper management instead of owing up to the poor behavior. No matter what could or couldn't, would or wouldn't have been done; maintaining a professional disposition when dealing with customers who are doing the same is minimal courtesy.**

I have spent more hours in competitors tire shops then most will in a lifetime and all it took was one quick hour here for my car to riding like new again. They actually care about you and the car. Don't waste time go here first/only.

A+++ customer service from this location! I had a mishap with another tire place not being able to take the tire off my vehicle for a repair and the staff here was able to help me get my tire off and repaired with no issues at all. I will definitely be back for any future tire issues!

I ve been to this location multiple times. The service at this Belle Tire is amazing. Todd & Tanner are always accommodating flexible and work with you, your needs and schedule. They have always been upfront and honest regarding recommendations and maintenance for my car. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers and technicians as well.

Very professional, polite and accommodating staff. I had a tire the dealership told me was not repairable and went in fully expecting to replace said tire, however these guys quickly found the tire to be repairable, and instead got me in and out quickly at no charge for the repair. It s great to know I have a tire shop in my area I can trust. Would recommend!

My experience with Andrea was top notch. I was having brake issues on my car and called ahead to talk through options. They got me in quickly and diagnosed the issue within the hour. They were able to fix my brakes the same day. I would highly recommend Belle Tire to anyone. Everyone was very friendly and they did a great job.

BY FAR best tire service I ve EVER been to. FAST, EFFICIENT, and VERY FRIENDLY. For what I paid I got way more than I thought I would. Dealing with tires can be a nightmare but not here. Not to mention I have tire coverage with another place but it s a pain to deal with them so I went here. And I m so very glad I did. Andrea and Tanner are the best and made sure I understood everything about the problem with my tires, how to fix them, and how to protect them moving forward. Now when I think of my tires needing maintenance I won t have to worry or fret anymore because I know I can just take them in, get them worked on, and be out of there in NO TIME. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this team and location for anything with your tires. 10 stars. -Sal

Very dishonest, I came in for a serpentine belt and a tensioner pulley. They recommended a 20 dollar full charging system diagnostics, that s fine. They stated they ran a test and found the alternator bad, not charging the battery at all, bad serpentine belt (correct), tensioner pulley (correct) & $1000 all said and done. Mind you the car has never died on me & has never not started. I proceeded with just the belt and tensioner which they advised against making sure I knew that. I picked up the car 2 hours later, and drove straight to a local, honest, & trustworthy mechanic in fortville. In which they ran a load test on the alternator and tested all of my other components right in front of me. Everything checked out, and he said I was correct on the serpentine belt and tensioner being the reason for some electrical issues (headlights flickering, battery light coming off and on, etc) Don t let these guys sell you something you don t need.

I know where we will be going from here on out whenever we need our tires serviced! Our experience with Belle Tires was fast, friendly, and the staff was extremely helpful! We were in and out for a tire repair in less than an hour (as a walk-in on a weekday morning)! Tanner and Todd were both friendly to me and my littles and the store has plenty of seating for waiting and is very clean. Highly recommend!

My wife and I were in town for the Indy 500 weekend. The radiator hose cracked and my Jeep lost all coolant and overheated. Had to get my Jeep towed to Belle Tire. Being 300+ miles from home, I thought our Indy weekend was going to be a bust. Tanner and the guys at Belle Tire were able to get my Jeep worked on ASAP on a holiday weekend. They were able to diagnose the problem and make the repairs to get us up and running again. We had no more problems and made it safely home. Belle Tire did an outstanding job and I can't thank them enough for fixing my Jeep!

Absolutely AMAZING experience!! Called yesterday, got my truck into their shop by 9:30 the next morning received an estimate by 10:30, was told it would take 6 hours for the repair, I got a call in 3.5 hrs that the repair was complete and my truck was ready to be picked up !! This was my second experience with this location and each time I was given no BS and I was in my way !! Now I don t know if I got the best price, but considering all, I believe I got a great deal, but most importantly 200% satisfied!!Thank you Belle TireJordan and AndreaSteven BellAxel HausmanRyan Hobbs

Best service I have ever experienced at an auto service place! Andrea took amazing care of me and all the folks there were kind and professional. I didn't feel pushed into unnecessary work but definitely took the recommendation given because it was time and worth having a safe reliable car.Will definitely continue to use Belle

I am one of the Belle tire customers. Recently, I had an alignment with one year protection with them. And got an issue with Lower control arm - that they found what the problem was. They fixed, but I felt my steering still moving and playing too much. It made me so tired when I am driving. Again, Belle tire checked and they showed me what the problem was, also he brought me on the deck to show physically and visually. They said tie rod issue, so they fixed. After fixing, I felt same thing, nothing changed. I went again, now they said other side tie rod. It s all recent story. I like manager and customer service Belle tire, I always recommend them to my people. But, at this time, I disappointed a lot. I spent a lot of money recently with them. Now, they said other side tie rod issue, even after fixing tie rod, I could not feel any changes. It was same. Also Carmel area- when they checked my car and estimated totally different things that they said sway bar link, noblesville (my area) they said your sway bar is perfect. Can I trust you guys?

Beware of this location. Up until today I bought all my tires at Belle. Went in for a simple plug repair and was told it wasn t fixable. I asked why? Was then told by Andrea, Listen sir, we repair tires all day. We know what we re talking about. Hmmm. Thanks Andrea for telling me what you do all day at a tire shop. My question was why can t it be fixed.Anyways, went to another tire shop and they fixed it in 30 minutes. All done with Belle Tire. Good luck to you and the very rude Andrea.

i won t go anywhere else for tires. the staff here are extremely patient and kind, and today got me in and out within an hour and a half for new tires and an alignment.
