I was having an issue with the tonneau cover on my truck (not installed by them). So I called them, and they said bring it in and we will look at it. Their tech guy came out and immediately got it handle, and never felt like I was a bother interrupting his current work. They were able to get me an out the door quote on a new part, and were not pushy about it. I will 1000% have work done by them, and will recommend them going forward. Do not hesitate in contacting them, fantastic in every way.

Third time I have had my windows tinted at Auto Outfitters. It took about 90 minutes, which is what they quoted me. The job was excellent with a lifetime guarantee. The cost was exceptional. Best tint for the money. I highly recommend for your after market needs.

I chose Auto Outfitters of Noblesville and I'm pleased to say that my 2021 Toyota Camry XSE has been complimented with a pristine 5% window tinting. The dark tint really accents the Camry's style very well with the black rims and gives the car a whole new Vibe!!! The customer service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend giving Auto Outfitters the opportunity to fulfill your vehicle customization needs!!! We all need to support our local businesses these days. Thank you so much Auto Outfitters!!!

From the moment I called until my last interaction with this crew was nothing but professional, comfortable, and exciting. I had a lift and other accessories installed, and they absolutely killed it. One thing that stands out to me, they will communicate with the customer. Prior to adding work or doing any major work, they will make sure you understand what s going to happen. I m OCD as hell, so this was major to me. And these guys get it right the first time. If you are questioning who to go with, their work speaks for itself. No one else will touch my vehicles but these guys. Hands down best around. .

Friendly, helpful, great products and delivered within the time frame provided. I had my windows tinted, the bed rhino lined and the cap put on and couldn t be happier. Definitely have no problem recommending them to anyone.

I went to Audio Outfitters to have a new head unit, speakers and backup camera installed on my Jeep Wrangler. Their staff is very friendly and accommodating. They stand by their work and will be there for you if you ever have to follow up or have questions. I would recommend and suggest them to anyone! Great experience.

Best Service I've received from anyone in years. They answer their phones. They know their stuff. They're professional and knowledgeable. I wish every business was this easy to work with.A little info on what service I needed from auto outfitters.I needed my sunroof replaced. The tech recommended I check with the company who manufactured the sunroof because it might fall under a recall. Took maybe 3 minutes to make that assessment.As luck would have it was recalled and auto outfitters was the location authorized to replace the broken sunroof.The called me to make an appt for repair. On the day of my Appt. I was asked to allow 90 min... it was fixed in less than one hour. Easy Peasy. I was in and out without any hiccups whatsoever.

Chad went above and beyond as always. We needed a top for our new truck for a trip. He worked magic and got us a top that was not to be in production till September. We have purchased several items and their entire team is outstanding. Customer Service is excellent. Thanks Auto Outfitters for all you do!!!!!

I purchased a backup camera for my 2016 Jeep Wrangler from Auto Outfitters. They also did the installation. This was my first transaction with Auto Outfitters. I am very pleased with the work they did, and they were very helpful and courteous throughout the process. It took only about a week from the first time I entered their shop to when I left with job completed. I talked to Chad and he was very helpful, someone else did the install, I didn t catch his name but I am confident he knew his stuff. I will be returning for any after-market upgrades to my Jeep. Much better service and responsiveness than I received at other places I have visited. Five stars.

This place and the employees are the best! Had a light bar and new shocks installed on my 4Runner. The price was reasonable and the work was done quicker than expected. If you want or need work done on your car or 4x4 I highly recommend Auto Outfitters!

Chad was super pleasant to work with. Knowing it would be at least a 3 hour service they allowed me to bring my diabetic dog so I could give her insulin shot there. Great service and knowledgeable in their craft.We are 3 time returning customers. We highly recommend them.

These guys do amazing work! Mainly talked with Chad and Daniel but everyone in the shop was super nice and took the time talk to me. Had a readylift installed with new wheels and tires. They also did a total badge/emblem swap and all exterior lighting! Already working with them for the next install!

Wow just wow!!!Great service at a great price. Been getting all my upgrade work done here for years and they still amaze me. Had some serious issues with my alarm system and needed a backup cam installed on my Dodge Ram Truck. Not only did they fix and explain in detail my alarm issues but they did a fine job on my back up cam. They both work great. The manager is a great guy and fun to chat with. The tech that did the work had allot of knowledge on the issues I had and made quick work of my needs. Just a great bunch of people and I dont mind at all spending my money there.

There are not enough words to explain how great this company is, or how happy I am with the service they provided me. I brought my 2017 Mustang here to have a new sound system installed. They worked relentlessly to fix the mistakes that Best Buy had made when they attempted to do the install first. I wish we would have brought my car here first, and had it done right the first time. Ryan is great. He took the time to explain what was going on every step of the way. I would recommend Auto Outfitters to anyone who is looking to have anything done to their vehicle.

I had these fellas install my boards on my X6 and they did it pretty quick, reasonable price and the work appears to be solid. I saw that they do all kinds of car customization and it doesn t seem like they re overpriced. I would recommend these guys for everything from cameras in your car to getting your 4 x 4 lifted.

I have had nothing short of A+ customer service since the moment I called them.A bit of a backstory . I had a remote start installed by WaxWerks less than a year ago. After roughly 6 months it stopped working. After months of trying to get it fixed, I threw in the towel. Feel free to read my review on their page, along with their other reviews. I will never recommend them.Fast forward to today, Auto Outfitters has been a blessing to work with. Daniel ran through my options with me from best case to worse case, and told me the prices for each scenario. After trying to reprogram my remote start, they had to dig deeper. Thankfully it ended up not being worse case scenario and they had me in and out in about an hour and a half.Everyone from Daniel down to the techs have been honest and respectful to me, which I appreciate! As a woman, a lot of places try to take advantage of us. They explained the other place had used T connections, which had failed. They removed them and direct wired my remote start. Now it works flawlessly.If I decide to upgrade stuff on this car, buy a new car or have friends who need something done, Auto Outfitters will have my recommendation 100%.Thank you fellas for taking such great care of me! It s refreshing to meet people in this industry that want to do the right thing.

Auto Outfitters crew is hands down "The Best"! They're up front about costs and abilities and do professional work. I've had them install window tints on 2 vehicles, a remote start on one vehicle, and most recently I've had them install a leather interior in my Ford Mustang GT! Great work guys! I've used Auto Outfitters on two separate occasions to add a tonneau/cap to my trucks. They've been very helpful throughout the entire process on both occasions and their communication has been top notch. They go above and beyond to keep you in the loop on the expected timeframe they're looking at and are real pleasure to deal with. They'll continue to be my go to for any auto accessory needs here in the Noblesville area.

We have had a good handful of car s windows tinted at the Noblesville location. The window tinting has always been perfect and has lasted with no issue. The staff is always friendly and personable, which makes communicating / working with them always a great experience.

I can t say enough about Daniel @ Auto Outfitters in Noblesville! Questions were answered quickly and concisely, which exudes confidence in what he knows and does, which builds integrity in my eyes. Not to mention the quality of the work was superb! I ve had my windows tinted on every vehicle I ve ever owned, so I know what a good tint job looks like and what a bad one looks like. I really only had to glance at it to know it was done correctly and that the quality of the film was what he claimed it would be. Time frame he quoted me was spot on too!! 5 s!! Thanks Daniel!!

Ultimately, Auto Outfitters successfully installed a trailer hitch to my Honda Odyssey but getting to that point was an adventure. The attention to detail warrants the 3 stars I am giving them. We dropped the van off on the scheduled date and time. A few hours later, we received a call saying they ordered to wrong trailer hitch and they wouldn't be able to get the correct part until the following week which was unacceptable due to needing to tow a trailer to Florida that following week. Chad made some phone calls and said they can get the correct part in but it would be a day and a half before they could complete the install. So this meant returning to their shop, retrieving the van and then bring it back again for the install. This was inconvenient to say the least but we had no other choice. Lastly, the paid invoice had incorrect information so I called Chad to get this fixed as this invoice needed to be submitted on an expense account. After providing the correct information to Chad twice, I received another paid invoice but still had errors on the spelling of the name as well as the the State (Indiana was spelled 'Unduana'). I immediately sent Chad an email requesting these errors be corrected but to this date (5 days later), I still have not received a corrected invoice. Chad was extremely friendly the entire time but the attention to detail from Auto Outfitters needs work.

Honestly they did an amazing job. I had 2 12s installed and my windows tinted all in one day. I m new to the area so I dont know anyone and couldn t just drop off my car. They told me a place I could eat that was 400ft away so I didnt have to sit in there the whole time. Everything was done within 6 hours. When the subwoofer was installed they let me listen how it sounded then went to tint my windows. I know nothing about what I needed for parts about the subwoofer or window tinting of what I should ask for and helped me pick what was best for me and the best price. They are defiantly amazing and will take care of you and don t just look at like a dollar sign. They care about you as a customer and will help you pick what you need/want.

Awesome! I got my 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage windows tinted today! Made an appointment a day before, came in first thing in the morning, and they had me done within an 1 1/2, absolutely amazing looking tint, very well done, thank you auto outfitters!!! I spoke to Daniel, super friendly, and helpful, thank you!!!

I originally had a horrible experience here 6 years ago, with someone who no longer works at this shop. It slipped my mind until someone i know wanted to get work done here. When i spoke with them about my issues 6 years ago, that were never fixed, they apologized for what happened and got my concerns with my subs fixed up. I could not be more happy right now with the service i was provided. They took care of my issues in a very timely fashion, and i absolutely recommend coming here. I know ill be back.

I recently had a remote car starter installed from here and the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. My car was only in the shop for a few hours and once it was finished I got a breakdown on exactly how to use and some helpful hints. Highly recommend!
