Brought my 2016 Mazda 3 early am without an appointment on a rainy Monday, August 14, 2023. They took it in anyway! Was pleasantly surprised to find out there was nothing wrong with my car! They have no idea how that made my day! Thank you @ Alexander's Auto for making my experience so painless! Highly recommend to everyone!

I'll attest to the fact this place does some incredible work, even just calling the store, you get greeted in a professional yet friendly manner. Its comforting. The staff know what they are doing, if they don't know what they are doing they do an excellent job at playing it off. Thank you guys for the great service and keep up the awesome work!

I feel lucky to have found my new mechanic! My vehicle broke down about three blocks away from Alexander's Auto & Radiator Repair. Matt at Alexander's was fantastic over the phone and in-person. He was knowledgeable, thoroughly explained what his inspection found, and was able to promptly schedule and complete the repair at a fair price. Friendly, fast, and at a fair price.

Service was great and fair price (which was free) I needed a new headlight bulb replaced and I was quoted 20~25 dollars..which was fair, but the guy who did the work told me no charge when he finished! Nice to know there are still honest people in the world!! I took it up to tires plus and they wanted 300.00 to do the ten minute work alexanders did!!! So long to tired plus,! They will no longer get my business after years getting my money!!

Amazing experience! Came here for a second opinion, and not only did the other place not properly identify my problem they quoted me $1500 more to fix what they claimed it was. Brought it to Alexander s and they got me in AND repaired it the next day. I was shocked with such amazing service and fair pricing that I will never go anywhere else.10/10 recommend, wonderful service, fair pricing, quick/efficient.So glad to find such an honest mechanic!!!

So happy to find a good honest mechanic near me! I was driving over 45 minutes until I found this place. I ve only used their services 3 times but I have no complaints! They ve gotten everything I ve needed done quickly and nicely. I highly suggest going there if you want honesty and quality.

Nice people honest, been taking my vehicles there since 2004 always fix it right the first time. They are a smaller business so you might have to wait a few days but that's okay.

I had a wheel bearing going out on my Honda Civic, Kyle mentioned that I also had a strut problem, needed brakes and shocks also. He and Matt did great work, prices were competitive and I was in and out in less than 2 days. I might be a little biased, being an Alexander myself, but I've never had better quality service for my auto needs. My SUV overheated near a shop in Westfield, so I took it there to avoid driving my vehicle any longer than necessary. That shop keeps my car for a day, and then emails me a 3 page list of things they want to do to it, for well over $3000. I paid that shop for their diagnostics and towed my car to Alexander's, where they did the repairs for a fraction of the cost, in a matter of a couple days. You can't be their friendly and affordable service!!!

They are great for the price can't beat it. Typically great about getting to things on time, however they have been running behind a few weeks to come pick up an old dodge sitting in the garage for repairs. You need to call and remind them on somethings.

Fair price and good quality. I appreciate that they talk to you in depth about what was done on the vehicle. They could be more thorough in catching things before it becomes an issue, but still probably my most recommended auto shop.
