Manager was very helpful. One of the few parts people that can find/match-up parts without relying solely on the computer. It's a lost art. Was able to get the starter I needed in stock so I could finish my car and not have to walk home.

Just returned from the most frustrating experience I have had at the Noblesville Advance Auto store. With only 1 guy helping at the counter it took Chris 10 minutes to pull a single part ordered online for the lady in front of me. He then tells me my online order from the night before was not ready. Ok, not a big deal it is only 4 items. Chris acted like he didn't know where anything was and since I hadn't seen him there before I assumed he was new to the store. Again, no big deal it should only take a few more minutes. Wow was I wrong on this assumption. Another customer comes in, picks up the items they needed from the floor and gets in line behind me. Now is when I start to get frustrated because he stops pulling my order and proceeds to have me step aside so he could check them out. When they said I was in line ahead of them he said it wasn't a big purchase so he would quickly check them out. By the time he was done helping others and getting my 4 items I was in the store for 27 minutes. Now granted I am only an Elite Perks member so I guess I don't order enough stuff to get quality service from this store. I will stick with the Cicero Store because their customer service in levels of magnitude better.

Very low quality staff except for one of the female managers. I don't know her name but she is a shorter blonde headed woman. All the rest of the people I've had contact with their very unprofessional and most the time it feels like a pharmacy waiting forever on these people to do nothing.

Wendy was super knowledgeable when I came in to find a specific custom application cam bolt. She not only knew what I was talking about, but had it in stock. I will definitely be back.

One of the guys was very nice, but not very helpful or knowledgable. The other guy was knowledgeable , but very rude and wouldn t let me explain the situation. I ended up leaving, I ll take my business elsewhere, obviously good customer service takes too much time and effort.

Place was busy but the manager treated me like the only customer there. I went in looking for the wrong battery. After asking questions she showed me which one I needed. All while helping her coworker and answering the phone. Will definitely be coming back here.

You've seen one Auto Parts place, you've seen them all. There really is nothing that distinguishes one from another. They are always understaffed, and since do many people need help looking up parts, I find that I spend more time just waiting to check out than anything else while I'm there.

Ordered some new wiper blades online for pickup. Got the email that the order was ready about 5 minutes later. Service was quick and friendly when I arrived to pick up my order. In and out in less than 5 minutes. Definitely would recommend the Noblesville location.

DeWayne was terrific. He has vast experience with both personal and race vehicles. Was able to recommend the proper gasoline additive to my friend for her four cylinder engine. Also, the other associate at the cash register was able to help provide the best option for headlamp replacement for the vehicle.

Normally I don't have an issue with this location. Was told today I had an electrical issue with my car and that is why my taillights weren't working. Went to Walmart, bought new bulbs, installed them myself. What do you know, it worked! Thanks for nothing.

You need anything for your car advance Auto parts is the place to go I know for me I got wiper blades they help me even get it installed. Very friendly employees and lots of things for your car projects!

This is a great place to buy parts and manuals to repair a car by yourself. The place is not very big, but there are numerous parts which can fit many types of cars. The employees at this location have a lot of experience and do not want to scam money out of customers like other places. They will even come out to see the car and recommend options, and when they give options, they will tell you the benefits of each such as cost and durability.

Phil changed my battery. He was extremely professional. It took about 15 minutes. He gave me tips on how to keep the corrosion (battery coral) off of my terminals, and took some steps to make sure it didn't happen again.

Tried to buy oil. Waited in line for over 20 minutes. One guy refused to wait on any customers while the other guy was looking for a part for the customer in front of me. He didn't know what he was looking for so he had the customer come to the back to look for the part. At that point I knew it would take a while for me to be waited on so I put the oil back and left.

Currently out of town for work. Noblesville, Indiana with a truck that broke down today. The battery/charging light came on half way down here. I knew that there were going to be issues and that I would at least need a new battery. Today, the truck had trouble starting after I stopped for a fuel up. There was an Advance auto parts across the street. I used to work for Advance and I knew that they had the tool to test both the battery and the alternator. I also knew that, when I worked there, the customer was most important. This one was an exemption. There was one guy up front, who told me that he was busy with another customer. That's fine, he's doing something. The commercial parts pro was dealing with his customers and there were two other guys at the far end of the counter staring at a computer that took no interest in helping me until I stood there, basically waiting in line...there was no line. The guy that finally decided to help me was friendly. He sold the battery, got it off the battery rack, then asked if I wanted it installed. I had no tools with me at the time, anything I brought with me was at the job site, so yes please. He then told me to, "wait a minute," so he could find someone to do it. WHAT??? You sold it, you offered to install it, you do it. He ended up having to replace the battery. Great, except after the replacement the charging light is still on. I know this must mean the Alternator has failed, but the response from the "Team" at Advance Auto Parts in Noblesville, Indiana blew my mind! I went back in to the store, just to ask them to run a check of the alternator. The same guy that told me he was busy before, was "still" busy. The guy that replaced the battery was in the bathroom, that information came from the other guy staring at a computer screen. I would love to tell you an amazing customer service story, but every single employee in this store, on this day, was so apathetic toward customers. Now my truck is in the shop. Thanks guys.

I went in at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, May 24th to purchase a battery for a car fob and get assistance changing it out. I was afraid I would break it after googling how to change it. The person working there wasn t willing to help at all. He told me I would need to go to a Subaru dealer because they were too difficult to change. Needless to say, I left. Later that day I went to another local business less than two minutes away from your store, paid less than $6, and had it changed out in less than three minutes. This wasn t a Subaru dealer. I m certain from the attitude of the employee this has happened to other people over things much more expensive than a key fob battery.

This place used to be great. Now they default to the most expensive part they can sell, and try not to give the option of the economy parts. I was a loyal customer, now my business goes elsewhere.
