Got a random nail in my tire. Place closes at 7pm so I call around 5:45pm. End up getting redirected to the front desk who put me back to the auto center. Minutes and minutes go by with no answer. I end up at the store by 5:55pm for them to tell me that they can't do it. They supposedly didn't answer the phones because they are short on staff. There was an employee standing at the counter when I showed up so someone is working. This place is useless anymore.

I live in Boonville and initially called their Walmart auto center. The reviews were pretty bad and when I called they were kind of rude. So after checking the reviews for Newburgh, Walmart, I called and they were professional and pleasant. They got me right in and out. I had a tire problem and it was close time for the two associates to leave but they help me and I would like to give them a big thumbs up man they came though this is the best place to come and get tires and really good service.Service: TiresService: Tires

This place is the most unprofessional I ve ever experienced. They never answer the phone (called 6 times in one day didn t answer). I went in and bought something and the price was different than the tag he argued that is was only $2, and then he got irritated that he had to go look at the tag, I had a battery tested and they told me it would take 2 hours to test it. Then when I asked doesn t it usually just takes 15 mins, he said well this ain t yo garage is it? This was 3 separate times I ve dealt with them. So disrespectful. Never again. You want service on tires. Go to discount tire. They are so respectful and are so professional. I ve even had discount tire drop $ off their pricing for me on two occasions.

Wouldn't leave a star at all, but it will not post without at least one. Tried 4 times to contact them by phone. I wanted set up an appointment to purchase a set of tires. I called twice (at different times) the phone rang over 10 times and no answer. I then called the service desk, explained what was happening. Each time the lady paged them, no response. I was on hold for over 10 minutes on both of those calls. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Went into Newburgh Walmart for oil change. They drain my oil then come and say they can't use standard oil change and must use high mileage. One I'm under 61000 miles and 2 I don't have a choice since already drained oil. Don't go there

A little disappointed with the service I had done today. I had an oil change and asked for a tire rotation/balance. Was told once I arrived that My request for a tire rotation was denied because the tread on my front tires is too low. However, one of my front tires was bought in March from Walmart and since the virus I have not been driving often so how is my tread already low? Other issues that disappointed me is that there was some kind of oil on the inside of my car door, and they wrote on my paperwork that I gave them the wrong number. I pulled out my previous paperwork from Walmart and it had the right number on it. I did not change my number so I have a hard time believing that my tire rotation was declined due to low tread and more due to laziness.

Staff were pleasant and we're able to get me in and out for an oil change in about 35min or so

Went to get my oil changed and they found an issue with the drain plug. Basically the manager refused to help and I had to get my truck towed home at my expense with no oil in it and no drain plug.
