Another 5 star experience. When an accident occurs in our family, there is no question where the repair is going to be done. Ted Brown is the best. I live over 70 minutes away and happily drive there because I know they do an excellent job and will do the repair right. Quality work is hard to find these days, but at Ted Brown you can be assured they take pride in their work and do things correctly. Thank you Ted Brown for all you do! My car looks brand new - And thanks for cleaning the inside! BONUS!

Exceptional service! They started work on my car while working with the insurance company & were able to get it finished in time for us to go out of town with our kids. Super thankful considering the rental car we had was a Nissan Rouge & my car is a Chevy Traverse. Even with the hiccups along the way, they made it easy on my end. My car looks great and I am beyond thankful they were able to work me in! Update: still super happy with the work on my Traverse.

Popped into Ted Brown s to have an estimate for some issues with paint on a new car. They are the absolute nicest people and touched up the paint perfectly. Do not look or go anywhere else; go to Ted Brown s.

After my wife had her van backed in to twice in two weeks I took it in to the shop. They worked with both insurance companies and provided quotes and repair quickly. Our 55 Chevy needed a small repair and touch ups. While they had it in for repair, my father in law passed away. He had bought the 55 for my husband when my husband was in high school, and he wanted to drive it to the funeral for his dad. We called and explained the circumstances, not expecting it to actually be ready, but they got it ready! We found out when we went to pick it up that Josh stayed and got it done for him. It looks great and we are so grateful of the attention to the situation and caring enough to put in the extra time.Service: Painting

Not the fastest around, but Josh and his crew do EXCELLENT paint and body work. I'd much rather have work done with care and quality than a hurried, lack luster job. You guys are awesome!

My Toyota 4 runner got backed into, so I needed a new front bumper, driver side headlight, and more. They got my SUV in right away and within 10 days I had my car back and looked just as good as new. They were very professional and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend if you are in an accident and need someone to fix up your car. Great work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The best in the area. The front end of my 11 year old truck got whacked in a parking lot. The Browns got my truck looking new again. I love my truck again! Great job! I went to The Social Bird which is owned by Ted Brown's daughter in-law next doir to his body shop. This place is awesome for gifts for wives mothers or family members. She is very nice and truly dies have unique items at goid prices. You never know what you will find in her boutique. If you haven't shopped at the social bird you are in for a treat. Go and support this unique shop with great gifts at fare prices. I highly recommend The Social Bird.

I am very pleased with the repair work done by Ted Brown's Quality Paint & Body Shop. The damaged front passenger door was replaced and adjacent areas repaired in such an excellent manner that the car looks new. The interior trim (and there's a lot of it on the door) was removed and replaced in perfect condition. All the of the electrics (speakers, window controls, mirrors, locks, etc.) work as intended which isn't always the case after major body work. Door fit and adjustment is excellent. They did a terrific job on my wife s Lexus a year or so back. Returned with my Lexus and insurance was a nightmare. The vehicle was a total loss, but Ted Brown s went above and beyond helping to get a fair settlement. The insurance payout was way undervalued, but Ted Brown s took and sent photographs documenting the vehicles good interior and exterior condition and helped me get a fair payout from the insurance company.Service: Body & Trim

Completely fixed my brand new Rav4 in 2017 after a wreck with major damage (MAJOR!!) it looked and ran like new when finished and going into 2022 it still does. Highly recommend Ted Brown to anyone. You will be happy

We've always taken vehicles to Ted in the past for repairs. They came back looking as good as new! We have referred several people there who ended up equally happy. Ted is a great trustworthy businessman and most importantly a good dude. Just ask around and you'll find that people trust and respect Ted Brown's Quality Paint & Body Shop for their paint and repair needs. Go there and you WON'T be disappointed.

Family owned and operated. Owners are who you will deal with. Do super work, deal with rental company, they get insurance to pay what they should. Best detail job that I ever seen. No reason to go anywhere else if in southern Indiana.

I've had two wrecks and both times I've only trusted Ted to get my car back how it was. You couldn't even tell I had an accident. If you want quality work done on damaged vehicle, then Ted Brown is your guy. Him and his team is about no BS.

Appears to be a quality place. However, was not impressed on how estimate was given compared to other places. Everyone is aware of unknown hidden damage, but from what can be seen from the underside (if it was thoroughly inspected), we do not feel the estimate was conclusive from the start. We had more thorough surface inspections and extremely less quality estimates given from other places as compared to Ted Brown's.
