Won't honor their warranty on their batteries. Sales person and manager had a bad attitude and were rude. No help. Ended up getting a battery from another store. Warranty was still good.

Wouldn't even give me a price on the part I needed without me agreeing to let one of their mechanics to inspect the problem themselves

Very helpful staff. They made sure I was making the right purchases. The store is really neat & clean. With the location, I definitely choose this place over their competition. Plus they're always advertising great deals.

I needed a battery so I called this store for a quote. Jacob took my call. He was very professional and helpful. I got a jump and went to Napa and in 5 minutes, he had sold me the battery and installed it for me! Absolutely excellent customer service! Jacob is the future and is a Rockstar!! Kudos to Tammy and her crew for truly "knowing how" to take care of the customer!

Always knowing the part you need. Nothing like going after a part 2 and 3 times. But that isn't the case with NAPA. Sometimes you pay a little more . But if you don't have to make several trips it's well worth it.

My family and I have been buying parts her for a long time! Some of my fondest childhood memories are of going to NAPA! The staff is exceptional, always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help!
