This is the best body shops. From the first encounter with Jenna, to the text messages updating me on my cars progress and then when the work was completed. Everyone was professional and took care of every detail. The repairs looks awesome. The best experience I have ever had. I recommend Milks Body Shop to anyone who needs their excellent services with no stress while they are taking care of you.

This is hands down, one of the best body shops in this area. Their work is amazing and done with great detail and pride. Their customer service is just that, customer service, going the extra mile and exceeding your expectations is exactly what customer service should be about. We had a sitution where my car rear panel was pused in by some hit and run moron. We've done business with Mills 30 years but with the Division street store in Evansville since we live in the area. The guy at that store was a complete jerk and gave us a ridiculous estimate.My son contacted the Newburgh store. Chris helped and was able to put the panel back in place and buffed out the mud left by the other car. It looked like it never happened. It took less than 45 minutes and looks just fine. Customer service over and above. I expected a few hundred dollars to do that but was pleasantly surprised. Thank you so much, Chris for your help and customer care. We've alway be happy with Mills' work and hope to continue the relationship. Although, it probably won't be on Division.

Used to be a dependable place of business. Not so much now. Took a car in with an estimated 4 days of repair time and after 7 work days finally ready. But, electronic sensors on bumpers may or may not work so that work is subcontracted out. After 5 more work days, I give up and pick up the car. Poor communication with staff throughout the 12 working days: "The car is ready", "no it is not" etc. I'd seek another business that has their act together.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I cannot say enough good things about Whitney who gave me my estimate. My repair is scheduled for November, which is fine. But she went above and beyond helping me with the workings of my car. She is a true asset to Mills Auto body.

I love how friendly, professional, and knowledgeable the staff were. The other person's insurance covered the damages to my car, and Mills worked directly with that insurance company so I didn't have to worry about it. Mills also set up a rental for me, so I didn't have to stress about that either! I was ordered to self-quarantine due to COVID-19 exposure, and Mills was extremely understanding, and we did a no-contact pick up for my car after it was completed. I'm super impressed by Mills and their body work, I will definitely return to them in the future if necessary! They also detailed the interior and exterior of my car!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughter's were involved in a minor accident and I was planning to have it fixed here as a self pay. I've used them before and wanted something local a it was just a replacement. plastic bumper, quick and easy fix, right? Wrong. After we got the estimate, I called a few days later and spoke with 2 different people about making an apt to have their car fixed. Apt was made, 3 weeks later and 2 days before we were to drop the car off my daughter gets a text that the apt has been cancelled bc we didn't pay the dep so they didnt order the parts. I called and spoke to Debbie who is apparently the very proud owner of Mills and I explained what had happened and how I was not made aware of this deposit requirement and she instantly became very defensive and asked me who I spoke with 3 weeks prior bc "MY people tell everyone there is a deposit" when I told her again that I was not made aware of this by either lady I spoke with she stated that unless I could name who I spoke with, it didnt happen. She was calling me a liar. I have no problem paying a deposit but to not inform customers when the apt is made, not calling them for 3 weeks to ask about the dep and to just cancel the apt 2 days before it's to be dropped off is ridiculous. Then to immediately call a customer a liar bc they can't remember who they spoke with 3 weeks prior rather then try to remedy the situation is incredibly bad customer service. I am in the automotive industry and have referred my customers to their shop but will no longer do so nor will I ever use them again.Service: Body & Trim

Super friendly staff, but this is a business that takes too many shortcuts. My truck was sent there after an accident, and it was a nightmare. Body gaps that were huge and disproportionate, paint didn t match, and cheap body panels from China that didn t have proper fitment and install. If you want a pleasant waiting room experience i would point you to Mills, but that s it. After multiple visits they still haven t made right. It s an awful feeling to know that your vehicle was worked on with such disregard to detailWish I could post pictures, because they would speak for themselves.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Customer service was great! The guys in the shop are the opposite.EXTREMELY poor quality of work, I ve had to bring my truck back multiple times. They scratched my paint while installing new body panels from the wreck, did not install the door panels correctly, did not replace door hinges, truck rattled like they didn t even bother tightening any bolts. They missed MANY details, and damage that should ve been caught from the wreck. it was very obvious the work was done unprofessionally and with as many corners cut as they could find. I bought this truck brand new and I feel like it s a unsafe piece of work now. I m posting this review now because yesterday, I open my truck door and the bolts in the top hinge come OUT and the door falls at a weird angle not letting the bottom hinges catch. Spent half an hour wrestling my door back on so I could even go somewhere. I will not trust this shop with any serious work againService: Body & Trim

They were amazing! Had a rusted screw and an easy out break flush to the car. Todd got it out of there with a smile on his face. Thank you! Will definitely be coming here again with any car issues.

My experience here was swift, professional, and happy! I was bitter about my car accident, but not only the car came back sparkly cleaned with the perfect repair, the body repair came with a transferable lifetime warranty. The service was fast and on-schedule too. What made me want to post a positive review was that the staff was kind to explain the damagesand repair in layman's term. For someone like me who is usually embarrassed to not know what questions to ask at a body shop, this was informative and helpful. Thank you!

My insurance is partners with Mill s so that s where my car was towed. Due to COVID and a national back order there were some unexpected delays though they were beyond the shops control. In the end my insurance ended up not paying as much as they said they would and Mill s was able to work with me to settle the bill. They took a loss that was no fault of their own and earned themselves a customer for life. I can t say enough good things for all the great customer service they gave me. I used to have a body shop in TN that I loved. I figured I would never find that here in Evansville, luckily I was wrong. Mills fixed 2 of my daughter s cars and one of mine. Excellent work each time! Friendly staff that always makes you feel like your car is going to get the best care ever and then they exceed all expectations!! No other body shop will ever get our cars for repairs... ever!

I ve taken my car to Mills twice now to be repaired after collisions and have had a great experience both times. They are honest and stand by their work. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend!

I have two teenage sons who recently had their vehicles repaired at Mills Body Shop in Newburgh. They were treated with courtesy and the repairs were completed promptly without problems. My family will continue to take their vehicles to Mills. We were very pleased!

I was recently in an accident in my mother's car, Mills in Newburgh were kind enough to contact both of us to let us know what was going on. They were fast and the paint match is amazing. We were both surprised that they bagged all small items, detailed the inside and washed the outside. Very kind and clean. Thank you again for taking care of my mother's car! I will be back!

Took in a Jeep Cherokee for some front end work. Mill's in Newburgh was recommended by the Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, Ram dealership because they handle their damaged lot stock. Had some snags on getting my vehicle back on time, but overall it was well worth the wait! Very good work and professional customer service. They even detailed the interior prior to returning it to me. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

They fixed the body of my company truck, but forgot to attach the gas tank inlet to the body, so there was no way to fill the gas tank. They re-attached this once it was discovered several days later. Despite this minor oversight, the repair work and service was very good.

Very impressed in all aspects of obtaining an estimate from Debbie, an owner. Thorough, careful inspection. However, don't like the wait time given... but a sign of a great body shop with lots of work to be done.

I brought my 99 Ranger pickup truck to have a fiberglass hood painted to match the truck. The staff were all very friendly, and it was done within a few days. Awesome work, awesome staff, definately can see myself going back in the future.

My Jeep needed a new back door due to a distracted driver... Mills had her looking better than ever in a short time! Friendly, helpful staff as well. If I need any more work done, I'll be calling Mills!!!

Love the place. They do outstanding work in a timely manner. Owned by the nicest guy you'll ever meet and his staff are polite, kind, informational and dedicated to ensuring jobs are done and customers are happy. Definitely recommend this shop over others in the tristate.

Had my windshield replaced. When I got my truck back they had washed it and cleaned the inside! Wow, so many shops don t even think about doing that! I will be a return customer
