Safely back on the road after a catastrophic blowout. Thanks to the road hazard policy on my tires, it wasn't too costly to get a quality replacement. They even gave me the large metal object that punched through my tire's tread and radial belts as I was curious what did that level of damage. Nice people, prompt service to get my car back on the road.

I've been doing business with Raben for over 30 years. I've always had great overall results with their car repair services and tires. My tire purchase yesterday was a testament to their willingness to make sure I'm a happy, loyal customer. I had ordered some cheaper brand camper tires and was scheduled to have them mounted. They upgraded my tires to a more expensive brand for free when the tires I ordered did not arrive in time. I saved almost $300.00 Thanks guys!

2nd time ordering a tire at this store. Said to come in the next day and have it replaced and AGAIN came in waited to see they didn t have the tire in yet. Will never come back.

Great service. Staff was very friendly, quick to gather information and get service started. Technicians took less than an hour to change tires. Waiting room is very small, but wasn t there for very long so it didn t matter much.

Put the wrong tires on my car. I confirmed that I wanted the ones that were the $640 price rather than the $780 (these are not exact prices but it was around that) and when I showed up the next day he put the more expensive ones on. When I confronted the situation, because I was never told a total, and I looked at the bill and he said he confirmed 2 times with my grandma for the more expensive ones. Which he did not, I was standing there the whole time and I said no let s do the less expensive. He didn t even speak to my grandma, she was entertaining my daughter. Still made me pay for the more expensive ones. Will not be going back to this raben as they did not listen to me and I ended up spending $200 more than I should ve after rebate.

Raben Tire in Newburgh has done oil changes, belt replacement and other mechanical work on several of our vehicles. I and several members of my family have purchased tires also and we have always had great performance from them. They have a great group of people there friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I plan on using Raben from now on.

Very pleased with every aspect of the service. They thoroughly examined my car. Did the service I requested. Explained other things they noticed and gave me the option to address those issues BUT with no pressure to fix them. They told me what each thing would cost. They completed the work in a very timely manner so I could get my car back. Very friendlt. I'm Very pleased !

I had a tire that had a very slow leak. The Newburgh Raben folks got me in immediately to check it out.They found that the leak was due to a bent rim (which likely occurred when I had hit a crater chuckhole recently). Before making a decision to replace it, they offered to try to straighten it enough to stop the leak. I was cautioned that trying to straighten the rim might cause it to break, but chose to have them give it a try.The sledgehammer and its operator were successful! So they only other action needed was to re-balance the wheel.Saved me a bunch of bucks and I was back on the road in less than 45 minutes. Great job!

After bringing my cars to Raben Tire in Newburgh for over 30 years for tire service, I stopped by recently because of a low tire pressure warning light coming on in my recently purchased car. Within a few seconds of describing the issue, a friendly Raben Tire Representative checked the pressure on all four tires, filled them up to the correct pressures, and sent me on my way - no charge and no questions asked. That is what will keep me coming back for 30 more years!

Service Manager Tom and his technicians diagnosed the problem with my a/c system and made prompt repairs. Tom advised how much the repairs would cost up front and stuck to it. Excellent job at a very reasonable price. Thanks Raben!

Friendly customer service, but a slight miscommunication between customer service and technicians. The previous oil change I was at end of day. I was told when paying for service that I had a 3rd brake light out and I asked them to replace it, but techs had already left. This oil change I told customer service I wanted all lights checked and replaced if needed. They replaced the 3rd brake light, but when I got home I noticed a license plate light out. It makes one wander if the other items on the check list are truly being checked also.

I had a nail in a tire that I brought in at 8:00 am on a Saturday morning. The tire was left there and it was completed by 9:30. Very satisfied how quickly it was repaired!

Had a big screw sticking out of a tire. I went to Raben in Newburgh as I always do for tires. I did not have an appointment. Nick worked me in between his appointments; treated me special and took care of my problem. CustomerService is still important to Raben people. Thanks Nick.

Nick was courteous and helpful. Tires were when promised.Tried to make another purchase online on 12/15. Left detailed contact info and what I was looking for. Never received a response. On 12/20 I called the Newburgh store and again got wonderful service. I have shopped Raben/Newburgh for many years and will continue to do so but will not use online service.At first week of June I bought a new set of tires. They were spot on for appointment time and had what I needed. In and out in less than an hour. It may be years, but I will be back.

The guys that work there are knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I've been going to Raben for years, and I trust them do the right thing for my vehicle. The price is just a little bit more and it would be at Walmart, but I believe Raben stands behind bare service more readily than Walmart. However, now that they are Goodyear, their computer system was incredibly slow and Goodyear should be taking care of the Raben workers better!

We had the best experience at Raben! I had a flat tire and needed it fixed. They gave me the best recommendation and we were in and out quick. Nick is who helped us and was great to work with!

Raben has been our go to place for tires for years. We purchased tires for our daughters Honda recently and one of the tires has had a slow leak. They have been great at getting the vehicle back in at no charge to follow up on the prior service and troubleshoot the problem. It appears to have been corrected. Keep up the great service!

They found a screw in my tire, fixed it up in about an hour on a busy day for them. Charged less than the dealer said it would cost since it wasn t under warranty.

Raben (Newburgh, IN) made an appointment to repair my call for the following day; the dealership for my vehicle make was backed up almost a month. They fixed the issue promptly and for a reasonable cost. I was very satisfied

Good work and very honest. Not only did they do great work they found safety issues with the frame under my vehicle that needed immediate attention and provided me with pictures of the issues. I appreciate that.

Went in today for a tire rotation and oil change and when it was taking longer than expected, it was explained to me that they were waiting on a specific oil filter for my vehicle. I ended up being there for about 2 hours and 15 minutes total, but upon completion of my services a very nice employee (I believe the manager) handed me my keys and said there was no charge due to the amount of time it had taken. I greatly appreciated that! They took into consideration my time!! I will definitely continue business here because of this, and it easily could have gone the complete opposite way. Thanks again!!
