Wow! Great service! Spoke with the manager Jeremy. He was able to squeeze me in. Got me in and out and a full tire rotation, 6qt oil change for like $35. Oh and it's Valvoline product! 10/10 would recommend and will be back!

Jeremy and Best One have been the EASIEST place to deal with for my maintenance things! Ironically, I have a prepaid service contract but refuse to take my truck to the Ford dealership as I have experienced exactly the laziness that occurs. During my last dealership oil change I found a dead mouse right beside the oil reservoir.

Had an appointment at 3 just for a break change. 6 o clock and I m still sitting here waiting. They close at 5:30!!! Ridiculous.

This place constantly tried to upsell you. They told everyone in the lobby waiting one thing or another about something else their car needed. Most everyone declined until they told an elderly lady she needed new air filters, lady agreed. Also beware of the scam 8.5% fee that they claim is for shops supplies but finally the sign says the fee could be for profit. This place is a typical scammy auto repair shop. I d avoid.

Update...Regrettably this will not be a good review, in fact if I could give zero stars, I would. My wife had a slow leaking flat right rear tire. I went in to get it plugged on June 25th. I left thinking everything was fixed and fine, as the visit went well. I left satisfied thinking that they had earned back my trust from previous visits. This past Friday (July 6th) my father-in-law happened to want me to check his tire pressure as we were going to Nashville the following day. I decided to check my wife's van tire pressure while I was at it. Three of the four were fine. The right rear which they last serviced was not. It was inflated to almost double the recommended tire pressure. This is negligence of the highest order. The pressure I measured with two different gauges was 60 PSI. 60 PSI. The recommended pressure for her van was 36 PSI. I took a picture of the gauge reading losing 1/2 pound in the process. See attached. The combination of speed, road condition, and heat could have caused a catastrophic accident had I not happen to check her tire pressure.When I checked the tired Best One was closed. I went in first thing Saturday morning and expressed my displeasure with the condition of my wife's tire. I expressed how inexcusable this service was considering they are a tire specialty business. I also expressed what could've happened had the tire blown. The two men working the front desk only offered excuses and in no way offered an apology or a remedy. There was zero empathy with the situation. I even quoted the below response from the owner about satisfaction and SAFETY. I will do everything in my power to deter people from giving them business. Unacceptable.The two times I've used Best One, I've had mixed results. Both times I used them to install a tube into a zero turn lawn mower tire. The first time, they were great. I urgently needed to get the tire fixed and they were able to get the tube installed within a few hours of dropping it off. The second and most recent time, I was being proactive by getting a tube installed into the tire that was going down very slowly. I had a day buffer between when I needed it. Dropped it off on an early Friday morning. They told me they get it in that day and would let me know. This did not happen. I needed the tire first thing Saturday morning as I had a yard and my daughter's dance recital. I called as soon as they opened (7:30). They told me they were working on it now and that it be ready soon. I told them I was on the North side of Evansville and had two errands to get finished then I'd be there. I arrive and ask about the tire. They tell me they working on it now. I waited another 45 minutes and it cost me over $30. I exclaimed that I thought that was a bit ridiculous considering it was over a day late and was significantly under quoted on a time of completion. They took $5 off my bill and didn't really seemed too concerned about the position they put me in. Between them and Raben, I'm running out of places to get tire service. I may give them one more try before moving on to someone else.

Had new tires put on. Talked to the young lady at the counter about calling when it was ready and possibly picking it up after hours. She said she would lock the keys in it if I wasn t there before 5 and park it outside. Never received a call that it was ready so I figured it would be outside to pick up after hours. Bill had already been taken care of. Nope, went by at 6:30. No vehicle outside. Going to miss a days work because of her incompetence. I leave by 5 am every day and drive over 300 miles a day for work. Would not recommend this business to anyone. Never been there before until today but won t be back.

Called first thing when they opened and got in at noon. They put on 4 new tires and did alignment and had the car back by 3:45! Job well done! Thank you!

I waited for an hour for them to patch a tire. First they told me it was repairable but I might need new tires soon. They came back 5 minutes later to tell me it couldn t be fixed and they would need me to buy two new tires. They also told me I d need four new TPMS sensors. I told them to give me my car back and left.The next day I took my car to the dealership where they said only one TPMS sensor was bad and patched my tire.Go elsewhere. Even if it costs more money initially. They ll just overcharge you here for things you don t need.

Jason was awesome on a small issue with my air conditioning 10 or so years ago and made we want to come back. Have used Best One since then. Can t say it s always the cheapest but I feel as though I have always been treated fairly. Good people and accommodating. This last service was less than 2 hrs for all new tires, alignment and an oil change....pretty quick in my book.

We had 2 vehicles serviced in one day, on a Saturday, even! I paid for the both of these, less than what I paid for one at another place! Damian kept in contact with me giving me updates several times. Excellent service! Will definitely continue going to Best One!

They are always quick, and have reasonable prices. They helped me figure out an issue with my car, and determined it was not safety issue or something that needed to be fixed right away. Which made me feel better, and they also made me aware of another issue that I DO need to get fixed. Luckily it is not too bad. I know I am always in good hands at Best One.

Seriously understaffed; slow. Front counter person is often nowhere to be found and not polite. They fixed my car for a fair price but it took much longer than quoted and the overall experience was slow and extremely frustrating.Details: When I first walked in, the person at the counter ignored me for at least 10 minutes. Yes, he was talking to another customer and calling different places for something, but even in between calls he never even made eye contact with me or in the slightest way acknowledged I had walked into the shop. Other people walked in behind me and were also not even acknowledged. No one said 'hello' or 'we'll be with you shortly' or even smiled. To make people wait that long is bad enough, but to make them wait that long without even acknowledging them is horrible customer service. One waiting customer behind me finally walked out. My car was less than a mile away and needed to be towed or I'd have gone somewhere else. They told me my part would arrive early in the morning and the job would take about an hour and a half. In fact the part didn't arrive until the afternoon. I called to get the status and no one answered so I went back to the shop.No one was at the front desk or anythere else inside the entire shop!! I had to walk all over and call out "hello" to try to get someone to attend to me. Finally the same front counter person came into the shop from garage. There was no apology or explanation for no one being at front counter or about delay on my part. Zero empathy.When car WAS finally ready, I went back and AGAIN no one was at the counter. I again needed to hunt for someone-- to pay!However, the mechanic did do a nice job on my car and the mechanic himself was very friendly. My car is running great now so I am giving them 2 stars for mechanical work, but they lose 3 stars for the very bad front desk situation which made the overall experience incredibly unpleasant.

I called to price a battery and set up an appointment. While I was talking about what was going on with my car the manager said he could send someone to pick up my car and replace my battery while I was at work. I m in the hospitality industry and that just blew me away so I took him up on his offer. They took care of my needs and I felt like I got the best service for my money. I guess that s where the comes from Best One Tires. They have won me over.

UPDATE ON REVIEW....After placing the below review, I was contacted by the gentleman that runs all the locations. He asked for details on my experience and apologized for what took place. he assured me this was a new process, but the employees should have made me aware of this early. He will be doing additional training with his employees I am sure. He made the situation right and even gave me a gift card to show his appreciation for my business. This is how you do business!!! He got all the details before taking action and made the situation right. His follow up and action will keep me as a customer. Thank you!1st Review.... Tricked with Credit Card Fee! I have done business with Best One for a number of years and until now always had great experiences. This time I called to get a quote on new tires and TPMS sensors for my wife's van. I was very pleased with the price and quick appointment that was scheduled. They installed the tires the next day and I went to pick up the van. The tires looked great and I went to pay. They confirmed the SAME total I was given over the phone and I went to insert my credit card. When I did, the manager told me it would be 4% higher now that I was paying with CC. The quote was never given as "cash only" or cash discount etc. The CC fee was never told to me during any point in the entire process including when he gave me the total at the register. It only came out when I pulled out my CC. He was unwilling to deduct the fee and adjust the price. This needs to be a part of the quoting process and they need to be open with their "new" policy. I feel like they are hiding this on purpose until the end.

Best One has never let me down! Our family has used them for a ton of various issues with several different vehicles and have always had a great experience.Today, I was the lucky recipient of a nail in my tire. Best One was able to repair it immediately. They sent me on my way within an hour and for much less $ than I expected. I can t recommend them enough!

Jason and Damien took very good care of me. I have a 20 year old Pontiac and they were able to let me know quickly why it was overheating. They called me within hours of dropping off the car to let me know I needed a new radiator and different things for my driver side window. They quoted me a price which was fair and had completed the repairs by early the next day ahead of schedule. It s always a pleasure to do business with Best One.

Tire needed repaired so I dropped the car off to get fixed and took their shuttle home, I was told they would call me when finished and come pick me up. I called to check in at 2:30 knowing they closed at 3 and I was getting nervous."We close at 3 today , but we stay till the work is done" Then reassured me that as soon as they finished the shuttle would come pick me up!And that's exactly how it went, even though it was for a less than 20$ repair.That's how you impress a first time customer!!

Needed a tire replaced from a nail in the sidewall. The store did not have any in stock but found a store with plenty in their inventory to spare. They ordered a few from the other store and had the tire replaced in just a couple of hours. Lucky for me my spare was in good shape while they worked on my replacement. Friendly staff with great service. Will be back.
