I had the best experience using Martins. The customer service and communication was top notch. They delivered on fixing a dent in my vehicle with pointless dent repair which made me very happy. I did not want to break the paint on this vehicle. It was my dads prized possession and I inherited it. Jeremy went above and beyond by also assisting with getting a detail scheduled after the repair. We will definitely use Martins agai!

I was greeted well. Took me back to the conference room and answered all my questions. Called me back within 24 hours when I called about the status of parts coming into the shop. Texted me updates on progress and finished 4 days ahead of the schedule because the parts came in faster. Front desk is very helpful. Insurance was filed for me and they let me know my total pocket costs. Warranty on work. The work was great. Could not tell where it was damaged and where the new paint started and stopped.

I had the best experience with this body shop. They were so professional and did an excellent job on my car. They also kept me updated with the whole process. I would recommend 1000% to anyone looking to get their car fixed. They do amazing work with body and painting. My car looks like it came off the showroom floor. Best body shop around in my opinion. Everyone that works there are so nice and professional even the receptionist are very friendly and helped me alot. I will be a returning customer only to Martin's body shop from now on when or if I need them again in the future and I'll be recommending them to everyone I know looking for a body and paint shop

Martin s Body Shop was great to work with. They were very thorough in doing my estimate, worked directly with the insurance company, communicated before, during, and after the work to keep me updated, and did beautiful and high quality work! The ONLY place I will take my vehicles! On Nov 14, 2023 my Wagoneer was involved in an accident. Everyone was so nice and kept me updated on every step of the way. It took a little over 15 weeks for my vehicle to be repaired due to back orders and they did everything they could to get my vehicle back to me as soon as they could. She looks brand new and I couldn t be happier with Martin s Body Shop. I cannot emphasize enough how great this business is. They treat you like family!

I had a great experience with Martin's. Everyone was nice and understanding. It took a little longer than expected but Martin's worked so hard advocating on my behalf to get insurance to cover everything. They fixed it better than new and it looks great!

My car was one of many in my area that received hail damage in Spring of 2023. Being the first claim of my life I wasn t sure what to expect. Martin s set a bar that I m not sure many could reach. They went above and beyond every step of the way. They worked with my insurance company, worked with my schedule, gave me updates, allowed me to temporarily have my car back due to work and then when I got the car back, WOW. It looks better than it did even before the hail damage. I can t say enough good things and while I hope I don t need to, I would not hesitate to take my vehicle back!

We were rear ended on October 8th, 2023 and had our car towed to Martin s Body Shop. They quoted us 2-3 weeks as they were booked out that far. Immediately I was contacted and given their contact information and told to reach out with any questions we had. From start to finish it was a great experience. Not only did they finish our car early but also stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process! I will recommend Martin s to everyone! Thank you so much for the pretty much effortless help. Hopefully we won t have the need for a body shop again but if we do, Martin s is who we will use.

I have taken my vehicle twice to Martin's body shop and each time. They have exceeded my expectations if anybody ever needs body work done on their vehicle because of an accident or anything. I definitely recommend martin's

Top level customer service and seem to really care about the work they do. Gave me indepth, detailed updates along the way. Work appears to be high quality. Highly recommend. It was alittle out of my way but I'm willing to drive the extra time for high quality work.

Martins body shop have always did above and beyond all we have asked them to do, I was so surprised how good they made my granddaughters 2005 Honda look, I recommend them to anyone who has wrecked their vehicle to go to them.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Matthew & Leia were amazing at their communications with me. The vehicle was repaired and returned on time. And it was absolutely spotless when I picked it up.

I'm a return customer. Always pleased with their quality and service. Highly recommended.Not a deer this time. Not a dog either. This time it was a Cadillac Escalade right in the hatchback! But Martin's fixed me right up in a timely fashion to my complete satisfaction. They even returned my rental for me. How awesome is that!!!Martin's does quality work with promptness and professionalism. They take care of the insurance hassle which makes unpleasant situations less stressful so you can continue living while repairs are made. Still highly recommended

Martin's is the best at automotive body repair shop in Southern Indiana. I have brought all my vehicles to Martin's for more than 10 years. Deirdre in the front office is kind and friendly. Matthew does a great job with estimates, and communicating with my insurance company. Alex is the shop manager and has kept me up to date on the status repairs and any issues with my vehicle. The vehicle always comes back to me beautiful. Martin's stands behind their work and has taken care of any issues that have come up after service was completed. I got 3 repairs. It's always returned like I just drove it off the lot . Very friendly and professional. I was kept informed as the damage, when the repair was starting and finished. I went into martins today to get a price on getting my front bumper fixed. I am going to Florida in a week and my front bumper wasabout to fall off. Though they werent able to get to my Mazda before September since theyrebooked up..they still took the time to place bolts in the sides of the bumper a temporary fix... When I asked what I owed them-they kindly wished me well on my travels and said they were happy to help keep me safe on the road! I highly recommend such kind hearted people.

Never in my life had I seen baseball sized hail!... And of course, only a year after I finally got my first ever brand new car! I was dreading the hassle of insurance claims, and dealing with an auto body shop, but Martin's made everything super easy! They even took care of getting my rental back to enterprise! Best of all, my car looks fantastic! What hail?!?! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Our CX-5 was beautifully repaired after an accident. The Martin s Body Shop was able to assess and repair the car quicker than most shops were willing to even add to their backlog. Results of the repair and paint job were outstanding. Great service and regular progress updates provided throughout the repair process.
