If I could leave 0 Stars I would. I now have to take another day off for them to look at repairs that weren't done correctly. I thought that since I bought the Jeep from O'Daniel Chrysler that this shop would be a good. Don't waste your time! Very dissatisfied!!!

****I preface to say that I lease a Mazda CX5 from O Daniel Mazda off of Illinois and have had nothing but an amazing experience with the sales and service out there.****I was involved in an accident in August and decided it was the best option to get the body work completed at their body shop which is at O Daniel Ford in New Haven, thinking I would have the same outstanding experience. Complete opposite. If they d have been open and honest with me throughout this whole month they ve had my vehicle, it would have put me at ease, but instead I called every other day just for a SIMPLE update or ETA and got nothing but the runaround, false hope, terrible customer service, and constant voicemails. All I wanted was some comfort in that my vehicle was being taken care of properly and I couldn t even receive that. I was left in the dark for almost a month not knowing when to even expect the repairs to be done until the day of, (TODAY) an hour before I was able to pick my Mazda up. I spoke to the manager a few times and he couldn t even give my husband or I any kind of straight answers to give us peace of mind when that s all that we were asking for. Your collision/body shop needs some serious customer service help. Never again, lesson learned, I do not recommend.

Poor service in general. Didn t hear about my car for almost a week then got told it was ready for pickup in another five days. Then had to go back three times after being told it was ready and when I got there the car had problems. When asked to speak to the manager after the third time going back was immediately told by him as soon as we walked into his office that we didn t care about the car and wanted money. Won t ever be going back here! My car is only two years old so you think the dealership would do a good job but sadly that wasn t the case. Avoid hassle and go somewhere else.-My car was in this body shop under my husbands name. I have no desire to speak with Tom as he is the very rude manager I have already spoken with and was told immediately I don t care about my car and wanted money!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

ALWAYS great service!! You have such a great staff.. I have been taking my vehicles to them since 2010!! (Not just the body shop) and if you need a great used car, go see Phil!!
