We took our 2013 Honda CR-V to Lash Auto for an oil change and transmission fluid flush. Being new to this area we didn t know what to expect but had a very good experience working with this business. Their fees are not only fair, but Larry also saved us a considerable amount of money through his honesty. He indicated the transmission oil looked clean and didn t need to be changed at this time. Very professional business

It's hard for me to give a place five stars, but lash is certainly a place that they won't snow you over they won't try and fool you into spending $800 on parts and repair when really $150 would at least make sure everything's good. Their location is decent especially compared to some of their competitors in the general area especially if you count a lot of the places around Fort Wayne and on out. The staff is professional front desk is very friendly and they're more straight talkers than they are want to be salesman. It's not hard to find because it's literally right by the railroad tracks on Broadway in New Haven, and the parking is a lot more forgiving and a lot more accommodating than at a lot of the bigger or even some of the even smaller shops. I would certainly suggest to take your business there at least to go and give them a chance and really, you won't waste your time

They did quality work on time and very helpful and experienced they're the best in town. Thank you for the service I had a timing chain replaced internal water pump replaced sensors on top of the motor replaced and they did very good thank you very much Larry2004 Chrysler Sebring convertible gtc

This is the Best option in the fort Wayne Indiana area. Nice, hospitable, convenient, Efficient, job well done. Available in an emergency with a dead battery, fit us in and 45 min later job complete!!!!

My husband's car was running aweful, felt like suspension issues. They were able to get it in to check it out the next day, called us with the problem and estimate and had it fixed less than 24 hours later. Plus another shop had said his car needed a transmission but they serviced it and not a single issue. So definitely recommend them. They were fast, friendly, and saved us about 4k on a repair it didn't really need. We will definitely be using them going forward! Thank you so much.Service: General repairs & maintenance

So far, so good. Giving the vehicle repairs a few weeks to see. Previous Chevy dealer didn't do correctly. Hats off to Lori at the counter.

Great service and attention to detailLash Auto was able to diagnose and repair the numerous issues I had with my 2013 Escape. They were very friendly and knowledgeable in providing an estimate and getting everything done in a professional and timely manner. We will be taking our other vehicles there from now on, they are very honest and great at providing feedback, I highly recommend them for any repair you may need.

I had heard good things about Lash Automotive, so I when I moved into the area I decided to start taking my vehicles there. The first time I took my car there was for an oil change and to investigate why my tire light was on. When I picked up my car, they had neglected to reset the oil and tire lights, so I had to bring it back.This didn t seem like too big of a deal, so I decided to have them look at the a/c in my Honda Insight. When I dropped the car off, it was operating fine other than the a/c. After they had the car for a few hours, they called and told me that the car was completely dead and wouldn't start. They claimed they did nothing to the car, but the pcm had gone bad and it would cost $1,800 to fix. This was in addition to any repairs to the a/c system. They actually said that the pcm would have gone bad that day no matter what, it was just a coincidence that it happened in their shop.I decided to have it towed to the Honda dealership. They took a look at it and determined that the pcm had gone bad, but they only charged me $600 to fix it. Not only did Lash Automotive break my car, they then tried to charge me 3 times what Honda did to fix the same issue!! There was no apology or any attempt to meet me halfway. Do not take your vehicle to Lash Automotive unless you want to get ripped off.Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

Both Larry and everyone else at Lash Auto that I have had the pleasure to deal with are fair and honest. I am not a car expert. It's important to me that I have a place to take my vehicles where I can trust the people who are the experts. For my family and my company, Lash Auto Service is that place.

These guys are great. I called Larry about a headlight replacement. He told me to bring my vehicle in and they would work it in. I dropped it off about 15min later, walked across the street to have some lunch, went back and it was done ! Professional, friendly service at a fair price. Hard to beat !

I have taken my car and truck to Lash Auto Services many times for service. They are very professional and friendly. In addition they can be trusted to do the correct work the first time. Their prices are very good. Nice having a local family owned business as professional as Lash Auto.

rt business/customer relationsI had to take my truck on a camping trip the next morning. I noticed gobs of grease on the rt ft wheel. I brought it to Lash Auto in NH. Ultimately they told me it was the front drive axle. They fixed the drive axle, identified other problems and fixed them.I made it to my camping trip with 2 hours to spare before my future son-in-law, (at that time), told me he was going to marry my daughter that day. Now he had already asked 4 my permission but this was a surprise and a welcomed one. Thank you "Lash Auto" for making it possible for my family to make it to our daughter's wedding! It was a great weekend literally thanks to Larry Lash, Chris at the front getting parts and the time, last but not least Jeremy, the mechanic that did what was needed to be done & did it right.There's not enough words to properly thank you so I'll just say "Thank You" for now!

Lash did an excellent job. The were very detailed oriented and kept us informed. Reasonable price for the work they did. We were treated as friends. They remembered our name and explained the repairs thoroughly. Truly a good experience.

GO HERE FIRST.Larry fit me in for an emergency appt this morning and was polite and energetic. Can't best a 2 year warranty and same day service, especially since the cost was well under the quote I received elsewhere. Price was reasonable and I felt cared for rather than rushed thru. Even got a part from Michigan same day! Outstanding job to you and your team Larry

Do not take your vehicle here. My car broke down on the road and I got it towed here. Within an hour they diagnosed that my car needed a new fuel pump, which would cost over 800 dollars. I took it elsewhere and got it done for less than 500. However, the car still wouldn't start. At this point, the other business realized my inertia switch had simply been flipped off and that solved the problem. I was misdiagnosed with an 800 dollar problem for a literal flip of a switch. When I called Lash Auto back to attempt to get my 100 dollars back for the misdiagnosis (which in the end cost me over 500 dollars), they refused to take ownership for their failures. Terrible customer service and failure to diagnose an easy problem. The owner would not return my calls either! Look elsewhere, these guys just want a quick buck off of you.

My boyfriend, my cat, and I were moving from Massachusetts to Illinois earlier this month and broke down in New Haven. A rear ball joint had snapped in a gas station parking lot. While on the phone with AAA trying to get a tow truck, the cat escaped from our car and injured herself. We got her back, but her paw pads were in rough shape.When we showed up at Lash, co-owner Larry Lash had our car looked at right away. The waiting room was very nice - equipped with a Keurig and lots of water bottles. We weren't waiting very long because Larry was able to give us a diagnosis and estimate quickly. They didn't have the parts on hand but promised to have the repair finished first thing in the morning.Since we were staying the night, we needed a hotel. Larry personally drove us around Fort Wayne until we found a pet-friendly hotel that he trusted. He also offered to drive us to an emergency vet clinic and gave us his cell phone number in case we decided later that we needed to go there.As promised, our car was ready at 8 the next morning. Larry picked us up at the hotel and brought us right to our car. To get it done so quickly, someone at Lash drove several hours to Toledo to get the parts and worked through the night to replace both rear ball joints. And despite all the extra and quick work, it wasn't breaking the bank. I would highly recommend Larry's services to anybody. He's an exceptionally compassionate and giving person. I still can't believe how fortunate we were to break down in New Haven.

Overall, a positive experience. Repairs cost a lot more than was expected. Found out that my vehicle needed a new and expensive distributor that, with diagnosis and installation, cost over half what my 20 year old car is worth. I did receive a through explanation of all alternatives. Went ahead and authorized installation of the part they recommended, as I plan to keep the car indefinitely. Ended up being charged $100+ less that what was originally quoted.

I'm very particular about my vehicles. I tried many other locations and after taking my truck to Lash I was sold. I didn't know anyone there at the time, but now I would consider them friends. My family has 6 vehicles and I take everyone of them to Lash now. I have had everything from brakes, suspension, oil changed, tune ups and major repairs such as the intake replaced on my truck. I also have two corvettes and NO one touches them unless I trust them. I take my Vettes to Lash for everything. In fact Larry Lash him self works on my Vettes and I can't say enough how much I appreciate that.

went in for normal maint. and when they test drove my car the knew i had another problem and fixed it that day and for a reasonalble price! if they did not catch this problem it would have cost me much much more because of the damage to other parts of the vehicle.... very thankful for their honest attention to detail. i can tell the differance in the sound of my car and the way it feels and handles so i know i can trust these people..

Larry worked with us trying to diagnose our car's issues. He didn't try to push us into other services other than what was needed. Nice privately owned shop. Although they didn't have the oil filter for a work van that we brought there quite often. Added an hour wait to the oil change
