I ve been bringing my vehicles to New Haven Good Year for many years!!Josh is such an amazing person and always willing to help!And new employee Marcus just adds to the class of this establishment. He was helpful, kind and explained things so I would understand.I recently moved closer to the Coldwater rd location. I called for days and not one single person picked up AND if you were lucky enough to get your call answered you were put on hold only for them never pick up your call!!I will gladly keep driving this distance for quality service and kindness!

We ran into a bit of an issue while on the road and Terrance took care of us immediately! He replaced the valve on our camper tire and got us back on the road in minutes!!Fast, friendly service with a smile!! Thanks a bunch!!

Had a full set of tires put on my truck a few weeks ago .Didn t pay much attention to the tires or rims until later then I noticed my $2000 rims were all scratched not just a Knick a lot of deep scratches and no one said anything to me like they were trying to hide it and get away with it, I don t call that an honest business

I did my tire order online only and had never visited prior to the installation. The counter person was pleasant and gave me a pretty close estimate of time it would take. Very pleased with service and timing. They did indicate there was an alignment issue with front right and I did have them adjust it. The car did seem to drive better after tires and alignment. Happy with results and will definitely consider using this location again.

I bought new tires here a year ago and they're still going strong. A few weeks ago my Buick threw a battery charge code when the temperatures plummeted while I was driving to an appointment nearby. I called the shop to be sure they were open on Christmas even and in fact they were. Joshua was working the store and assured me they would run diagnostics and see what was causing the code to trip. Sure enough within an hour i got a call notifying me that the sensor had been tripped simply due to the severely low temperatures. My battery and alternator were both new within a year so i figured it was just something minor. Josh informed me that my battery was still fully charged and that the alternator was indeed still fully functional which helped put my mind at ease. I'm thankful for Goodyear and that their staff was available on Christmas Eve. Thank y'all for your excellent service

Great place highly recommend! Truly respect their honesty, hard work, and respect alone as people. I was in a roughy situation recently me and my father were heading on a trip from Michigan to Indiana. Along the way we felt a wobble in the truck it got worse and we knew we couldn t drive it was risky whatever was wrong, we started to search mechanics around and because of these peoples hard work they were the only place open nearby. When we got there we seen they were packed but we explained what was going on and they still managed to check out our truck, turned out all our lug nuts fell off one tire besides one lug nut left, we got extremely lucky. This amazing team worked on our truck overnight, drove us to a hotel nearby and had are truck ready and back on the road by 10am the next morning so we could continue are trip. Will forever appreciate this place and amazing people!

I was a first time customer today and wanted to share my great experience! I had an alignment done and took advantage of a great deal going on. They fully explained everything with the deal and were able to schedule us in the next day when calling for an alignment. Good Year, you just got another regular. We will be back for sure!

Called good year to see if I could get a tire repaired. Jeff let me know there wasn't anymore appts for that day, but he worked me in n I didn't mind waiting. I just appreciated he was able to help me out w this. Very good customer service to Jeff n his staff. Definitely would recommend this place!!!! Thank You Again...

We were on a road trip from out of State. We started losing pressure rather quickly in our tire. Happen to find Goodyear in New Haven. Josh was wonderfully kind, the tire was in stock, and he got us back on the road in no time.

Do not come here at 4:30 with a flat tire they will tell you that you are on your own. One employee came out and watched us change the tire. Another employee servicing a maroon Chevy came out of the car vaping. Would not recommend, we were out of town and they would not help us. The parking lot does offer ample space to change your own tire though.

Sean is fairly new with company. We had miss communication today during oil change. They went above and beyond what they had to do to make me a EXTREMELY happy customer. They always take excellent care of my family's vehicles i will always do business with GOODYEAR! I recommend everyone to go to GOODYEAR if you want best service best value best people on earth stop in. I guarantee they will take care of you and treat you right!

Great work by Josh & the guys! I came in today unscheduled hoping to get 2 new tires. They found a few steering problems and got ahold of me right away to let me know about the issues. Even though they had a jam packed schedule, they put their best foot forward to do my tires and other repairs. There was a miscommunication over the phone related to billing and instead of making me pay the additional amount, they kept their word and only charged me for the price first mentioned. Grade A customer service!!

I have taken my vechicles to New Haven Goodyear for many years for tires replacement and routine services as well as suspension repairs (brakes, shocks, etc.). I am pleased with their work and the cost is less than most places.

I WILL NEVER take a vehicle back to Goodyear in New Haven. I took my Explorer there for an oil change. They put it on the lift bent a piece under the passenger door. Broke the plastic that covered it. Pushed out the fender. Put a dent in the passenger side door. Didnt notice till I took it to get it washed and then seen all the damage. That was explorer #1. Same day explorer 2 they drove over the parking curb and pulled the chin cover. Previously they have wore oily gloves in the vehicle. CUSTOMER BEWARE. Search vehicle for damage before you leave!!! Wish I would of!

NewHaven, IN location. I had a screw in my tire and was heading out of town the next morning, the first location I went to couldn't help me at all so drove across town to NH which is where I had been going for 30 years and they explained they were busy but would work me in as soon as they could which is all I was hoping for, an hour or so later I drove away with a free tire repair and a new battery that they found was needed. I'll be driving the extra distance for any tire related items from now on.

These guys are great. Appreciate ability to schedule online appointments. They do good work. Have never taken something back because they messed it up. Most recently They handled a minor emergency late Saturday with a smile.

Jeff and the team at Goodyear in New Haven, Indiana provided service that was prompt, courteous and exactly what was quoted prior to starting the job. 100% will go back for future services and highly recommend others to give them their business as well.

Visited this location for an oil change and new spark plugs. Service was timely and the store itself was very clean. I feel that I got a good value for the services provided to me. I will be back the next time I need work done to my car.

I had my oil changed here, and the did some diagnostics as well. They were very nice and did a wonderful job for a very fair price. I will go there for my future oil changes, without doubt.

I've gotten all my tires from here. Great service. I had an issue with my valve stem and my tire went flat. It was nothing they did it was just a faulty stem. They fixed it next day for free. Got me in and out. Couldn't ask for better service.

They ve got a Facebook page they are affiliated with Fort Wayne Car Meets for automotive enthusiasts and they run specials on page. They advertised a 1time 4wheel alignment for $50 that s what I most recently went in for and absolutely was not disappointed. And my Jeep wasn t just a little bit out of wack, it was full blown undriveable and they straightend it out for just the advertised $50. They didn t complain or try and up charge for the extra time it took to get things back to spec.10/10 would recommend

Have a classic car and on way to car show in rain lost tail and brake lights. They worked with us to get it fixed and back on the road. Got to the show and saved our mini vacation. Great folks to work with.

When I went there I had the inspection done on my car and paid $55 for them to tell me everything was completely fine with my car to almost a week later I go to my dealer because my car is smoking and all of the hoses were supper lose and a hole in the radiator things that they perviously had checked but apparently marked as excellent so I would suggest going to another place for your car needs.
