I've been coming here for about a year now. The dudes seem pretty knowledgeable and they've never messed up my car, so cheers. Also, they're pretty good at recommending the most cost efficient options for me. They are all super sweet and hardworking. I appreciate them- and I'm pretty sure my PawPaw appreciates not being my go-to every time

I had bought tires and they put them on, they said it would be a total of 30$.....well they charged us DOUBLE and then also charged us for balancing those 2 tires.....well it shook so bad because THEY DIDNT BALANCE THE TIRES AT ALL!!! there wasn't even balancers on the tires!!! I took it back and explained the situation and they said the tires were balanced and it was because my tire it self was bent......I asked to to get clarification "you mean the rim or the rubber tire itself?" And he said "the rubber tire itself was bent because you must have hit something with that tire." I tried telling him, no they just weren't balanced and they had no balancers on them at all and it has drove that way ever since they changed out the tires!! This guy, who was wearing his glasses and then safety glasses with scruffy looking hair, kept telling me that they were balanced before and that the tire was bent and I'd need a new tire if rebalancing them didn't work!Well when they finally balanced them correctly my vehicle no longer shakes!I HATE BEING TREATED LIKE I DONT KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT JUST BECAUSE I AM A WOMAN! THIS AINT THE FIRST TIME IVE BEEN TREATED LIKE I CREATED THE PROBLEM OR I DONT KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT BECAUSE IM NOT A MALE!!!! THIS IS GETTING RIDICULOUS!!!HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A FEMALE BECAUSE THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT AND TRY TO SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY YOU DONT NEED TO SPEND!!!!!!I do my own work on my car and am well educated in working on my own car, and I would have done the tire change out and balance myself however I don't have the proper tools at my house for that!

Helped get right size and even double checked the book to make sure battery was right one for my car Incase he was maybe incorrect and I appreciate that so don't have to take trip back to get right size

Took an hour to get them to admit thier mistake then then took forever to get the car even checked in. When offered a solution for their mistake they kept denying my request expecting me to lose out on their mistake. Instead of Walmart eating money for the mistake they expected me to be ok with a mismatched tire on my car. Have fun with corporate you deserve it!Service: Tires

I have been going to Walmart Auto Center for the convenience of a simple oil change for the past 2 years. Cody has done my oil change countless times. He is rude, and not polite to the consumers, does not look the customer in the eye and does not greet. Today I came in for an oil change, he mentioned he had stripped my oil pan bolts last time he had done it. And I have to fix my self since they re no longer certified to do anything other than tire changes/oil. He knew I was frustrated because of the damages he had done to my vehicle. He had flipped his name tag around so I could not see his name.

They are usually on point here but patched a bead leak. They didn't actually smooth out the surface of the wheel and apply a bead sealer. A week later I had to pay 18 at big o to fix it. Other than that they have been real good to me on my oil changes and other misc services

Service was fast and efficient while the customer service was very courteous. To top it off the price for 4 new tires was quite affordable. Highly recommend for tire and lube service on your vehicle.

My daughter recently took her car there to have a tire replaced. They didn t have the needed tire so she left the car overnight. She goes the next day to pick up the car and her door handle is broke. The guy says it was like that. Uh no it was DEFINITELY NOT broke prior. Corporate was called and we are waiting for a response as far as repairing it. But to top that off the rest of the experience was awful too. Very rude service, a tech admitting he didn t feel comfortable doing what was asked of him (idk if he was new, not properly trained, or what) in front of customers, and a broken door handle. NEVER going there again!!

They need to work on getting their arriving orders synced up with the customers email notifications that their order is in the store.I had to wait for a long period AFTER they found that my tires were on the shelf, BUT my name wasn't listed on their computer as being a customer. As the backlog of customers waiting for service grew, they finally managed to get my information loaded, to complete a transaction that was already paid for.

The team helped my family in a last minute bind with a tire blowout, late in the afternoon on Sunday. We were traveling across the country and the team helped out family with our flat to get us to the next stop across the country. They stayed late and the team quelled my 3 children during our time there. Thank you for the help and we made it to NJ!

took a wheel in to have a tire put on it and they said they would call when it was done. after waiting 2 hours I called them and they told me it had been done for an hour and a half

They broke my dip stick off in my engine. Had to buy new part and have someone get it out. They tell me the brand of van I have always have the dip sticks break when changing oil.

Actually, very professional service. The technicians are quite good, willing to help the best they reasonably can and do so in a timely manner. I'm impressed.

They were okay.. forgot to reset my oil after changing it so it flashed change oil a week later and I had to go back so that was fun

Chandler, Kelly, and the guys always take great care of me. Fast, friendly, very informative, and let me know of anything that needs done that they can't do, if anything.

Called ahead to see if I could come in today for an oil change. The guy I talked to said nothing about them being busy but when I got there he basically told me I should just come back another day because they were booked. Thanks for the heads up and wasted gas for the 20 minute drive there and back.

Go here for all my oil changes and tire changes, they have always done their jobs well and it is managed well. No complaints and as long as they remain consistent, I will always be back.

I had small hole in my tire and they couldn't find it. So I had to bring tire back three times and had no vehicle for a week. Also there are no efforts made to make it right with the customer.

Unbelievable how slow they are. I have never had an oil change take less than an hour and has been almost two hours once.
