Their customer service communications at the front desk is weak.I had a tire that leaked and I asked for this to be checked and a rotation. After waiting 40 minutes, the tech returned my keys and stated that I didn't have a leak in my tire.I noticed that my same time was low again and found a roofing nail. If this is the quality of service we are expecting to receive because of laziness or incompetence, I will not be a customer of Tire Barn or any of the Monroe companies.I just spent money at one of their competitors to have my tire repaired. This competitor gave me excellent service.I have attached a photo of the nail that the Tire Barn tech didn't see. Unacceptable service.

Quick Courteous service , needed a tire repair and had a short wait as customers ahead of me . But wasn't a long wait .Wasn't happy about a $30 price but what are ya gonna do .I will go back next time i need tire work

Staff was very friendly and professional. Went in for a tire repair and they got me in and out very quickly. Showed me what caused the problem and told me what they were going to do to fix it. Will be a returning customer.

After new tires . Told they couldn't do an alignment due to bad tie rods. But couldn't tell me what was bad about them Inner outer . Nothing

I have been here twice now to purchase tires. Doug and his guys were great. Can t say enough good things about them. They re friendly, informative and very professional. They make you feel right at home when you walk thru the door. Thank you Doug and your guys for making it a great experience! Y all are awesome!01/21/2023Went in for rotate/balance and tire repair. These guys are always so nice and friendly every time I've been in. Had me in and out in no time. Thanks guys!

These are the only tire shop I let work on my tires excellent service and timely they get you good brand tires and excellent prices and will do all they can to get the tires you need and if they don t have them in stock they get them as soon as 2-3 days for brand new tires with all the pros included and I would really like to point out the staff Dugh Gordon and Justin I really appreciate there service and hard work

Do not go to this store.I went yesterday to get a tire rotation and balance on a Jeep Renegade.They charged me $65.00.I asked why it was so much.The manager told me it was their normal charge.I knew it was not because I have been there before. I called the other stores in the area and they charge $39.99.Price Gouged is what I call it

What a fantastic place. Customer service is 1st class. Best prices in town without a doubt. I wait longer to get into my doctor than I do to have my tires done. Doug and Chris are the best! See ya soon

Took my old beater in for a rotate and balance...First time customer...VERY COOL BUNCHA GUYS HERE...! DREW , was very professional as well as the rest of the STAFF....Even pointed out some possible "problem areas" , to have a look at....Very reasonably priced , as well....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED....

If could five 0 stars i would. Took my truck in for an alignment this past Saturday and one of the workers decided they needed to go through my middle console of my truck and rifle through other areas that they had no busness in. So unless you want your vehicle gone through i dont recomend going to tire barn in newcastle indiana

I bought 4 new tires and had them installed on my dually Saturday, 800.00 dollars and this morning I found that the two inside duals were flat and my extension hoses were gone along with my tips sensors. They didn't tighten the hold down bracket. Also when I removed the lugs to fix it the lugs were lose.Not happy at ALL

Tire Barn Warehouse saved me after my car got a flat. I had a long two days of traveling and I was trying to make it home to Chicago. Getting a flat tire was the last thing I wanted to deal with. Tire Barn Warehouse recommended a tow company to me and had me in and out and on my way very quickly! Everyone was extremely friendly and very happy to help me. I cannot recommend them enough!

I've been a loyal customer ever since I could drive. This place to used to take great care of its customers. Specifically it's loyal customers. I previously rated them at 5 stars but had to change it.The last several times that I've been there I haven't received friendly service. I feel like I'm just another number. They used to do things for you like offer to rotate tires etc. Now the nickel and dime you death. It seems like their solution to everything is to buy new tires and if you don't do that or can't afford to, they don't offer any other suggestions.Taking care of their customers used to be their focus, but recently it feels like they just want your money and as much as they can get.

Great experience. Staff went out of their way to find the exact set of tires I wanted, same day with only a few hours notice! District manager personally delivered the tires and they got us out the door with great service and competitive price. Will absolutely come here for my next set of tires!

Ray hooked me up today! He patched my tires, explained to me what all was going on and I really felt like he cared about giving me the information. A lot of times people see a young woman coming into a tire store as a chance to take advantage, but he really helped! Also, he made me aware of the different tires I can buy in the future, comparing price points for me and giving me a visual. Very happy!

Now, this makes two tire Barn locations that have refused to do the work requested on my car. I went to the Muncie tire Barn a couple weeks ago trying to get a TPMS sensor replaced on one of my wheels. Now, full disclosure, I was once upon a time the assistant manager of this exact store. I trained at the Muncie store, then moved to the New Castle location permanently as I lived in New Castle. I came in around 5:20 p.m., and the store generally closes at 6:00 p.m., or at least that's the policy. Now, when I ran the store, I would always take every customer that came in and wanted work done and that we could possibly do, all the way up until 6:00 p.m. closing time. I never turned away work because we would have to stay past 6:00 p.m. I know that's a common thing in the automotive world, but that's not how I like to run my businesses. Regardless, the person at the front desk told me that they would not be able to get to me today and asked if I would be able to do it in the morning. No. I work normal hours during the day, just like the vast majority of people. So, even though I told many of our customers that we got at tire Barn to never go to Big O, that is exactly where I went immediately leaving this tire Barn store. And they happily got me in and took care of the issue which literally took 5 minutes. How difficult was that?
