My wife and I needed a car, and we were in pretty dire straights. Eric helped us and gave us a great deal! He always says, "If I tried to cheat anybody, I just couldn't sleep at night..." I've been dealing with his business for months, and I've found him to be very honest and helpful! When I had issues with my car - he just jumped right in to help, when I wanted new headlights - he got on it and got them ordered and installed. He gets cars that need fixed up a bit and after he fixes them, he sells them for a cheap (but fair) price. When I could get NO HELP from those so called "great car dealerships" around New Castle... he actually looked for ways to help me. My wife and I have low credit ratings but he didn't care. As long as you pay on time, he'd do anything to try to help if it's in his power. Thank you, Eric! You guys have truly been a blessing for us and we will NEVER FORGET the kindness and professionalism you have shown us!

I have always used this car lot . Eric, the owner is wonderful, I have got several good deals and vehicles from them. I have even won one during their giveaway.Love the fact that they work with you, I've taken my family to them. I'm still in my dodge, Durango. I've got almost 8 yrs ago. Other than normal man. It's been a great vehicle to me.Thanks! To all who work there for having a kind heart and working on low payments, with times and infantion, we all can use a break.

I was hopeful after reading the reviews that this place would be better. My husband went in on 2-11-21 and the older gentleman who was there couldn't look up from his phone or be professional. My husband asked about a Durango on the lot and the gentleman said it was "junk." He then seemed bothered when my husband asked about the Charger. My husband walked out without acknowledgement from the gentleman. We just needed a cheap extra car. My husband left with cash still in his pocket. We'll just go back to Carvana and pay a little more. At least we won't be treated like trash. It only takes a little more to go first class anyway.

It s rare to find a place like this. Family owned. Caring. Honest. We were turned down at so many places because of our credit history. They were more than happy to help get us into something we loved in our budget. Highly recommend.
