Very friendly and good service. You can tell they were very busy and was able to work my truck in and quoted a couple of things I need to get done and very reasonable. Just waiting for my financial situation gets better in the next couple weeks to have those things done.

The whole staff was very friendly and accommodating with wonderful customer service. On our most recent visit, I had kids with me and they helped me with my doors and stroller, made sure the kids were safe when walking by the pit, and they turned on cartoons for them in the waiting room. I first went for an oil change and needed new tires. They gave me a quote but were not pushy. We have never had a bad experience here.

In and out very quickly. Price seemed very high,$95.33 with $20.50 off for coupon. My receipt said they washed exterior windows, checked wiper blades and lights, which they did not. They were very polite and courteous. They all seemed to work well together. Four stars due to price.

This was my first time going to Jiffy Lube. I was very happy with the service I received. They kept me informed what they were doing and finished the job in about 20 minutes. Five stars.

Will NEVER return to Jiffy Lube at this location ever again!! I was quoted $134 for the service I received. While the service I received was great, the communication with sales I was absolutely unsatisfactory!! At the end of the visit the total was $232!! That was NOT the price I was told it would be!! What would ve happened to me if I didn t have the money?! Had I d been informed appropriately, I would have declined the service!! Thank you Jiffy Lube for taking all the money I had to my name for the week!! So sad!!

I absolutely love my home town Jiffy Lube! It s very professional and gets the job done fast n proficient! I love Mr.Hancock I actually went to high school with his oldest son! He is so much like coming home to family! He is this way at all customers and smiling always ! Thanks n keep up doing great work!

Love New Castle Jiffy Lube and associates! Not only are they quick they deliver the quality with ease as well. I love paying them for an oil change over every other company because they inspect, fill, inflate, and even vacuum for one low price! Even with discounted coupons online, every time! Perfect service allowing me to stay in my car with my dog, Everyone was very professional and answered any questions I had. In and out very quickly, even reset the alert on my car. Extremely pleased with the service and the price. Highly recommend Jiffy Lube in New Castle.

What an awful experience. I was told the price would be roughly $50-55. Ended up being $71. The whole time my truck was being worked on. The service techs. Were making awful remarks about my truck. Then, proceeded to talk bad about me. As if I couldn't hear them. It was a very disrespectful experience. I will not be back.

My experience was fantastic. The team was fast and efficient. They preformed the service and inspection giving me the option to have other preventive maint. without any pressure (I did not accept any additional service)Thanks again Jiffy Lube.

Great experience as always . Cost a little more than the dealer ship but you don't need an appointment and have to sit all day waiting . Well worth the extra . personable service , nice guys . Good job .

Very fast reliable service when getting oil changed. They also noticed an issue with my rear pinion seal leaking and for a VERY reasonable price they replacing that as well.Thanks to all the Jiffy Lube Techs

Stopped in today for an signature oil change, the guys seemed friendly but didn't have much to say, so maybe not. I just stood at the counter looking around until they said they was done. Skipping out on vacuuming & cleaning the windows that was supposed to be with my oil change but they made sure to get paid. Seemed like I was being rushed away.

The people at this Jiffy Lube are the best I ve ever dealt with at a Jiffy Lube location. They re always professional they get right to the job. There s no lounging around and they ve always done a very professional job. The way they talk to the customers is very professional, as well as their demeanor. No one there acts like they hate their job a product of management obviously

They were quick and efficient. Did my oil change, replaced the headlight, and they found a tail light that was out too! Very thorough job done. Will be back for my next oil change.

We pulled in around 5pm worried that we were too close to closing at 6pm, but they were super fast and friendly. Told us there was plenty of time. We didn t even have to get out of the vehicle! Reset my gauges and we were in our way. Great experience and we will definitely be back.

Always a pleasure to stop here. They work fast, get to the point and help even when it's an issue they can't work on. My wiper tone was broken and unattached and the gentleman told me where I could buy it without it being over priced. He also answered questions about it when I asked.Our go to oil change location. We were leaving in 2 days for an out of state trip for Christmas and my CHANGE OIL SOON notification came on. We couldn't get in to see our mechanic for 2 wks. Thank you Jiffy Lube for being available, reliable, and quick. They also gave us a Veterans discount for my husband.

I've never had a bad experience at the New Castle location. Even if they may be a little more expensive than other local businesses, I value my time I save by visiting Jiffy Lube rather than waiting an hour somewhere else.

Jiffy Lube in New Castle always does a great job - always fast yet thorough. They let me know what parts are wearing out, but I never feel pressured to buy the replacement parts.
