If you re looking for a used car and want to make sure you re not getting ripped off, Cardinal is the place to go. Got a mustang here and it has been great, just getting up in age, getting a Buick from here this week and it s in amazing shape with very minimal issues. Not only did they encourage me to let someone look at them before purchase, the first time we bought here they let us know a different car we wanted to drive wasn t safe and didn t feel comfortable letting us until they had it fixed. When I came here to look at the Buick I m purchasing, we weren t pressured into buying right then and there, was just told to let them know if we had any questions or wanted to test drive. I have to wait for funds to come in before purchasing and they let me put $100 down to hold it for me until I get my funds, they were moving it off the lot to the back before I even got to my car. I will never go anywhere else for a car. Kathy is amazing and incredibly sweet.

The owner and his wife were so sweet and walked me through every step of the car buying process. I got an AMAZING deal on my car, couldn t have asked for anything lower. I had a small issue with my key and the owner, Roy immediately volunteered to pay for a new key. Customer service was absolutely a 10/10! Go support this small(er) business, they certainly make the experience worth it

Great experience Happy customer. Bought a 2008 Jeep Wrangler with only 77,000 miles. The Jeep was like new and good condition from Cardinal Sales. The price was good and hard to find with the low miles. They were very helpful teaching me how the 4x4 worked. I liked that there was no sales preasure. They show me how to take the top off in the summer. I will send my friends when they need something.

I just bought a Silverado recently from Cardinal Sales and it was a very pleasant experience. Over the years have bought two other vehicles that were very strong and lasted long time.Had great experience with both of owners and had no issues and enjoyed their partnership through the whole experience.Will be looking for another vehicle around the turn of the year and will definitely return to see if their inventory meets my needs.I fully recommend Cardinal Sales as a great place to do business!

**BUYER'S BEWARE** Purchased a 2003 Trailblazer 4X4 from Cardinal Auto sales on 1-15-2018 as a second vehicle for the winter months. It wasn't even 2 days later, huge issues started! Supposedly it was a nice vehicle with no issues and that is why he wouldn't come down "at all" on the asking price (which was very high for that year of vehicle) however, I thought I'd go ahead and buy it because it was supposedly in "great" condition! Luckily for me the gas tank didn't explode while I was driving it home! (see pic) I have attached photo's of just "a few" of the issues and bills I have endured right after purchasing from this dealer (there are many, many more repairs that have been made and others that still need completed) I am sharing just a few. There are still "several" issues with this truck.. No A/C working, when you turn left there is a horrific grinding noise under the front end. The back end is clanking terrible. I waited 6 months to write a review to see what else may go wrong. He had taken the spare tire off of the truck and told me I could drive back to pick it up as he had used it for another truck and forgot to give it to me. It's about an hour drive and I am so upset at this company, I have not returned to get it! With the issues I have had to deal with, I just don't trust this company at all, not even with a "spare" tire!!

Greetings!My husband David and I just bought a 2014 Buick Enclave AWD from Cardinal Sales.The Buick was really nice and has a moonroof, leather, satellite XM radio and back up camera and low miles.A little hard to find this nice and low miles.We are going out West on vacation in it.We had been looking for a while.They gave us a good deal for such a nice SUV.They were very helpful and met us at their lot after they closed to pick up the Buick because we couldn t get off work early and we live a good ways away.They included a warranty at a discount price.We were very happy dealing with Cardinal and will come back in the future.My friend may see them about a Honda CR-V soon.Need anything give them a try they were friendly to deal with and went out of there way to help us.Thank you,CW

Bought a Trailblazer, nothing but problems every since! Have put more money into repairs on the vehicle! To be exact over $5,000.00 in repairs and have only driven it about 7,000 miles! It s spent more time in the shop than I ve been able to drive it!! LEMON to say the least!! Small claims court is the next step I will be looking into to! Was told how great this vehicle was and no issues when I bought it... that was a big fat lie!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!

I bought a 2002 honda crv from here yesterday and I love it! Decent mileage and in great shape. Very friendly people and I got a great car at a great price. They are tough to haggle with but they are fair.

I was highly interested in a deep red 2008 Ram 1500 he's selling and happens to be listed on other site's as well. The description is very vague and I noticed there's a check engine light on. I asked about the check engine light and he denies it. I sent him a screenshot of the picture he posted that clearly shows the check engine light on the dash. I politely procedded to explain my concerns and inform him that I am highly interested in purchasing the vehicle but will need to know the faults and issues before making such a long drive. Instead of going into conversation about the pros and cons of that particular truck and doing a standard sales pitch you would expect, he tells me he just received a deposit over the phone then blocks me lol. Petty! He's definitely holding some important information back about the truck he's selling and doesn't wanna say what it is! Buyer's beware! I'm still waiting for a response on a few other trucks from other seller's so my money will happily go elsewhere. I never lowball either, it's disrespectful, so good luck with the lowballer's buddy.

I was on my way home from visiting relatives in Indianapolis and drove past Cardinal just window shopping. My wife saw an Enclave she liked. We called for info on it, they were closed but said they could be there in 15 min if we could wait. We test drove and came back couple days later to purchase. So far so good. We really like the Buick. Thanks Roy and Kathy.

I bought a 2006 Honda CRV for my daughter from cardinal sales. Was very happy with dealing with them. I went back to cardinal and bought a 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser with low miles. They treated me great. Need anything check with them. Carol

I bought a 2009 Chevy Avalanche and was very happy with the price and friendly salesman. I went back and also bought a new 2015 7x12 Haulmark Low Hauler All Aluminum motorcycle trailer from Cardinal 2 months later to take to Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in Sturgis, South Dakota. Great prices friendly people. Need an Enclosed Cargo trailer this is the place.John

Very very very disappointed with this used car lot. Not only was the office very dirty and unorganized, they held back issues with a truck that we purchased. The owner was more worried about his own vehicles in the garage and not about the issues that he failed to disclose on his trucks for sale. It is sad that he sold the truck at full retail price with sooooo many issues. I have the receipt for proof. Don't waste your time or money at this place. Family owned, scammers.

We are from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area, we drove up on there a few weeks ago about a jeep wrangler my girlfriend wanted, after being slightly disappointed with it, they happened to have a different Jeep that she fell in love with. I was content with the price, condition of the vechile and the mileage. They were very calm and haggle-free people and easy to work with. We bought the jeep and brought it home. We had to pay IN sales tax and we lost the needed form to get the jeep titled in kentucky without having to pay the sales tax again. The only reason I am not putting 5 stars is because they are a little disorganized and slow regarding paperwork and such.But dont let that discourage you, this is a very easy to work with family owned used car and trailer dealer. If they ever happened to have what I want at the time I'm looking, i wouldnt hesitate to stop by there and do business again

About as easy going, and down to earth, as used car salesman can get. The lady helping me was very knowledgeable about options on the different brands. It is not fancy- just a little place on the corner in a little town. But well worth going out of your way to visit, especially if you need a trailer.

The whole time i was there i was rushed because he had "other customers"coming to see another car and was treated like i was a small child that had no idea what i was doing and as if my business was not worth it. I would not recommend there business to anyone.
