First of all, Bryce put my personal tire on my truck rim quick, provided great customer service, and charged me 10 bucks, which is a fair price for this job, the reason I m writing a 1 star review is because the middle aged woman working the front desk tried to tell me it was going to cost me 25 dollars, went in, got a price quote from her, then talked to Bryce who I assume is partial owner, at which point he said 10, when I went back in to pay she tried to say 25 again, at which point I informed her I was told 10, put my 10 dollar bill on the counter, and walked out, do not deal with the front desk chick, I believe she is stealing money, talk to Bryce, or Jeff only. I do not take kindly to people trying to steal my money

Great place to do business with. Bryce went out of his way to work with my hectic schedule. I highly recommend this place, because good honest repair shops are hard to find. They were great even as I was late and almost threw off their schedule. I'm not used to that. I worked an automotive industry in the service department and I really used to technicians and mechanics that have a bigger attitude than any prima donna I'd ever seen so for these gentlemen to be on the ball and me threaten to throw off their whole schedule for the day because I was late It was very impressed. But anyway diagnosed the issue because they were going to do an alignment but they couldn't because it needed my upper ball joints replaced. Their quote was $170 + parts + $85.00 for the alignment. My husband, just because he is who he is, whatever, got a estimate from another place, here in Knightstown and if anybody's familiar with Knightstown then I'm sure you know the place I'm talking about; upwards of $700!!!! Compared to $170 plus parts (which we found online through Rock Auto: $6-7 for parts is what my hubs found them for.... but in Knightstown $700 labor +parts + alignment .. .. yeah, twist my arm...so I will be going back to Bryce and Jeff's alignment shop to get my work done and any work in the future with my vehicles not anywhere in Knightstown that's for sure! They are awesome. Got my car in ahead of the schedule date. & Less then what they originally priced. Very happy with the job they done & the service. Very professional & friendly. Would give more the five stars

I had my brake pads replaced and they wore extremely quickly and put grooves in my rotors. The mechanic that put the new ones on asked who previously did the brakes. When asked, why, he responded they were installed incorrectly which caused rapid wear and a more expensive repair. In hindsight I should have checked more thoroughly when Bryce & Jeff did the work.

This is my 2nd time here, very professional my appointment was at 10 arrived 10 minutes early had my car in early and got my tie rods on quickly. Will be going back for rear brakes next month. Highly recommend!!!!

Thank you to John at Aaron's Auto Repair for referring me to Bryce and Jeff's Alignment for heater core flush. Bryce and Jeff's Alignment did an amazing job and I now have heat. Both shops are honest and do amazing work. I'll always give them both my business do to their honesty.

If your car is in need, this is the spot!These guys are the BEST! They managed to squeeze my mom's car in over the holidays for a fix that if left unattended would have left her stranded in the cold. We received the best customer service...they were fast, honest, and affordable. Called to talk it over with us before starting any repairs. I will definitely take any of our vehicles back here without hesitation!Thank you Jeff and company for all your help and service!!

Great place you know you can trust. I once had another place tell me my vehicle needed around $700 worth of work. So I took it to Bryce & Jeff's for a second opinion and turns out it only needed an alignment. I fully thrust them to do only what's necessary and not up charge for a bunch of stuff you don't need.

Thank goodness we have this great auto service here in town!I was possibly spared my life from a possible major frame issue! I brought my newly purchased used car in due to cooling system. What they found was a nearly rusted through on the sub frame. The engine could easily fallen out and dropped to road as I was driving.They had me look at underbody so i could see for myself. They charged me minimally for the test evaluation on the cooling system. I will definitely be giving this shop every bit of my car business going forwardI highly recommend Bryce & Jeffs Alignments.Thanks so much guys!

We went in with a stript lugnut thinking it would take them only a couple minutes. We were told, up front, the cost would be $10. It was stuck on worse then expected, as well as, a second lugnut.He finally got them off then offered to help put the new tires on the truck but the rims didn't match the truck so he had to change them out for us. He did all of that in the heat for $10 bucks. If we had had more we would have given it. What a kind , generous, and fair person to do all of this for us. I will never go anywhere else!!!!
