Went to get new wiper blades and had them install for me and took an hour. Young men don't know how. I finally had the elder gentleman come out to finish and took him 20 seconds......will never do my business here again. Don't enjoy leaving bad reviews but WOW . Please teach our youth!

Didnt have moped oil, the guy at the computer didn't know anything and we w�re not asked if we needed help, I should give it one star but I'm in a generous mood

Stopped here today to pick up a part I ordered online and get wiper blades for my Jeep. The young man was really helpful and friendly and was willing to put my wiper blades on for me .. The inside and outside of the store was very clean. I'll definitely be going back to this specific store.

Not my usual parts store, but stopped in for new wipers. Cashier found my parts and put them on for me. Quick easy & pleasant :)

Waited at the counter for over 20 minutes. Only one other customer in the store. Was told by three different people that someone would be with me in a minute. It never happened I left and went to autozone and was helped within 10 seconds of walking through the door.

Associate / employees were very helpful when it comes to parts or looking up a part me being from California not knowing what to put in my vehicle for this different weather they were very helpful.

Has a lot of things you need for the car. Friendly people working here and always ask if you need help! Kind of expensive but sometimes it's worth paying for depending on what it is you need.

This is my FAVORITE parts store on new castle. Ordering online is always cheaper but if you can't wait this is the place.
