We dropped off my fiancee s car at about 10am for oil change and tire balance and rotation. We waited around town and never got a call that it was done. Around 3 we called and they said it had been done. Now he has one brand new tire and 3 older tires that are a different brand. We got there about 4:45 to pick it up and the tires had not been rotated, the new tire was in the exact same spot. We went in to pay and had to wait about 10 minutes before anyone came to the counter to help us. We asked about the tires and they told us they rotated and balanced the tires when they clearly didn t. We waited around while they took their sweet time to rotate them for us. We will not be back.

This is my first visit here. A friend recommended this place. Nice people, good service. Fair prices. I got 4 new tires and an alignment. My only complaint was they didn't call when when my car was ready.

The second time we ve used this location. Always friendly, honest, and transparent about pricing. They always ask about my military discount. Specifically I had Corben today and he was very helpful. Being a Tesla owner, we had much better service here than even the Tesla service center. We will be back.

I had a good experience with this place. All staff was friendly and very informative. I called around before going here and most places do not honor veterans anymore but tire discounters does appreciate veterans. Thanks again guys! The lady with the million questions will be back soon for an oil change on her Golden oldy van.. I purchased 4 brand new tires alignment and wipers. No complaints here and I'm a person that complains when it is needed.

I bought a set of tires there back in March of 21, just today I went back to get the tires rotated & have a slow leak checked. They did the rotation, & found a nail in the suspect tire & fixed it, all under warranty. $0. I m glad I did business w/them.

These guys will say anything to get you to buy new tires. Wouldn t rotate my tires when they had my car for an hour and a half for an oil change. The manager said I needed new tires and they couldn t rotate the old ones. I went across the street to Big O had my car done in 30 mins. These tires have a year left on them. So frustrating to pay for an oil change with rotation, then have to go to a different shop for the rotation. I called corporate no response. I was a loyal customer for years. I ll never go there again.

This people took advantage of me, selling me 4 tires and then because I am a Hispanic female older than 65 they put in my car the lower price tire but charged me for the higher price tires they also without asking me charge my card a 25$ fee donation for wounded project they never told me about! I have the wrong tires at a high price and they stole my money with theft, deception and fraud! On my card because I am a minority woman older with disabilities! I want my money back all of it! Why do that to a minority woman? How many Hispanics this has happened to at this location in new Albany?? Hispanic, or any and all females and seniors be aware of this store abuses on your credit cards and bank cards . I did call my bank and the store in new Albany and now they don t answer the phone to me!I am contacting the fraud department and OG in Indiana to get this business to answer and make it right.Is 2023 why this man all white! Decided to take advantage of a minority woman elderly and with disabilities? A person that do this, is not the first time they do it! And not to answer the phone again to me today Monday September 18/23 after I questioned them and the manager there promise on Friday September 15 and Saturday the 16 of September 2023 he would make it right ! Now Monday 18/23 they don t answer the phone to me.My next step is calling Indiana attorney general . Filing a complaint on line right now. Unconscionable! Me having an accent as I speak give them permission to steal from me? My accent only means I speak more than one language. Minorities be aware! Of this business practices against minorities.I waited for 3 hours! There while they take white peoples before me! When my appointment was for 4pm! I got out of there at 6:10pm after they stole from me! I just relocated to New Albany Indians to be near my Dr and other reason because of my disability! Return my money! Or respond to Indiana OGGracias

This place is the real deal I got five estimates two of who I thought were friends of mine who owned tire companies my $750 tires was the cheapest I can find but yet Tire Discounters was able to give me tires There Were Ten Thousand Mi rated more and put all four on for $500 and some change there is honest as they come the employees the staff are polite there's no reason to go anywhere else if you do you're just throwing your money away and if you want to throw your money away throw it at me, they even recommend to me to a great restaurant down the street food was amazing now I go there every day

Tire Discounters - Chip's Auto GlassI had my windshield replaced through Tire Discounters. They use Chip's Auto Glass and it was a great experience from start to finish. Tire Discounters sent an email to Chip's Auto Glass and Chip's called me pretty quickly. Caleb at Chip's was so nice. Appt was scheduled for the next day and it's a mobile service so they came to me. The technician contacted me with an ETA the morning of and then contacted me again when he was on the way. He was very nice and did a great job. The windshield had been replaced before I got the car and the molding around the windshield was not handled well with that installation and there were sections of the molding that were sticking out on the dash and it looked sloppy. That is not the case now! Now it's all nice and tidy looking. I hope I don't need new glass anytime soon, but if I do I would use them again with confidence. Thanks for great service and a great job!

Corben helped me in a pinch, had a flat tire and he got me right in and taken care of. After that I bought a set of wheels off of him and he s taken care of me ever since, definitely won t be going anywhere else!

Only because they told me I could get two new tires installed and all wheel alignment only to find out they denied my alignment when I told them okay I just want the tires and I'll go somewhere else they thought it would be funny to not balance my wheels. In my opinion if I ask for service and you say yes with this price cool let's do it it was a fairly new truck I new the tie rods inner and outer were good including end links shocks springs the whole thing I just needed an alignment they wanted to tell me this this and this need replaced first. There needs to be a policy on your wheel alignment and tell the customer first before someone agrees to something that the cost may be more if the steering and suspension components are nearing replacing. It's one thing if you do it's something different if you don't which I already knew the answer in my scenerio. Go to big -o tires across the street or on eastern Blvd. But even eastern Blvd will try to squeeze every dime out he can. I think the guys name was terry at that location. But still rather be lied to in my face and I can argue the situation than a woman at the counter who can't explain nothing just well that's what the mechanic said.

I'm standing in the lobby right now. Great service from these two. SWAY AND CORBEN. In and out in 20 min. Helped me out a ton. It was for a trailer and I was told I had to have it off my trailer to service, I asked to borrow a breaker bar and my guy Corben came out and knocked it out right there. Good dudes. Keep these ppl corporate . Thank you again

I m delayed leaving this review, but I ALWAYS recommend this location. Always respectful and helpful. They have taken care of my tire issues twice with no charge. So so nice. They always make feel comfortable about being there

I cannot recommend this place less. If you enjoy decent customer service and basic respect, do not waste your time here. After calling ahead and making an appointment, I dropped my car off on a Saturday for an oil change and tire balancing. They said they d call me when it was done, and I waited 3 hours and received no calls or voicemails. I had my ringer on all day and kept checking my missed calls to make sure I wouldn t miss it. It hit right after 4 pm and I called, and he said they d tried to call me and I didn t answer, and that the car had been ready for a while. I said that I d be on my way to get it and then hung up. I got there at about 4:15 to find all the employees driving away, and the door locked. I didn t realized they closed at 4 on Saturday s and he didn t mention a single thing on the phone. So I had to wait the rest of the weekend until Monday to have access to my car even though it was just sitting in an empty parking lot. Fast forward to Monday, today, I go in with my mom to pick up my car and after my mom expressed our frustration with what was experienced on Saturday, we didn t get an single acknowledgement or apology. while paying for said services, my mom noticed a sexist meme they have taped up on the wall behind the desks. She took a picture of it, and the employee said you can take a picture of it as long as you don t report it. Wouldn t be the first time. My mom expressed her frustrations with the meme putting down women, and that it alienates part of their clientele. After expressing that, the man working told us to have a great day in a super condescending tone. I ve honestly never had an experience like that before and I will absolutely never be back.

I've been using this location over the past several years and have consistently had bad experiences. For example, in the past they have invoiced me for services that were never performed. Today, I needed an oil change and made an appointment. I got here a bit early, but was told it would still take an hour. I have now been sitting here waiting for two hours, and was just told that it will be at least 45 more minutes. Deceitful and disrespectful business.

Been coming to TD for my tire needs for years and they never fail to also check my other vehicle systems to keep me driving safe. Work is quick. Estimates are fair. Explanations make sense. Problems get solved.

I went to Tire Discounters to repair a nail in a tire. After waiting 2 hours, I was informed that they did not have my tire in stock and that they would have to order one. Luckily they ordered a tire and it arrived the same day. I went back to the store later that day and asked for a tire rotation also. I waited an additional 1.5 hours and when I picked up the vehicle, they forgot to rotate the tires. I set up another appointment for the next business day and I show up as planned and I had to wait another 1.5 hours only for them to tell me it would be another 45 mins for a tire rotation. While waiting, I see several employees walking to the gas station while on Break , knowing that the waiting area was full of customers. It was 8:30 am. Several customers were also complaining about the wait time despite setting up an appointment. Why set up appointment times for customers and then have them wait an excessive amount of time?Don t promise customers a 45 minute wait and then 2 hours later not have the vehicle completed as planned. Also, spend time to clean your bathroom in the waiting area. I was ashamed for your business to have a customer offer to clean it. Customer service is not a high priority at this location! If you wish to waste your time, visit this location!

I m not someone who typically reviews. I m not hard to please and am overall a pretty understanding person. But if I could I would leave zero stars. I called to set up an appointment and was immediately placed on a brief hold which lasted for over 30 minutes. At this point, I used another phone to call the store while remaining on hold. The second phone call was immediately picked up and I was then asked what I could be helped with. At this point I hung up the phone that had been on hold for so long. I was able to make an appointment without difficulty. When I arrived to drop off my car, I had to wait inside the store for seven minutes and had to ensure they had all the information needed to appropriately perform the repair I needed. Two hours post my repair appointment, I had to call to check on the status of my vehicle, after being placed on hold for another 15 minutes, I was told my car was ready. When I asked a clarifying question about the repair, the young man replied that they actually weren t able to perform the repair and that a key was needed to remove the tire. I informed the technician that I would have really appreciated a call with that information. Technician claimed that a call had been attempted however no missed call or voicemail was present. When my father came to pick up the vehicle and take it to the Veteran s Parkway location, he had to go into the bays to flag someone down to get the keys after waiting in the lobby. This location is not focused on customer service. I am very disappointed. Go to the Veteran s Parkway location!

Duane picked up my car in the rain and brought it back with the oil changed and tires rotated. It was so nice to have it taken care of while I was working rather than taking up a whole Saturday morning. Thanks y'all. I love this service. I haven't driven it yet but I'm confident that they did a good job as my son has used them before and hasn't had a problem.

Had a tire lose pressure- the tire was under warranty so I had to replace at the dealer but the team was so professional- told me what I needed and filled my tire with air until I could get real fix for free! V knowledgeable and professional!

Warning This crew seems to have no problem taking advantage of people.My wife was out with a friend and thought it would be a good idea to get her oil changed at Tire Discounters while out. The date was 1 August 2017They charged her $62.33 for the oil change. A simple OIL CHANGE. $62.33!!But that was not even the worst. They informed her that there was major work that needed to be done to the undercarriage, breaks, and shocks, and that was going to cost her $1592.63. Thankfully she refused, and we took the vehicle to a dealer.The dealer confirmed some of the items did need work, and did it for $475.00. LESS than ONE THIRD what these crooks wanted.I thought the days of mechanics trying to take taking advantage of what they perceive as ignorant people were over. I do not care how friendly they may act on the outside, I would not trust these people to wash my windshield.By the way any questions, I will be happy to provide the invoice and estimate to anyone who needs verification.

They were really nice. I always have a good experience. The manager gave me a slight discount since we're business neighbors. It took a little bit longer than I expected to have my car done, but they did a great job and were very nice. Sometimes I want to go somewhere cheaper, do have work done, but it's a gamble at those places because they don't offer warranties or service your car for free after the fact. I'll always go here.

The only place i trust for oil changes and tires. Are you going to wait a little bit? Yes, but the job is done correctly and no worrying about the drive through oil places stripping the oil pan drain plug or leaving the old gasket when replacing the filter (both things I have dealt with). Plus, they are cheaper.
