Only thing that sucks is that I can only give em a five star rating when they deserve so much more. I was at wits end and to the point of giving up when a friend mentioned Ray s looked it up on google and thought what the heck. I m to the point of ramping the car off a cliff sounds like an almost legitimate plan. But back to Ray s they are amazing. Got me in at the drop of a hat in the middle of the night. No one else in the business would do that and not to mention it wasn t for an exhaust or radiator.

This is the best auto shop around. He made sure to take care of me in a timely manner and was so polite to me. Come here for everything and anything. You will leave feeling like family

It is no longer Ray's. It is J.R's Automotive and Repair Shop.Have been there twice for muffler replacement and A.C. charging. Fast, friendly service. Will go back as needed.A+++

For a very small shop, they take care of you very quickly, and at a excellent price. When my muffler rusted and fell apart, they reattached it in only 45 minutes and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. If you're short on time and even money, I can't recommend them enough. An easy 5 stars from me.

Worst experience ever with an auto shop. Went to have an exhaust manifold replaced. They would not give an estimate, only that it would cost $60 an hour. Called and told me the manifold was cracked and they were going to fix it. A day and a half later, received no call or update and tried calling both phone lines and neither were working. So went by the shop before close and they said the exhaust manifold was cracked too badly that they were going to have to replace it with another one. Asked how much the new one would be and the man out the counter did not know. So I asked him to find out. Said it would be $350 and wouldn't be in until the next day at 2. I said it seemed very expensive and that I would look around for one. Got one at AutoZone and they had it in the next morning at 8:30 at it cost $203 after taxes. Got the labor bill for removing an exhaust manifold (no broken bolts) and installing the new one. The total was $572. The tried to claim 9 hours to remove and install an exhaust manifold. Are you kidding me. Then went to start up the truck and it was misfiring. Mechanic did not put the spark plug wire boot on #1 plug and #3 and #5 were barely contacting. DO NOT go here for any automotive work; especially if you have out of town plates. Place is a dump and service is inept.

I have been to this shop twice. The first time I went I was trying to buy a short length of pipe to complete some headers that I was working on for my 1963 F100. I was told that he "could not sell me any raw materials, because I could use them to bypass the catalytic converter". I walked away unhappy, but I understood why he could not sell me the parts. The second time I went to this shop I had my truck with me. He would not give me a quote of any kind and would not even step outside to look at my truck! He simply said that it would be a time and materials job. If I wanted to, I could leave my truck at the shop and they would look at it. What?!?!?! Yeah, right. How about I write you a blank check too. This person did not even want my business.

I was in need of fixing a bad exhaust leak and had seen Rays Exhaust online and wanted it done today.....drove up and as soon as i walked in he said he can figure close to what i had wrong .....pulled in the car no waiting and checked it out and came in told me a set price to fix it!! Really great i found a place that has good quality service and good commen sense people to count on!! Steve Y

The end of my exhaust pipe rusted off around 6pm and I was able to get to them and weld a new bracket for it by 630pm at a reasonable price. Top notch work and customer service

Bizarre!!! Phone message answers as Juniors, but shop is Ray's exhaust. Nobody answers calls or text messages there. I drove there and could not identify shop as closed or open. Place was locked up and nonrespondent. What a waste of my time.

Just took my Murano in to Ray's Exhaust, because the flange had corroded thru entirely. They fixed me up quickly, and it was super inexpensive. Super nice guys in there too!

My Jeep dealership told me I needed like $1k repair....took it in to Ray's....$60 later the problem is solved! Awesome, very friendly.

Called to see if they had any openings and the guy answered the phone with "whad'ya want?" and then said to just drop the "dammed thing off". Extremely unprofessional.
