absolutely crazy prices i was charged $120 to open a locked truck door and all he used were the air bags and were done in less than 2 minutes, i was charged $35 elsewhere for the same service. don t use this locksmith

The key didn't work! It wouldn't open the bottom lock (door knob) on my door and was sticky and hard to get the top lock (deadbolt) open.

Order a set of house key that was fine... decided to get car key replacement didn't work but they did resolve issues faster than I expected.

I found the KeyMe in the Kroger, at first I was thinking I'm not paying this much for a key, But then I thought about how easy it was to use and I didn't have to deal with a customer service representative. So I have to say it was well worth the price! In less than 5 minutes I had a duplicate key made& didn't have to mess with nobody& the key was perfect!!

I hate writing negative reviews, but this has been incredibly frustrating. I needed a dead bolt replaced on one of my outside doors, and a knob replaced on another. I could do it myself, but called in the hopes that they could re-key the replacements to match my other doors, so one key worked for my whole house. Someone came out and said he could do that. But instead of trying to re-key like I asked, he bought new deadbolts and knobs, in the wrong color, and installed them. I told him that's not what I wanted (why would you even install brass knobs when everything else is silver), and he said he'd get knobs that matched my existing hardware and get them to all use the same key. The hardware does match now, but he was unable to get the same key to work with one of my original locks. So now I have two keys to my house, which is why I called about re-keying in the first place.I should have been told from the beginning that there was no way to re-key replacement locks. That was my original request. I could have saved a couple hundred dollars and just bought and installed a set myself. They also left screws and small parts lying on the floor after they left, glad I found them before one of my pets tried to eat them!

Haven't gotten the car keys yet, but the new apt.lock keys are working splendedly. Couldn't be happier.Car keys just arrived. Good job guys!

It was fast! I have been wanting an extra key made for weeks and kept forgetting to go to hardware store.After check out at Krogers, I saw the machine on my way out. 5 minutes (because I wanted to see how I could replace if it didn t work) and I didn t make a special trip that I never could remember to do anyway!My key was smooth and worked perfect!Thank you for a great experience!

I was charged $291 by this company to get into my apartment and it was just the doorknob not the deadbolt that was locked. I went with this company because a review said it was cheaper and other reviewers seemed to be happy. Now I'm thinking the good reviews are fake. Beware of this company! Also, I called Pop-a-lock afterwards to see how much they would have been and the quote was $80. I should have asked questions before selecting a company, but was cold and I have never used a locksmith service. Now I am completely aware of scams.

The cheapest key seem to be a light wight key . Maybe not the best for tuffer locks. I recommend buying the more expensive keys. Love the save the info Feature. That way the next time you won't need your key to have a key made in case you lock yourself out you can go to kroger's Or anywhere else there's a kiosk and buy a key. Instead of Calling your landlord or damaging your property. and of course the dreaded locksmith.

They all use local lock Smiths. It doesn't matter who you call. Unless you call the lock smith directly.
