I wish it were possible to give a negative review. Do NOT waste your time or money with these folks! They will force components that don't fit onto your vehicle creating significant safety concerns, and leave YOU to figure out THEIR mistake. They have no problem trying to make extra money off you, but when it comes to doing the right thing for the customer, can't be bothered! Take your money elsewhere!!

Not impressed with this location. I scheduled an appointment before my tow truck arrived. I got appointment confirmation via email. I arrived at this location on the evening of 7/22. The tow truck had already left when I saw the sign on the door saying that they won t be open until Monday morning at 8 am due to staffing problems. My problem is this if you re having staffing problems, don t accept appointments for the day that you know you re going to be closed. The sign is cute but truly doesn t help anyone who isn t from the area and is in a real pinch. To make matters worse, I ve counted 5 people so today (7/23) that are in a similar situation as me.

Oh my god. These people are TERRIBLE!! I ve rarely come across such blatantly rude service, but these guys truly do not care even a little bit. Extremely rude. And he basically told me he didn t care because someone else was supposed to be there instead of him. I waited for exactly an hour and a half PAST my appointment time. They then tell me they had ordered the filter my car takes and it had just gotten there. Why am I just now getting this information? Then a female employee was walking around eating McDonald s. Not doing anything. Almost the entire time I was there I didn t see anyone do much of anything. So I finally leave, 2 hours and 11 minutes later, and they hadn t even placed the cover back on and I thought my car was breaking down because it was dragging on the road!

To the rescue!! Made an appointment for an oil change after paying $189 at a local shop for the last one. Just for a basic oil change... Oooph. They treated me kindly and with respect, going over pricing and even making a note of the quoted price in the system to ensure integrity was kept. I was in and out in an hour today without any issues at all. Seating to wait was ample, facilities were clean, and the staff was welcoming. What more could a girl ask for?

Not only are they conveniently located for me, but I have been going there for years and have always been pleased. The customer service goes above and beyond what I ve experienced at other places. I always feel safe, taking my vehicle to them, knowing that they have top-notch employees and that I will always be taken care of and can trust them.

I wish a no star review was possible! Had my daughter s car there to get it diagnosed. Had symptoms of busted radiator hose. Said it s not the radiator, they don t do engine repair had no intention on doing a diagnostic but wanted 180 to allow their mechanic to dig around in the engine!! Noooo!!

Needed a leak fixed last minute to get to Indianapolis airport to pick up family. Josh got me right in and at a price I believed to be unreasonably LOW for the circumstance. I could not be any more pleased with my experience. Thank you.

WOW, I didn't think this happens any more.Called about getting my tire fixed because that pesky low tire pressure keeps coming on. Called at 10:30 and they said get me in when I get there Cost 35 something. Back home and watching the Price is right by 11:30. Cost, Guy says it's on us this time. Never heard of that in this day and age...Thank's Guy's I'll be back when I need tires for sure..

The road hazard you offer is a joke. I bought 2 new tires 2 years ago. I get them rotated every 6k and my car alignment checked at least twice a year and all 4 tires cupped. Then I tried to get some credit applied to some new tires and the best the manager could do was offer me a free tire. What an absolute joke. We are very loyal customers and this is the best you could treat us.

Allen & the crew had my oil changed, new battery installed & all 4 tires changed in about 75 minutes. This is probably the best experience I've had with Ken Towery in a few years.

I visited on a Sunday and was greeted in a relative time. Allen was especially helpful and brought to my attention a potential issue that I did have the team fix while I was there. I have nothing but good things to say.

I went to Ken Towery to have my brakes serviced on my 2017 Ford Escape. They had to order parts to be delivered which was acceptable. Then an hour or so later they had to order the correct parts really?After 6 HOURS of waiting, I was told that their technician didn t know how to repair my rear brakes because they were electronic. ?? It took him 6 hours to figure that out?!So, I left with new front brakes and bad rear brakes.I took my car to Carriage Ford a few days later, and was told that the technician at Ken Towery had stripped and bent my lug nuts and they had to get them off by hammering them.I will not be going back to Ken Towery. It was a completely ridiculous experience.Update: Because of my bad experience at Ken Towery, I went elsewhere to have new tires put on my car, and found out that the front lug nuts had been stripped also. This visit to Ken Towery on Grant Line Road has cost me after the fact. If tech #078421-1.94 - T. Graves is working on your vehicle, I suggest you request a different tech! He obviously doesn t know what he is doing.

had my mom take my car there while i was at work to get all 4 tires changed. 1 was the wrong size so i had to leave work early and take it down there so they could fix it. then i later found a bunch of dents in the hood. i could ve done it myself if i had the time, but working 6am to 6pm puts a beating on ya. last time i ever take my car somewhere to work on it.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife went here a few months ago with an appointment and my 6 year old. They waited 3 hours in a waiting room with no air conditioning. I scheduled an appointment online on Wed. On my way there they called and said they couldn't get to me until Friday. If you don't have the staff to keep up with appointments, stop allowing people to book online. This Wensday I ended up at Big o with no appointment and was out the door in 1 hrs.

I was a loyal customer until today. Whoever took my call shouldn't be in customer service - I had called to ask whether some work I had done previously was still under warranty, at which point duder demanded to know what was done, got weirdly aggressive about it. I tried to give him my info, but he wouldn't take it. Just incredibly weird and unnecessarily aggressive.

Took my car up to Ken s because I have a leaky tire. They did everything they could to find the leak in that tire and couldn t find it. Told my husband and we think I might have been wrong about which tire it was. My mistake. They were so nice and they didn t charge me. I am too embarrassed to go back right now but will later.

Too expensive, don't give discounts military or seniors. Don't give the advance diagnostic fee back if you have the repairs done there

Stopped in on a Monday morning without an appointment to replace a tire. Asked for an oil change as well. They had me in and out in under an hour and I felt the price was fair. The worker who helped us was nice as well. This will probably be my new go place as they are open on Sunday s as well.

I do not always rate on Google, but Ken Towery's in New Albany does excellent work. I brought my Jeep 2015 Wrangler JKU all stock to the shop and Jonathan helped me make my dream come true and transformed my stock Jeep into what you see below. I highly recommend this place. They provide top notch service in a timely manner. I love my new Jeep!

Run away from this place. Bought tires two years ago with the extended warranty one was flat today. Their desk guy told me to my face they were no longer under warranty (it's been 2 years and I work remote car has less than 12k miles added on it). Then told me blank faced I'd need to shell out 1500 dollars for all 4 tires because they were not a standard size. I drive a dodge charger SE. One of the most popular cars in America. I thought I got a good deal back in 2021 but geez I wish I never went at this point.Horrible customer service. Reneged on the warranty and just lied to my face. Good riddance. Avoid at all costs.

We had a really expensive repair. Technician took us back to the car, showed us and explained everything. There was a LONG delay waiting for the key part, the office manager called me every few days with an update so we weren t wondering what was going on and because it took so long they gave us a good discount. Once the part was in it was ready the next day.

Great customer service and very professional. Reasonable prices and they fit me in. Took great care mounting aftermarket wheels and tires, along with the hubcentrics. Would definitely recommend.

I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I had an experience of them leaving a rag in an exhaust pipe behind the air filter which caused me to almost have an accident 1 block from the establishment. I was really scared to pieces! Finally got back and they removed it! Yeah! Then they broke a lug nut and forgot to replace it until I asked about it. Then they did not have one so I waited for 45 minutes with it still not fixed. I just asked for my car and will get it replaced by some place else. Below is a pictures of how they left grease on the inside of my car. I am now trying to get it cleaned up! Just stay away from them until they learn how to service a vehicle.DO NOT go unless you just do not care!PS:At lease they did not charge me as well they should not because I would not have paid.

I tried to schedule repairs today, but the person who answered the phone was so rude and short with me that I went elsewhere for my car repairs and I will from now on. I used to be a loyal customer, but no more. Their loss. I'll be going to Kaiser Tire Pros from now on.

Sent my wife there by herself needing to have a flat repair done on one tire. She calls after being there for less than 5 minutes and said a guy came out, gave it a quick look and said, nope sorry too thing, you re gunna have to buy a tire it s to thin for us to repair . My wife also claims all he did was look, did not even measure the depth. When she came back I measured the tread depth and it was a little above 10/32.(the set of tires are less than 6 months old). So I called up there and talked to a gentleman named Caiden or Aiden? That she dealt with. He said anything below 7mm they can t repair. I asked him what the tire measured at already knowing he didn t measure it, and he lied telling me it was just at 8mm. Now I m not great at math, but 10/32=8mm. Clearly they just wanted to sell the tire instead of take care of her in hopes she would have no clue. Shame on you all, I will make sure to tell as many people as I can and never take anything back there.

My daughter and I got a flat tire on our drive from Michigan to Florida. Raven and the technician got us a new tire and checked all the others for us right before they closed for the evening. They were amazing!

I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I have always recommended this ken towery to friends/family. However, this week as changed my perspective. On Monday I took my car in for a diagnostic because I was having a vibration when I turned my wheel to the left and rattling under the front passenger side. I was charged 130$ (this is an estimation) for a diagnostic. They told me that my wheel bearing was bad and would need to be replaced. They quoted that it would cost 780$ (again an estimation) to fix the issue. This included the alignment I would need after having the wheel bearing replaced. I decided to call my brother in law to see if this was something he could fix because he works on his own vehicles and has most of the equipment needed. He agreed to do the work if I paid for the part so I would only need to come back for the alignment. My brother in law replaced the part with no problem, but stated that the wheel bearing didn't appear to have needed to be replaced. I test drove the car, bit it still didn't seem right. He put it back up and looked to see what the problem was. After approx 10 minutes he got very angry and stated that the problem was my inner tie rod end (NOT the wheel bearing). He stated that if he had checked the car before replacing the part he would have noticed, but he trusted that the mechanics had told me the correct information. He replaced the part and the problem was fixed. I called the shop and told them what had happened. I was told "we appreciate the information, sorry about the misdiagnosis." They did agree to do the alignment that I still needed for half price. I understand that mistakes happen, but I did not feel like this was taken seriously. Had I not had my brother to help me, I would have been charged almost 800$ to have a part replaced that I DID NOT need replaced. I did not feel as though the people at ken towery really acknowledged that they made a mistake. Again, I know mistakes happen, but I paid a lot of money for a diagnostic to tell me what was wrong with my car. I drive my 2 year old daughter in that car. If that tie rod end had broken it could have been devastating for us. I will now be looking elsewhere for my car repairs. Ken towery lost a loyal customer this week (not that they care).
