I can t say enough good things about Kaisers. They get you in very quickly and take great care of your auto needs. Very friendly and courteous service too. Carl runs a tight ship for sure. If you re ever in need definitely hit these guys up. You won t be disappointed!

Stopped in because my tpms sensors weren t programmed to my tires on my Tahoe. Carl was super friendly as always and quickly came out and programmed them for me and got me back to work before my lunch break was over. These guys are great!!

I love Kaisers in New Albany! Carl is always so friendly and knowledgeable. The team gets me in and out fast & they charge appropriately.Plus they deal with me having to bring my kids with me 90% of the time.I will never take my buisness elsewhere, (I drive 30 minutes to get here)!

*Review Update 4/31/22*Came back to have a new set of tires mounted to a set of wheels. I went with a tire slightly to narrow for the 16x8" wheels I had, but they did the job without issue. In and out, no mess to the car. Front of house is awesome, I've watched Ragan try to work with people on a budget, good to see. Still recommend.Took my car here when I couldn't remove a stubborn bolt on my suspension. They got the bolt out and finished the job. I really liked their work so the next week I had them install a set of tires on new wheels I had purchased. TheTires had the be slightly stretched on the new wheels but it wasn't a problem for them. They hand torqued the wheels when the job was done and didn't impact the hell out of the lugs. Seriously, a great place.

My mom's car needed an alignment after I personally replaced all 4 struts on her car. I checked out Google reviews in her area and chose Kaiser Tire Pros. Super glad I did! When she took her car in they found some bent lateral control arms in the back. They showed my mom and texted me pictures and gave me helpful info so that I could fix it myself. They told her to come back after I make the needed repair. I offered to pay them for their time and they said it wasn't necessary and wouldn't except anything. I made the repairs and my mom took the car back to them and they did the front and back alignment for a super fair price. Again I offered to pay more and they said not necessary. The guys their were SUPER COOL, TRANSPARENT and SUPER FAIR.I Highly Recommended Them and will make the extra drive to use them with my own personal vehicles!I will be sending a gift card to buy some pizzas. Thanks again fellas!!!

I found a screw in my tire. I called and Carl, who is absolutely wonderful, got me in within the hour. After arriving, they found the screw hadn't penetrated my tire and checked all of my pressures at no cost to me. Moving forward, I will be calling Kaiser first!!

We have been going to Kaiser for awhile now. We have only had the best experience. From oil changes, new tires, to major repairs not a single complaint. They are soooo fast and very reasonable. Carl makes sure to keep us updated throughout the process and went above and beyond to get our vehicle up and running in record timing. Highly recommended. Very nice! I did not have an appointment but needed a my battery replaced immediately and it couldn t be done anywhere but a shop or dealer because of the type of vehicle I have. I had never been a customer before but I called and they got me in right away and had me ready to go within an hour. Was able to schedule a fast easy tire installation the next day after their recommendation, and now I have a smooth and safe ride. On May 30th, 2023, I was driving through a road construction area, hit a huge pothole, and had a tire blowout after crossing the Ohio River on I-64 just north of Louisville. I drove to the next exit and pulled into the parking lot of the Floyd County Library in New Albany, IN. My roadside service need the address for the tow truck driver, so I went into the library to ask someone. As I approached the desk, a security officer came from the opposite direction and said all doors must be locked because there was a shooter in the area. About 20 minutes later, the shooter was caught, charged with three counts of attempted murder, and the library doors were unlocked. At that point, my nerves were frayed and I'm sure I looked very upset.The driver took me to Kaiser Tire Pros, which was the nearest available tire dealer. Mr. Carl Dennis of Kaiser Tires did not have a 19 inch tire for my old Chevy Impala, but he took pity on me and told me to relax in the lounge area and he would handle the situation. He called around until he located a suitable tire at a dealer about two miles away. Then he put the spare little tire on my car and gave me specific directions to the next dealer. After all his efforts, he did not charge me anything. Maybe I reminded him of his mother.In this time of trouble and selfishness, it is very nice to know that there are still Good Samaritans who will help a person who needs help. Thank you, Mr. Dennis. I brought my vehicle in with a high pitched squeal. I was told that I needed new brakes and rotors which was quoted at $850. The price seemed high so I shopped around. It turns out that my rotors were fine. I only needed brake pads which were $111 plus labor. I had two other mechanics look at it to be certain that s all I needed. We're sorry you feel this way, Wendy! Upon inspection of your brakes after a test drive, we found the front brake pads were squealing due to the brakes worn to the brake wear indicator. The front brake rotors were grooved up beyond repair due to the worn front brake pads. The rear brake pads were at 3mm (millimeters), and we replace brake pads at 2mm. The brake pad indicator starts squealing at 2mm. The rear brake rotors would need to be replaced at the time of rear brake pads replacement due to the brake rotors being measured at minimum discard thickness. Meaning the brake rotors are too thin as far as specifications are concerned. When the brake rotor is too thin, the brakes will get too hot. This will cause a loss of brakes and/or premature brake parts failure. We use top of the line auto parts and work hard to get the job done right to prevent further services from being needed. We do not advise waiting to take care of car issues, a small problem can cause a huge problem without a proper fix! Kaiser tire,Thank you for your response. What I wrote in my review was not how I feel , they were facts. I had the mechanic show me the break pads and rotors as they were inspected.Wendy

Here's to an amazing group of mechanics!!! My friend told me about these guys so I wanted to see for myself. They have been honest to the fullest extent and they treat you like a family member!!! I've received multiple text messages from Shaun just wanting to check on my vehicles and letting me know that if I need anything just to let them know! You're not going to get this type of treatment anywhere else but at Kaiser, you're not just another person with a vehicle, you're a best friend, a family member and most of all, you're always going to be treated with the best respect!!! So here's to each and everyone at Kaiser, thank you for being the absolute best!!!Even after a few years now, I've NEVER had a bad experience with Kaiser!

Kaiser tire pros is the best. If you are new to a place like me, from louisville kentucky, i just depend on reviews from other people. Fortunately I found KAISER tire pros. Fair price, quality work and items. Easy to communicate. Carl and his team is the best! Call or email them, that's what you need to do, and your car will be in good hands afterward. Great experience! I had gone to the dealership before for repairs and was told I needed so many repairs and the price was almost double what Kaiser charged me. The customer service at Kaiser was excellent! They went through in detail on what exactly my car needed and why, then all the different options and prices. I called ahead the day before and my car was ready to go the next day. Reasonably priced and amazing customer service. Will continue to be my main mechanics from now on!
