This place is right by our home. We were aware of all their great reviews. When we got in an accident, we discovered how GOOD they truly are. Very very nice staff and did a beautiful job on our car. Would highly recommend. Chad was great to work with. Gave us regular updates on what was going on during the process.

There was a large misunderstanding which led to a lot of frustration on both sides, but I appreciate Floyd Knobs Body Repair for doing what they could to correct the situation. I apologize for my initial review, which was made in frustration.

I had a great experience with this business. First of all it was one of the quickest repair shops to get in. I mainly worked with Chad and he went above and beyond. Always communicated with me about my vehicle repairs and kept me informed the entire process of my car being in the shop. Even received a thank you card after I picked my car up. My insurance company referred me to this repair shop after a accident. Brad was my contact and kept me up-to-date on the repair progress. The repair looks excellent! Great work and I would recommend them.

I had a great experience with Floyds Knobs Body Repair that started with Chad encouraging me to change the way my claim was processed when my own insurance agent didn't help me out. He didn't have to do that and I appreciated it. I had to wait a bit to get my car into the shop but they were very upfront about that just in case I needed to find a place to have it done more quickly. They did have my car over a week, but again, I knew that going in and they have a great tool that links you to the progress of your repairs. That was a nice addition. I also received an update when one of the decals didn't adhere properly and they worked quickly to find a replacement.Service: Body & Trim

I had a great experience with Floyd Knobs Body Repair! They were kind and Chad was always easy to get in touch with. They handled the back and forth with my insurance which I really appreciated, especially when there were more things wrong with the car than what my insurance originally said. Had a front end fender bender. My insurance recommended this auto body shop. So glad they did. My car was fixed in a reasonable amount of time....a little over a month. Josh and his dad were very pleasant and professional. Great to work with. When I got my car back was amazed. Looked brand new like I drove it off the lot. I have a 2016 Ford Fiesta. Was very pleased with work done. They went over repairs with me before I signed off. Would highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.Service: Body & Trim

I really had high expectations for this place, but wow did it fall so short. I took my Lexus in for a small rust spot at the outside of rear wheel. It had been wreck seven years ago and wasn't repaired correctly to prevent it from rusting. First attempt to fix they were completely unprepared to even take the car. Two weeks later they got it in. They gave it back completely terrible. Instead of have a two inch spot I had little pot, sunken in spots over a foot and a half. Two weeks later they do it over. It finally get it back a week and a half later. Owner shows me pics of rust they had to remove and replaced metal. I guess he was trying to explain why it took so long. All that proved to me was how incomplete and terrible that the job was done the first time. In closing I've had it back for three weeks now and I'm still cleaning paint dust from all through the car. I already polished the hood because half of it was scratched up from a dirty rag or something. No good! Highly don't advise going here. There are so many others that are average to not take it somewhere below average. Hope this helps all of you.

Pleasant, professional, courteous, work well done, and they are helpful. What more can you ask for? They were a pleasure from start to finish. I am NOT, someone who posts positive reviews lightly, without good reason. This company deserves the best rating. Very very professional as a fellow business owner this is the type of business that I model myself after. They got me in super fast and made sure I got the highest quality parts at the cheapest price possible. I d totally recommend this shop to anyone.

My brother is having his car looked at by then so I cant speak on the mechanics ot the quality of their work. The building is very nice, clean, modern. I assume if it is like this their garage is too. The last who helped me was very nice and down to earth while keeping a business attitude and appearance. If I ever need a car worked on I would definitely check this place out for myself.

Picked up my vehicle today. They appear to have done a nice job in rectifying the damage. Worked with Brad (and Progressive) in keeping me updated on progress. Their reviews are favorable and I am another happy customer

I had an excellent experience with Floyds Knobs Body Repair. When my car was involved in an accident, both my insurance company and the paying insurance company recommended them so I figured that was a good pick. They fixed my bumper cover and made the front of my car look brand new. The bonus was that they detailed the car before I picked it up! That's class! Thanks for the great work.

It was terrible!!! I took my car in on February 28th and didn't get it back until April 6th. It was ridiculous!!! There was a place on the very back lower bumper they said they fixed too but when I got it back it was not fixed! Don't take your car there unless you have rental insurance or can be without your car for over a month!! It wasn't like the car was totaled!!! The damage was above the back left tire!!!

I want to let everyone know that this shop goes over and above. I requested an emergency service for our wheelchair van. It was hit and run yesterday and the rear bumper was smashed up against the wheelchair ramp. I called them and requested they move the bumper out of the way so we could still use the van for transporting our son. It was his birthday weekend this weekend, and Christmas next week, and this was our only way of transporting him. They agreed to fix it and they did it in under 24 hours, and even straightened up some of the bumper so it would not look so bad until we can get it repaired. Not every shop would do this. I would recommend everyone be aware of how much the people at this business cares and how nice and responsive they were to our request.Service: Body & Trim

This is a top notch establishment. From the moment I chose Floyds Knobs Body Shop after my accident, I was blown away by their level of service. David and his team provided detailed communication, provided necessary information and quoting in rapid time and was more than cooperative with scheduling. The task was completed one day earlier than estimated and my car came back to me better than I when I drove it in, with an almost full interior detailed cleaning. Thank you Floyds Knobs Body Shop.

I'm truly blown away by the quality of work, the value, and attention to detail Tom and the gang at Floyds Knobs Body Repair showed while working on my vehicle. Best of all, when I showed to pick up my vehicle I was pleasantly surprised to find it washed and detailed inside. Not just a quick vacuum and wipe down, but the interior was immaculately done. I can not say enough for the folks at FKBR. Thanks Tom!!

Excellent job on my 2013 Chevy Volt. I'm sure the tri-color "white-diamond " (seems mire like a pearl to me) paint was not easy, but the work is flawless! Perfection!

rediculous charge of $1400 for a $500 car. to tune up and put a timing belt on it. so yeah id avoid their service at all costs. im not sure how they can even sleep at night with that amount of shady on their conscience.

Went in for an estimate on rear end damage to my Kia forte was given a reasonable quote friendly explaination of what my tepair would entail. I gelt very comfortable as a woman going there.
