I would recommend Christian brothers 12/10. I called for a tire repair (ended up needing to replace two tires) they had me in and out same day and safer on the road. I was so impressed with the report they send out before they call saying what was found, what needed replacing and who did the work, With pictures of the car and technicians. I felt that they give you all the information needed to make an educated decision for your vehicle care and the price is fair as well. The lobby is spotless and the front office staff are so so nice. I will continue to do all of my car maintenance here

We finally found a service shop for our older Volvo and are ecstatic We no longer have to take it to the Volvo dealer! Service is incredibly enjoyable and the issues were explained thoroughly and addressed as promised. This will be our only stop for Volvo service going forward!

I can t say enough about how great my experience was with Christian Brothers Automotive. They thoroughly inspected my car and quickly got to the root of the problem. Rachel jumped through hoops for me in multiple ways to make sure I got the best deal possible. After having a hard time trusting mechanics, they have easily earned my trust. I am so thankful for their team!

Fantastic customer service! As someone who has worked in the service industry my whole life, customer service is very important to me. Rachel and Paul were both very kind, and the mechanics who worked on my car did an excellent job. The shuttle service is also very helpful! Overall would recommend them as opposed to a big name chain 10 times out of 10.

First time bringing in my car to Christian brothers for service. Very impressed with the professional service. The explained everything that needed to be done and completed it in a reasonable time. Will definitely use them again for my automotive needs

Very professional and organized. I had them diagnosed an issue with my transmission. I was a little surprised with cost to diagnose the issue which is a more than the dealership charges. That being said I would recommend them for a first or second opinion on your car s issues. I did not have them do the work on my car as the investment back into the car would not of been worth it due to the cars age and miles. However I feel if I had them do it the quality and service would have been excellent.

Took our Civic in for an oil change. Had an appointment, was told it would take about an hour to service. Within the hour I was sent the digital vehicle inspection and minutes later the text that the service work was done, vehicle was ready for pickup. Up until this oil change I have always had the vehicle serviced at the dealership, but they always end up taking over 2 hours for even a simple oil change. Christian Brothers definitely earned our business from now on. Thank you!

I was impressed with the speed of service and I was informed every step of the way. They provided shuttle service and followed up afterward to see if I had any concerns. I will use their services again and I will recommend.

Great place to take your vehicle. Very knowledgeable and friendly and not pushy at all. They actually offer ways you can save money, even if it means getting service at another business for things they don t regularly do.

If you have car issues, check out :Christian Brothers Automotive.Super friendly service, courtesy shuttle, careful explanation of what my vehicle needs, and help prioritizing what needs to be done and when, follow up phone call to check on everything.They make a point to remember you.When my car needed service from the actual dealer, they did not charge me, but let me know what was needed and even sent paperwork to the dealer on their findings.I've stored their phone number in my contacts for any future car issues.

One of the best experiences I ve had , I was in town, my dad passed so was long trip. Car light came on. I explained my circumstances to them. Had my car fixed before service was over. Really the best. Compassion and caring and great work. Highly recommend. Really hard to find this kind of Custumer Service anywhere.

I ve been to this place for the second time and it really impresses me that the shop is so clean and organized. Technicians are so professional and do know their job. I do enjoy watching them work (on my car and also others) while Im in the waiting room. The viewing glass right across the working area is such a great idea to gain trust of customers. I will soon take my other car here for PMS whenever my free services from the dealership ends. Good job Christian Brothes Automotive - New Albany branch!

Rachel and Paul walked me through each and every detail of my car's repair. Being relatively new to the New Albany community, their professionalism and personal customer service put me at ease. Once the agreed upon repairs commenced, I received text updates on the repair process, something I've never received from an automotive service center. Other repairs are in the future and I will use no other auto care center except Chritian Brothers! Plus their more than competitive costs for repairs was a major factor. I recommend them to anyone who is considering finding the best possible alternative to their existing car care company!

I own 2 Audi's....our local dealership is very slow, expensive & always trying to sell you more than you need. I found an alternative....my research was only surpassed by the honesty, integrity & communication I received at Christian Brothers Automotive... you'll make your own decisions, but if you give them a chance.... you'll be rewarded.I'll never take my business elsewhere!

I had my daughter's vehicle at a dealership and felt like I may have been getting gouged... one call to Christian Brothers confirmed it! We took it into Christian Brothers, who got me in that day, and charged us about half the price I was quoted at the dealer. Very satisfied!

I was a woman looking for someone I could trust to work on my car and I thought I had found it through CB. I was wrong. They gave me a long list of things that needed to be repaired and said it would be over $7,000 to fix them. Then the mechanic offered to buy my car for $1500. I picked up my car and took it to another place where they fixed it for $3000 and assured me that several of the things CB said needed to be done weren t needed. I hope CB doesn t do this to anyone else, especially a woman.

We took our car to this business and they told us we would need a new engine among other things. 6000 is what they said we would owe. We got a second opinion and the other shop said they could find nothing wrong with the engine! They flushed the transmission, replaced the brakes and charged us just over 600 dollars. We worried for over a week unnecessarily! We will not take our car to Christian Brothers again!

First time visiting Christian Bros. and it won t be my last! Very efficient, very clean, very professional. Mechanic bays were immaculate. I was emailed and sent a text of a detailed report w/pictures of the issues with my vehicle after a complementary inspection. Prices were very fair. Only thing I could think of an improvement would be the waiting area. TV and a Coffee machine would be a great addition.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I brought my truck in to have an oil change and a couple bulbs replaced. I loved how they did a complete diagnostics on my 2007 truck. They told me in order of concern things that need to be addressed. I so appreciated this service. Everyone was so friendly and so thorough. Will definitely way be taking it back!

They were quick and courteous and affordable. I was able to schedule my oil change online and was in and out in 30 minutes. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
