A friend recommended BIG O on State St. to fix a tire. I was going to get some new tires in the fall. The girl was so helpful and informative. She answered all my questions. She made me feel very comfortable. Thank you so much. She's a gem .

I'm 62 and have been going to Big O on state street since I was 18 years old. Always great service. Helpful, when I was 18, they sold good used tires. As a broke teenager on my own, they helped me keep decent tires on my vehicle. Never forgot, thats why I still go to Big O for my tires, especially on state st.

All of staff were very attentive & friendly. Think am going to like it here! Have been going to Big O for years, first in Shepherdsville, Ky, then Brandenburg, Ky. Now here in my new home, New Albany, Indiana. Thanks for a most pleasant experience!

Went in for a tire plug ONLY and I watched as they were working and noticed they were messing with my battery. I did not ask for anything to be done to my battery. I was very clear I ONLY wanted a tire plug. Now my car won t start. It even died in the parking lot as I went to leave after they had been messing with it. It died again last night when I got home. The associate that can t it to jump it then tried to sell me tires I didn t need while he was fixing the problem they caused.I would give 0 stars if I could.

I only let Big O in New Albany care for my tires bc they are trustworthy, convenient, friendly with everyone and fair priced on all of their services. Returning to them for myself and family is an easy decision. Thanks Matt for always caring for my family and friends.

Of the various fast service car shop chains, Big o is undoubtedly the best way to go. I really don't know why they sometimes get a bad rap, they're always as fast as possible and knowledgeable as well. They don't just want to sell you tires, they want to help you keep the tires you have for as long as possible. 10/10 recommend.

I recently had new tires, an alignment, and oil change at Big O. Michael was the gentleman that I spoke with I think, he was very knowledgeable and explained all issues I had with my previous tires. They did exactly what I asked and never once tried to upsell me on any product or service, and gave me a great price. I always have used Big O for tires but will now continue to take my car there for other regular maintenance.

I was told they could get me in at 2:00, so I arrived at 1:45. I walked down and grabbed some lunch and was back by 2:30. The truck had not been touched so I had seat and waited. At 3:00 I ask if they was going to get my truck in anytime soon because I have a 4:30 appointment. They told me they was running behind and that the part would take an hour to put on and the alignment would take an hour. So my wife to pick me up at 3:15 which was just a inconvenience for her. After running home and moving her evening around so I can take her car to my appointment big O calls at 4:00 that the truck is finished. She drives me back to get my truck. They charged my 1.5 hours labor ($187 dollars)to put the tie-rod end on because I brought them the part to put on. Realistically probably took 15 mins to put the part on and 30 for that alignment. I feel like the price was way to high ,was not truthful about time frame, and caused alot of inconvenience for me. I will not use then agian!!

I was so impressed with Big O Tires! I went in needing a new back tire and had previously gotten some used tires from them. They gave me several options from used tires to all new tires. I ended up buying a whole set of barely used tires and they even gave me some money back from the previously used tires I had bought from them. I ve used them several times, but this time made it worth writing a review!

Got my car back before I expected it to be done and had new brakes and tires. The staff were very nice and helpful! It s now my favorite Big O around. The manager was extremely helpful as well. Everyone there needs a raise!!

Got a bolt stuck in our tire at 5:40 on a Friday! Called and talked to Mike and he said bring it on in. My wife and I were greeted with friendly smiles and the team went to work asap. Didn t even have time to turn the car off before someone said they could pull it into bay 1 for me. The lobby was super clean and after talking football for 10 minutes I was ready to be rung up and on our way. We were out the door at 5:58. Mike, Don, and all other employees at this location seemed like great down to earth people. We will be back - but hopefully scheduled the next time around and not because we were in a pinch! Great experience 10/10.

Friendly staff. Quick service. Everything was clean, but they were very very busy. This seems to be a pretty busy location for the most part, and trying to take your vehicle here on the weekends is almost a non-starter, despite the number of other shops around that might defer a bit of business.

I always have a great experience at Big O. I go out of my way to come to this store. The staff is really nice and pleasant. They always tell you what s wrong with the vehicle before they start anything.

I purchased a lifetime rotation and balance for the tires on my new truck at a very reasonable price. Brad the service manager explained everything to me in a patient and professional manner. I had that good feeling when I left.

On Saturday, 3/8 I visited the State Street location to have a tire looked at that was leaking air. To make a long story short, the wrong tire was repaired that day. When I took my car back on Tuesday 3/12, employee Mike Edwards remembered me from Saturday and when I told him I believe the wrong tire was repaired, he apologized and told me he would get the correct tire fixed, free of charge and get me out of there as soon as possible. Well, Mike held to his word and even took it 1 step further. I had to have a whole tire replaced on Tuesday, where as on Saturday it was only a leak repaired. Mike never once flinched on the price difference and got my tire fixed within 20 minutes, free of charge. The customer service that I experienced with Mike at the State Street location is one that I won t forget. Thank you Big O and Mike!

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Was in a time crunch, stopped by to see if they could perhaps fit me in. Not only did they accommodate, they ended up doing a tire rotation for free. I had a conversation with one of the managers there and asked him how they run such an AkzoAmazing shop and he proceeded to tell me how amazing his team of 27 people are. It's clear this company is taking care of its employees, because every time I come in they take great care of us. Always beyond expectations. Great job team!

When to this location for the first time recently. Everyone was fantastic. I felt bad because it was an hour before they were closing, but they patched my tire and changed the oil quickly and were super friendly about it. Def going to start bringing my cars here.

Big O went above and beyond to help me get new tires on my trailer, including dragging a jack and impact next door where I parked it. They also got me done in a very reasonable amount of time. The tires were a little more expensive than the other shop I had them quoted at, but the service was worth it. Big O tires on state street is the only tire shop I will go to.

Was impressed that as a walk in, I was treated very well and the wait was fast and that there was no charge for removing two nails and fixing my tire. Great service and would highly recommend!

My experience with Big O Tires in New Albany, IN was great. The guys up front run like a well oiled machine. If the front is running this well, you know that the back has got it together. I dropped off my vehicle using the early arrival lock box. The mechanic called me and explained everything in detail. I was very impressed.

A few days ago, my dad was driving home at night and some kind of metal or nail got stuck in his wheel and punctured it. We temporarily replaced it with the spare tire the following morning and went to Big O Tires in New Albany right after. The process took about an hour, just as they said. They couldn't fix the old tire, so they replaced it with a new one since there wasn't a used one. Great service!

I would not recommend this Big O location. Called ahead on Monday 1/8/2024 and spoke to a lady on the phone and asked for a price for a tire balance and rotation. She told me $19.99 three time when I asked her 3 times to make sure this was the right price before I drove 30 miles one way. Got there and the guy told me it would be $45.00. Needless to say I was not happy. Wont be back!
