I unfortunately had a car battery that kept draining and these guys took the time to ensure everything about the battery was good. They tested the charge, logged everything down, and made sure the issue was fixed completely. I will definitely be returning!Update: My car is suffering from a parasitic charge pull. So I returned to get the battery charged again. Turns out my car had killed my battery completely and fried the cells. Well, my warranty covered the battery and they allowed my warranty to carry to the new battery. That was a pleasant surprise! This is a really great store!

I stopped in to get some random little things and I was helped by a gentleman named Lester. He was super super kind and great to chat with. I always stop at any Advance because I know I will always get treated with kindness, Lester was exactly that!

I like the new young guy with shaggy hair . He's more relatable and cute to talk to, he has good customer service but that's all he's good for. The real trooper is the red haired lady Crystal, she's more knowledgeable and patient then anyone in there. She actually cares.

I came back from business trip and my car wouldn t start. I walked to the store and explained my situation, and they loaned me an engine starter, something that normally costs quite a bit. Although a pain to haul back to my car, when I drove back to return the starter, they didn t want money for helping. I wouldn t take that for an answer and decided to purchase wiper blades and they helped put them on. This was a tough situation that was made far less stressful with their help. I m grateful for what they did. The guy who really came through for me was Tom. This situation has made me lifelong customer. Thanks Tom!

Greeted as soon as I walked in by a nice friendly gentleman. Nice clean and organized. He ask me what I was looking for and took me to it. Purchased the item in and out in less than 5 minutes. I appreciate the great service

Completely incompetent, absolutely do not recommend. Save yourself time and frustration and go anywhere else. It should be embarrassing to work at a car parts store and can t put on basic windshield wipers on to a basic Chevy vehicle.

Went here for an air filter for my wife's car. She has one of the oddball cars that had a mid-year change for that part. The guy at Advance was totally flummoxed by this. He kept trying the wrong part. I finally put him out of his misery, showed him from my phone what part I needed AND...they didn't have it. *Sigh.

RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES. WES SPECIFICALLY. I will never EVER come back to this location after how I seen this grown man (Wes) bully the younger dude and claim how proud he was to be a jerk! Someone disinfect this disease of a person.

I stopped in today in need of a battery and was greeted by an employee named Al. He was professional, polite and personable. Al swapped out my battery quickly and got me back on the road. Great employee.

Had a problem with alternator I had purchased. Is now my FAVORITE automotive store! People were super helpful and friendly! I think the young man's name was Kody who helped me. They exchanged the alternator for a replacement without any problem whatsoever! Even helped me find my proof of purchase. I couldn't find receipt, purchased online and picked up in the store. Folks seem really honest and helpful. Such a wonderful and very rare thing today. Thank all of you!

Fast, friendly service. Went in with a faulty battery that was still under warranty and after testing the battery they replaced with no problems. The employees explained exactly what was happening in a professional manner and we're able to get me in and out quickly.

Staff was very rude we came in to price spark plugs and we ended up asking a customer for help with a jump start because the employees were too busy standing around. We ended up waiting 45 min for any help. Next time we will use a different part store.

This place is great. I thought I needed an entire battery ground cable. The manager came out and diagnosed a faulty cable terminal. Then he replaced it on the spot for free, with the part only costing $3...he wouldn't even take a tip. He spent 20 minutes of his time and I appreciate it.

They did a good job just need to keep up with whats in stock and what they can get better. I ordered a part and when i arrived the next day they said they didn't have it and couldn't get it.

Updated review: The last few times I've been in here, I have been treated very rudely, worsening each time. Once the O'Reilly's opens up across the street, I will have zero reason to come here anymore.

Positive experience. Needed to do a tire valve stem replacement, recieved solid replacement parts recommendations and the job went to plan.
