This place will overcharge you by hundreds of dollars more than what the dealership will charge you.I took my car to this place and they did their diagnostic.Said it would be $550 for the fix.I checked the part at AutoZone and it was only $60 and takes two minutes to change with a screwdriver.That two minutes is not exaggerated.

I have ONLY used Ace s since I got my first car at 15 years old. (My dad has always gone here too) For checkups, and for any vehicle issues that I ve had. I m turning twenty this year. Never have I had an issue. Recently, my cars biggest problems had been my alternator and a few years ago my battery. Both times they fixed it within a few hours and kept me in the loop the entire time. They have the lowest costs, friendly people, and the fastest working crew. I used to live in Louisville Kentucky but I moved to Morehead Kentucky for college and they take care of me always. Last week I had an issue with the coverage from TechNet and Theresa had helped me all week. I mean alllll week. The owner and the other guys were very friendly and helpful throughout as well. But, Theresa had called TechNet for me because they would not help and tried to make me pay a tow all the way back to Indiana. She helped me with getting my car to the nearest TechNet shop and it was only thirty minutes away from my university. They gave me h*ll about my coverage and did not even LOOK at my car for days. Theresa fixed all of my problems (While she was miles, hours, and even a state away) and was the kindest woman I have ever met and talked to. It s nice to know that I got my car this morning and I told the crew at Ace s that everything got taken care of (After a whole week, just for a battery) and they were all genuinely happy and offered to check it out because I was not happy about the other shops service or anything. My loyalty, and my cars will always go to Ace s. They deserve the world.

I took my car in twice for service. All over the same issue. I just want to express my gratitude on the kindness the people who work here have shown me. Rides to and from the shop were greatly appreciated when I had no other means to get home safely. And understand my limited knowledge on cars to help me in this process. I truly appreciate it.

i found my new mechanic , everyone was very helpful , i got my car in on the first day and within a hour , i was told what was wrong with my vehicle and how they can help fix it !! Prices where reasonable, work came with a warranty and i will be back !Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I ve brought my car here several times and recommended several friends and we have all had good experiences with this place. Each time they had my car done same day or by the next day. They tell you what you want to consider having done but they absolutely do not try to get you to agree to work you don t need. Very impressed with Ace Automotive. Was having A/C issues in my car. They took care of the problem, and was very prompt. Best of all, the costs were a lot less than expected. Very friendly place., I run a tow service everything we deliver a car here. They are super friendly. Once even fed us some pizza they were having. Great people, If I needed car repair they would forsure be the guys I used If I lived near them. Thanks for the lunch.

I have used Ace Auto several times over the past couple of years. I trust their work and their prices are reasonable. Pat is a good guy and seems honest in all my dealings. Glad i found them.

Never went their i just called. Wish places let me bring my own parts. Im talking new not use. Reason for wanting to purchase and bring my own parts is i want the life time warranties. So if it breaks again im not being charged for the same part. Reasonable rates for work that i was looking to get done. In the end. I spent a Saturday fixing myself. And save about 400 dollars and got warranties on parts

Walmart stripped my drain plug so they sent me here they put new plug in and still leaking then new oil pan both times I was there my car left with quart low oil

We recently took our car here for a second opinion. We were going out of town and our ac had quit working. During an oil change at another shop, they quoted us $1500. Allen and the mechanics at the shop looked at it and determined what some things we could try first before we had to get an entirely new ac system. For $350 they fixed and replaced parts and had it all down before we had to leave town. They went above and beyond to get it fixed and on time. We truly appreciate the quick and accurate service. We will be back for ALL of our vehicle needs in the future.

Hands down the best mechanic shop I've been to and the best customer service. I've been dealing with these guys for 10-plus years and have never let me down. I had to come in after WALMART AUTO messed up my car doing an oil change. Even though the man working was by himself today and had a lot of work to get done he was very understanding and nice and put me at ease and my car was taken care of in about 2 hours. Definitely will come back. I can t speak on the price tho cuz Walmart had to pay but will definitely come back for any future work I need doneService: General repairs & maintenance

I got a great deal on a brand new set of tires. When I went to pick my truck up they had a chance to check out the whining noise coming from the engine. I was told from other shops that it was an alternator or power steering pump and it ended up being neither. come to find out it was an inexpensive fix, a idler pully. I couldn't be happier with everything they did for me. They definitely went above and beyond to exceed my expectations! I will always take my vehicles there.

They did a great job welding my tire off and replacing my stud and lug nuts it was a pricey repair.... After a blowout. This was the Ace Automotive 2 by Scriber
