Not very good at diagnosing issues when working on antique vehicles. Their best mechanic worked at shop #2 and quit. Looks like it's time for me to find another mechanic!

They realize that I don t have all the money I need but they are letting my car sit on the light and make payments until I get the transfer case tuneup you joy call Paxon and a few other things done to my truck $1900 worth of stuff and they went on ahead and did the work and they re letting me make payments on it. These people are very very understanding and I mean very understanding how mother gave me that track. That s all that I have to remember here by. I wanna make sure this truck last me a long time.

I absolutely without a doubt recommend this place!...I've stopped in a couple times rather it be for a question or to get a tire plugged other services...always have i been treated with the best customer service kindness and professionalism..and prices in comparison are fair and reasonable i dont ever feel as though they are being deceitful... this time no exception! I was in a crunch for time my tire was blown out. They had other things going but got me in and out in no time and in that stressful moment I even snagged a few laughs! Thank you Ace Automotive and happy and returning customer

Allen and his crew were great to us!! They got us in right before we had to go out of town. They worked hard to get the van fixed on time and were excellent at communicating every step of the way. They are very reasonable with prices and the most honest mechanics I have experienced.

I am thrilled that John at Ace Automotive on 7th Street fixed my 06 Suzuki Forenza. It had been misdiagnosed at another well know garage and John caught it. THANK YOU !!! Great employees to do business with! I highly recommend!Two different employees at Advance Auto recommended them...my thanks to their help too!

I've had my cars serviced by Don for many years. Always honest, fair prices, valuable advice, and excellent work. His hours are limited and you have to more or less seek him out but the quality outweighs the inconvenience. I can get it done wrong for lots more money at a lot of other places. To get it done right and reasonably price I go to Rhodes.

The people at Station 1 and Station 2 they do bend over backwards to help their clients. They're honest, they do only the work that is supposed to be done, very friendly over the phone and we'll answer any question you ask them. To me they are a blessing the way they help people

I recommend Ace Auto to anyone who needs an honest and knowledgeable mechanic. They completely explain everything to you, and repair your vehicle in a timely manner.

This place takes care of all your car care needs Alan Edmondson is one fantastic mechanic.... it keeps the place neat and clean on the inside and out..... Bennett's Towing does all his Towing...... and even has a car or two for sale..... fast friendly excellent service..... you can catch him at two locations in New Albany one on 8th Street and the other ones on 7th and Cherry...... having a Car Care news go Cas Automotive ask for Alan or Pat...... tell them Steve Wilburn sent you

This place is horrible I've taken it there 3 times and still haven't fixed the first problem. Spent over a $1000 and still havemy check engine light on.
