This was by far the best experience I've ever had working with an auto repair business, everyone was great to work with. The owner/brother's (Micheal and Brian) where honesty,forthright and very easy to deal with. I would 100% recommend Webb & Sons to everyone.Very happy customer

Wonderful experience from getting an estimate (Michael even removed some overspray from a previous provider, before we even committed!) to meeting the committed start date and making the promised finish date!!!! The Webbs ALWAYS stay in communication with you, work with insurance very well so you don't have to, and will try and get you very reasonable prices, offering inexpensive fixes or top of the line fixes, if you want. Very good family; even better service and prices. Been with them for years and quality has never changed. I'd give 10 stars, if I could.

Great work, outstanding communication, excellent customer service. These guys know their stuff, were able to tell me exactly what was going on, and kept me informed at each step. They stayed true to the estimate and time frame. I couldn t be happier and will be returning for any work in the future.

Absolutely, the best body work for your vehicle in Columbus, IN. Brown Cnty, and Bloomington, IN. In my opinion. I've had to use other body shops in all 3 locations before I found Webb & Sons. The service is refreshing, due to the courtesy shown to every customer. And the workman ship is excellent. Due to the deer population in my area, it seems that many people are looking for body shops. And, compared to local dealerships, the estimates for labor and parts, Webb & Sons beat them every time, without sacrificing quality. And, if they find hidden problems, not orginally found...they contact you immeadately, BEFORE proceeding. I highly recommend this company if your looking for quality work.
