Napa had the parts in stock that Brown County Tire found they needed to fix my car. (Battery, tire pressure sensors) that was a time saver, however their prices are pretty high. The convenience and time saving made it worth it.

Bought a part for my car from this store went home and it didn't fit took it back to the store to return it and the guy that helped me this time told me the computer said that part didn't fit my engine.... If you're going to buy parts from Napa go ahead and drive 25 more minutes to Morgantown they will treat you better and they will sell you the right parts

Had an amazing experience at this location! I am from florida on a month long road trip, my dash alternator light came on so I stopped to have it checked. Anthony was so patient with me and my lack of understanding, he ran the diagnostics, was able to order the part and provided me with numbers to garages to have it worked on. He even notified me that I needed to have my battery charged before I attempted to drive again because my car might not have made it, which I certainly didn t know. He went above and beyond for me and also didn t make me feel lost or like an idiot, both of which I was not knowing the area or mechanics of a car. Truly appreciate the help and kindness received by Anthony and this location.

As I was driving back from Columbus. My tire pressure light kept coming on and my car started making a strange noise. I pulled into Brown County Tire and they found a nail in my back rear tire. I'm so thankful that they took the time and fixed my problem quickly. Wonderful crew out there!!

Ran out of "bar oil" for my chainsaw. They have the red sticky stuff that the saw uses less than regular 10 weight. Don't think it was the safflower stuff.

I'd used this shop before when my truck was towed, and I thought the situation unfair..not their fault. I went today and got a great used tire for cheap. The service was fast and professional.

Best place in the outer limits of good old Nashville. The guys in there will try as hard as they can to get you what you need and how to make it work it you don't really know how or to what to do. John is a great guy always has a helpful attitude and smile to greet you at the parts desk. NAPA is the only place I go. Auto zone blows

Didn't buy anything but the associate there helped my buddy and I change a tire after hitting a pot hole nearby. Very nice people
