Personal Best.The staff at Consolidated are excellent, although they weren t able to help me. For my situation, there was another hoop I had to jump through and I wasn t able to. At first I thought they should ve known of this extra procedure before we started. However, my particular title situation is one that most professionals don t fully realize, all that s involved until it crosses their desk. What I m acknowledging here is: their expediency in advising me that we were at a stopping point (the hoop I couldn t jump through); safeguarding and returning my original documents along with a refund; and most importantly, honesty throughout the whole process. Also, they did all this during the beginning of the COVID-19 close downs for many businesses. In fact, Consolidated was one of the first companies I m aware of to implement a remote working (working from home) procedures. That greatly impressed me. And, I didn t notice any great delays of services although a different person finished what another one started. So, Consolidated wasn t able to complete what I wanted, but it was a valuable learning process for me and A for effort with Consolidated. They gave their personal best and that s what counts.

We are a dealership that was required by a financing source to use CASI to process an out-of-state deal. CASI sent us a quote for the amount due, which we paid. 7 months later they sent us a bill because they under-quoted us. The bill was less than $20 but 7 MONTHS? They would not waive the fee.

Susie and the rest of the team at Consolidated are very knowledgeable in all aspects concerning our out of state titling needs. They are always friendly and ready to quickly quote any deals we have as not to hold up our customers. We here at Brad Windham's Used Cars would most definitely recommend!

We use Consolidated Auto Services for all of our out of state title needs for our boat dealership in Florida. Brandy is a pleasure to work with and always has quick response times. Highly recommend this company!

Consolidated helped me get a duplicate title during COVID-19 when phone lines were slammed. Their response times are a little slow but they are professional, accurate, and true to their word! I'm so thankful for their assistance.

They are wonderful people who are very positive but my experience continues at 2 1/2 months of title hell. I was titling in Nevada. Their list of documents failed to mention a bank requirement for Nevada (my bank is in Illinois) and was unclear about what lean information was need (not clear that they needed previous owners bank release in addition to my bank's lean). This would have been acceptable except they never called me nor sent an email to say there was an issue. In fact I can't recall one time they reached out to me for anything. I only learned of issues and delays when I called them. Some of the delays had been pending for weeks and yet I got nothing from them. Nothing.They are certainly capable of doing what they promise, but I found them to be terribly non-responsive.I will never use them again. I will never recommended them. I will forever describe them as the nicest people who never, ever, not for anything will follow up.Dane MaralasonBig D Trucking

We started using CASI several months ago and it's been great. Brandy is our rep and she's super helpful and quick to get whatever needs to be done done. They've made the process of getting our out-of-state deals completed so much easier
