I debated about doing a public review. It has not been a good experience at all for me or my family. Was misled on a vehicle from the start. The vehicle was advertised as a certified Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge vehicle. I was told that ment warrenty on vehicle. After running my credit, I was told no warrenty. I let myself be taken in on trained finance/sales tactics at that point. I asked to return the vehicle less than 48 business hours of purchase and even pay money to do so. Instead, they credited my bank (check in the mail) the extended warranty I was talked into. I am still stuck with a vehicle a week later. Plus, I found errors on the paperwork. The list is long. Buying local, I thought I would have a different experience. Did I mention the vehicle died twice and can't duplicate the problem. I did reach out to all branches of management with no success of customer satisfaction.I can pray that others get better all around service and that God softens their heart to do the right thing.

My personal experience visiting and searching for a vehicle has been spectacular! I d like to personally thank an employee by the name of Carmela Skaggs for such an excellent experience and for presenting myself and my family with a very welcoming demeanor and attitude! She s been a true life saver within my visits at this establishment & has made each and every detail very easy within all of my questions I d had. I will definitely be visiting again, Thank you!

I am very happy with their service department I have been doing my oil changes there. Carmela has been a very professional customer service representative. She cares about the customers and the service staff is friendly and they listen to your concerns.

I need to be honest here. I have yet to have a chance with sales but this reveiw as of now is for the service team. We bought elsewhere and moved here and metz is our local dealer... I do most of my work for the vehicles my self because I have had such bad experiences in the past...I'm a little scared but with that being said Crystal and her service team has had our vehicle on two separate occasions and we are blown away with their service. It is rare to find a place to trust but yet again they haven't missed a beat. To say we appreciate them is an understatement because normally if you don't buy there you tend to not get the best service and that is not the case here. I definitely recommend them and can say from my experience you in good hands here. Thanks again and we will start here for our next vehicle.

Robert did a fantastic job of showing me a vehicle with no pressure to buy. Even though I ended up not buying the vehicle, he did a great job of explaining things and allowing me to take my time for the test drive and everything.

Appreciate the service we got here when we did a high school fundraiser. They let us use the facility on a Saturday and Robert Lane was kind enough to open the service bay for us to use.

We called as we were traveling across the country about a problem with our jeep and Metz took us the next day! They looked at our jeep first thing while we waited in the clean and comfortable lounge. Within a 1/2 hour they had diagnosed our issue and we were on our way. Very friendly, fast and accommodating. Can t say enough positive things about this business!

Fantastic people here. If you live anywhere near them or have had a bad experience with a bad dealership do yourself a favor and give these folks a chance. Worth the trip especially if you think your only other choice is the horrible dealership in Mishawaka! Go see Jaylen, you won't be sorry! We have purchased 4 Ram trucks in 6 years, 3 brand new and these people have hands down been the best to work with. They honor veterans as well. They changed our view of vehicle buying experience for the best. No slimy sales people here, nice selection and fair prices.

Found a Challenger online and zipped up to Nappanee and bought it. Great people,small town atmosphere and super clean facility. Everyone I came in contact with was super nice. I'm glad I had the opportunity to buy my car from them.

Metz is the best! On time, first class service. I'm a lifetime Jeep owner , on my 5th new jeep. Have been to two other area jeep service departments. Metz is by far the best, and most friendly. Good hometown feel to customers.

I bought a car here and the experience was excellent. From the receptionist to the sales guy very pleasant people. John Snyder took care of me and my family. Great guy, no gimmicks, no pressure. Not judgmental just plain helpful all the way through. Best car salesman I ve ever encountered. No BS from John he s the real deal. Adam handled the loan and paperwork fast and painless. These guys deserve a raise. Great job guys thank you for everything. Definitely will be back. Highly recommend John Snyder.

We are out of town visitors and had an issue with our Gladiator. I called and they were able to get us in within a day. A different dealership couldn't get us in until the end of the week.

Very disappointed in the customer service, we tried to trade in vehicles, never heard back from Jose or Jalen via email or phone. I was told they had a new email system, and that is why they didn't get our emails. Jose told us he would get back with us the next day after we were in the dealership and help us, NOTHING. They did not even TRY to talk or help us, take your business elsewhere, somewhere they are professional and courteous. We took our business elsewhere and purchased 2 vehicles.

We were on the road when our SERVICE DEF SYSTEM light came on. We had to be out of our campground in two days. They the parts overnight and we were good to go the next day. Very nice folks to deal with

Stopped by unexpectedly Friday afternoon 5/12, we are traveling and had a leak on the underside of our Jeep. Service writer got us right in and the problem was resolved. Nice people, great service. If we lived in Nappanee IN, or close by, this would definitely be our Jeep dealer. Thank you.Tom
