Great service! Roldan was awesome and I didn't feel like he took advantage of me like most places! He explained everything to me and let me decide what I'd like done with my car! Will definitely be back for a transmission service, thank you roldan and your team for the fantastic experience!

I bring all my vehicles here for service due to being to busy with jobs and not enough time to work on my cars myself. But I truly believe they try there very best on all vehicles they work on the service is amazing and the whole crew are amazing to deal with and really just want to help and make sure your aware of any issues! My cars always run great taking them here for services! Thank you kindly!

The staff was super nice. I did wait a minute outside, but it was definitely not an issue. The oil change was super fast and everyone was super friendly. I highly recommend them for anyone and everyone.

Absolutely top notch. Went there for an oil change and was impressed with how courteous and fast everyone was. Talked with Roldan for just a second and over all it was pleasant.

Cheaper than Jiffy Lube. Great service. Went in for oil change based on mileage and employee showed me the oil stick with oil still looking very clean. Decided to come back later for oil change. All fluids were topped off at no charge.

Amazing people and even better service. The assistant manager is the absolute best. Knowledgeable and didn't try to just sell me services I didn't need. Highly recommend for the best oil change in Muncie!!

The oil change was great, quick, and the service was too but they forgot to check and fill the tires. They also dripped oil down my car which neither of those are a deal breaker. I would go back.

Went for oil change 9/16. Very next day noticed a lot of fluid on the ground, told my partner I think we are leaking oil. He said it wasn't. Fast forward to today and my truck is over heating. I wasn't leaking leaking coolant prior to my visit and a panel is broken. So the fluid I thought was oil was coolant. I'm contacting them tomorrow though I'm sure they will deny any wrong doing but how am I going to have damage like that under the hood. Y'all sabotaging vehicles to get more work!??? I hope you have cameras because I need answers.

I have been going to my dealership to get work done on my car for the entire 3 and a half years I have owned it. after coming here for an oil change on a whim I will never go somewhere else. Roland helped me and was so nice and explained everything in depth to me. I will be coming here for my car needs from now on!

Went to get oil changed on 8/27. They were supposed to open at 9:30 am. 1 person arrived at 9:50 am. and looked disheveled. I waited 10 min. more and then left. They never acknowledged that 3 customers were waiting or even looked at us. Rude and unprofessional.

Absolutely amazing service.Cera and Jeff at store 040165 in Muncie were great.They educated me on what my car needed and treated me vary well.Service was quick and professional and with the coupon not bad on the price.Highly recommend them over JiffyLube. The price at this location was 30$ less.Will be coming back for oil changes in the future.Services: Tires, Oil change
