Thom Cherry is the best! I m a 79 years old and I have been driving from New Castle for several years for them to take care of my car. They change my oil and check my car all over. They are so trust worthy and treat me so good. Always fix my car in very timely manner and the prices are very fair.

My son came in to get his motor replaced. They kept the car for almost a month and now the car still does not run. Brought the car back in and they want to charge another almost $600 for a negative battery cable and a bad shifter. Oh and $120 for a 3 mile tow. This is ridiculous. They refuse to admit any fault and continue to tell me that they have nothing to do with the car not running. $125 in parts and almost $400 for labor. Then the desk lady wanted to come out and tell me that I have no right or reason to leave a bad review. That was HIGHLY unprofessional. I wouldn't take my bicycle to this shop. Wouldn't have brought the car here to begin with if we didn't believe that this was the only shop we could use with our warranty. Also, the motor needed replaced due to overheating because of the clogged catalytic converter. They did NOT replace the catalytic converter.

I trusted Tom Cherry Muffler to do exhaust and a lot of mechanic work to my Corvette. All the work was top notch and they are easy to work with. They gave me detailed pricing before the work and completed everything to perfection. Thanks, Scott & Danny for a job well done...

The guys at Tom Cherry found the issue with my air leveling system on my Tahoe. Quick fix and very professional. I recommend them for all of your auto service needs! And they even do mufflers!

One of the nicest muffler shops around. They do excellent work at a fair price. I also take my vehicles here for just an oil change, as they are nicer/faster than Walmart and appreciate the work. I can't say enough nice things about this business. Take your cars here, you will be satisfied.

I have been coming to Tom Cherry for all my car repairs for many years. I am always greatful for there help keeping my car on the road. I trust the owner and the mechanics there. I also love the convenience that they will drop you off and pick you up during your car repair. Helps so much so I don't have to find someone to get a ride from. This will always be my go to place for repairs.

Awesome place to get your exhausts fixed for your car. Very professional and reasonable group of workers who give it their all on their customers cars. If you say they are a 1 star or 2 because it took to long or price was unfair, you go ahead and go do their job since you know how all about cars. If your car is taking time to get worked on, be patient and don t rush the workers you re going to make it worse. I would go here again no questions asked. Tom Cherry a great placeService: Exhaust

They are my go-to place for car repairs whether it's exhaust, brakes, or transmission. They always have gotten me in asap and gotten my car out asap, they are always very thorough when looking over my car and have always gotten my repairs fixed on the first time. They are very professional and curious through out the whole process whether it's updates or telling me when it's ready They are always very courteous.

Tom Cherry has been wonderful and has been very affordable (even though we all know that auto repairs aren't cheap), but I could not be as grateful for the work they do. They've been able to check my car, tell me what's wrong, then get me in within a week. One of the competitors quoted me almost 2000 more than what they quoted me to fix a problem I was having with my catalytic converters (the competition wanted at least $1000 per catalytic converter and I have 2 of them). I definitely found the auto shop I'll go to if I have any major problems.Service: Exhaust

We had my husband's car checked out to see if there were leaks in the muffler or battery. Not only did Tom Cherry Muffler get his car right in but they called and kept is updated on what was happening. The customer service here is amazing and I would definitely recommend this business to everyone in need. They aren't out there trying to take people's money for no reason, and that in this day and age is a rare find. We will definitely be back for all future needs. Scott and the guys took great care of me and my truck. Gave me a courtesy ride home so I could do some other things. Truck is as quite as it's ever been. Highly recommend TC to everyone. Reasonable prices as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else.Wm Cassell

Got a fair quote, upfront and honest, this business goes above and beyond for their customers, all staff friendly, shop is kept clean and organized, even took me home and picked me up which was important for a single mother. Excellent work on my vehicle. Very pleased and definitely will return for future work needed. Thanks to the entire friendly and helpful staff, you all rock. Oh and did i mention i got quoted 2 days for repair and was done in just a few hours. Now thats service and with a smile.

I ve had a few things on my car that they ve fixed. They are pleasant every time I call or come in. If I have any issues they get me in within that day or the next to get it fixed. They rebuilt my exhaust for half of what it should ve cost me. I normally don t do reviews, but I do believe they deserve one from me! My dad and I brought my car to Tom Cherry Muffler to find out what was wrong and how bad it was. They got us in right away and found the problem fast! The estimate was more than agreeable and it was done in no time! Great staff and customer service. My car sounds, and even runs better now!!

These folks are great. Scott and Ray are very friendly and professional as well as accommodating . Chris really knows his stuff when it comes to making a great sounding exhaust. I'm very particular and these guys 100% exceeded my expectations. Very nice work and very fair price. My truck sounds excellent. Thanks!!

My 06 Grand Prix had the exhaust fall out from under it while I was driving! I was recommended here by a colleague, and Tom's shop did not dissapoint! They provided excellent service, diagnosed my problem, and explained the problem in thorough detail. They gave me an excellent price and managed to get the whole thing fixed the same day I came in with the problem. I'm extremely satisfied!

We have been customers of Tom Cherry for as long as I can remember. They have serviced our personal and commercial vehicles for decades. They maintained several passenger vans back in the day, always at a fair price and always done right - which is why we've always gone back. They have even worked on Semi's for us.Nowadays, they work on our Toyota, Honda and BMW's. Many of the shop employees have been their for decades, and that says something about how they are treated and the atmosphere at Tom Cherry. The owner is active in the business and has always taken an interest in our repairs. Tom Cherry have always looked over our vehicles when we have them there and let us know of any potential issues that need attention now or in the near future. We always have peace of mind when we're on vacation that our vehicle is good to go! We find a lot of value in that!

I called right at 7:30 am when they opened and the owner said to come on in for a free estimate on my car. I showed up and they got me right in and out within 1 hour. The price was great and the service was friendly. I would recommend this business to all my friends. Thank you!

Had my muffler on my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 4WD 5.7ltr V-8 replaced with an X-pipe. Sounds great! Excellent service & price. Will use Scott & his shop again for my exhaust work again.TC

Got me in. Was honest about how long it would take. Drove me home when I dropped off my car which is great for a single woman with no family nearby. Price was reasonable I felt. Would go there again.

My old tailpipe fell off just before a trip I was supposed to take. They was able to squeeze me in and did on excellent job replacing my exhaust system.
