Grant made buying a car from out of state a breeze. No hidden fees, and I paid what he said I would pay, out the door. His communication was great (even responding to messages while he was on vacation) and made time to meet with me on my very limited availability to conduct the transaction. His after-sale communication has been great regarding the title transfer and my questions surrounding the used EV tax credit. All-around great experience. A+ in my books.

I had a great experience buying from here. As this was the first time buying used from a dealer, I had some hesitations, but Grant put all my fears at ease. He was very responsive and helpful in my communications with him, and was extremely honest about all aspects of the cars I was looking at. His prices were also very fair, and he didn't try to hide any extra costs either. Would certainly recommend to anyone.

I contacted this company about a 04 Pontiac GTO first he lied to me about the mileage on the car than he second time I contacted them I find it the reason hes over charging for the car is because it's a personal vehicle that hes not really trying to sell this company is shady i wouldn't recommend going here but it's your money

From Sandra Billings, I was in a tight pinch, my car had quit on me, and I had to get one fast because it is basically my office to get to and from my clients daily. So i went to the Car Cove. I met Grant he was great I tried out three cars and finally got the car I needed and liked financing was easy and affordable. My new car is running great so far, but I was smart enough to buy the extended warranty. So if you need a vehicle go see Grant he is a great guy.

Grant is a great person to deal with. He takes pride in the cars The Car Cove sells. Super responsive, very up front and follows through. I bought a car sight unseen and Grant went above and beyond to take any picture I requested and even helped with shipping and getting the car on the truck. It was exactly as advertised.

Was easy to finance, and Grant was a good man and stuck by his word and stuck new front brakes on for me. The car runs like a top... May have paid a little more for car than what it was worth but that is how it goes when you finance a vehicle. I have no complaints and would recommend Grant at Car Cove for anyone needing a quick vehicle. Thanks again Grant...

Most understanding & Convenient guy to do business with. My fianc� messaged him & within a week we found the right car for us & he had everything done by the time we got there to pick up & only spent 20 minutes there to test drive and sign paperwork. I would 100% recommend Grant & his dealership. I hate spending all day car shopping & he made it so simple.

Had a break down on Monday, got a new car with a great deal on Tuesday! Had issues with it, and took it in to be repaired on Wednesday, got it back running great and Thursday, and drove it to work of Friday. I went from having the worst week to having the best week.Kevin and Grant are life savers! They got me a great car with a great deal, and even worked with me on the down payment!Would recommend them to anyone!

Very happy with my 2005 Acura RSX.. I live 2 hours away from The Car Cove and decided to send a text message to the number i seen on the Craigslist ad..I asked a enormous amount of questions about the car and the response time was fantastic.. Very fast and friendly.. I decided to drive the 2 hours to look at the car and it was exactly as described if not better..The price was very affordable and price right.. I paid cash for the car and drove it the 2 hours home without any issues whatsoever...I highly recommend The Car Cove... Very professional and exactly as described... The car was super clean as well without any odor of smoke or mildew... It smelled very clean.. If you are looking for a great vehicle that is priced to sell then stop by The Car Cove and speak with Grant... He will not steer you wrong... Definitely a 5 star! Thank you Grant!

I will admit that this was my first real car shopping experience and I had been searching online for a few weeks before even stepping foot into the car lot. I had contacted several dealers but every one of them did not meet my few simple requests and every one of them were pushy except for Grant. When I came in he let me have my time to look at the vehicle. He didn't try to sugar coat anything and any questions I had he answered to the best of his ability (which is what we all want). The buying experience I had with Grant was so easy that I can immediately recommend him to my friends, he even went as far as fixing one of the minor issues with the vehicle at no extra charge to me. While his lot is pretty small all of the vehicles on there were good quality cars and they are always changing. If you hate pushy car salesmen and would rather get an honest opinion go visit Grant.

We was worried about how my daughter was going to get a vehicle in time so she did not miss work or school after a wreck. Mr. Grant posted a vehicle that was the size and budget for her. He quickly replied to my massages and gave information that was helpful beyound what I ask for. After speaking with my daughter and father, even more happy about this as he was very nice, respectful, and helpful.

Grant did a great job selling me a car from about 700 miles away! Navigating the sale and delivery wasn't simple but Grant was always available to respond to my concerns. I haven't met the man yet but he's one "used car salesman" I would actually shake hands with.

Grant was professional and efficient. I must say this is the best experience I ve had car shopping. I had my deposit and my car was ready for me!!!! Car is clean up to date and dependable. Fast process no long wait times handled very expeditiously. I would definitely recommend going here!!!!

Brad and Grant were a literal godsent for me. I purchased an as is car in February because I needed one ASAP after a family tragedy. The car was junk....I m not kidding literal junk. I have low credit and honestly didn t think I would get approved.Not only did I get approved but they got me in a newer car than the one I was looking at for a awesome down payment and monthly payment. I love my new Prius and I would recommend them to anyone for a vehicle. So if you re reading this wondering if you should go to them DO IT! They are amazing and super professional! To date I've bought 2 trucks from Grant and the deals I get and the experience improved each time. He has some cheap cash only vehicles that ppl complain about but they shouldn't considering what they are buying. Then he has or can get things like my '14 F350 that I paid well under market for even considering the mileage. You get what you pay for and you can wheel and deal with him. Hell I won't shoot him in the foot and give figures but he came down a lot to put me in the F350 when he knew he could sell it online for a lot better because I've been honest with him about what I want as he was honest with me about what I really needed (we disagree on gas vs diesel) . The folks giving him bad reviews either want something for nothing or have no Idea what they were looking at when they bought it. That's not on him.

Worked with Grant and Brad to get a newer vehicle recently. While they couldn't come down on the price of the vehicle much they made up for it by working hard to get me fair financing. Would recommend using them to anyone

I had a great salesman. Although he's no longer with you guys. He was great to talk to he knew his car's. And after market parts. He honestly came to the hospital when I had my lung collapsed. Really good dude. My buddy Austin also got his civic si from you guys. I'd definitely recommend you guys

Grant, the owner, is awesome to deal with. Vehicles are great quality, newer vehicles. He was really nice and he was easy to work with no horror stories here. I would totally recommend The Car Cove of Muncie, In. to anyone who was wanting a vehicle.
