I love SROA on Jackson St in Muncie. They are trustworthy with my storage and have very good customer service. I am very happy with them! I recommend them to everyone.

Don't buy the storage unit online they will give you a access code that don't work and you won't be able to access your unit until you can contact someone in the office. I also contacted head office over this issue and they gave me a temporary gate code that also did not work so I purchased a storage unit that I am not able to access. Go somewhere else once this place has your money good luck getting any help

Mathew is a joy to work with. He is very professional, Answers all questions to ensure you are getting the proper size unit. I highly recommend letting Mathew on Jackson Street take care of your storage needs.

I absolutely have loved the experience of renting with SROA on Jackson St in Muncie, IN. Thank you so very much to Candace in particular for her courtesy and service with a smile and prompt attention to email communication. It s been easy to pay my bill the past 2 months, and a lifesaver on the first 3 months discount on their highly secure storage sheds. I m very pleased to recommend them. Thank You

Our first encounter with Community Storage was with Angi. She was great! She even gave me a start from her plant. I was concerned about the elements getting into the unit, since we rented over the winter. We checked on our items several times, and there was never a problem. The facility is well maintained, well lite & well located. I would highly recommend it.

Pulled up to the property Candace was walking the grounds picking up the trash. Greeted me from where she was came over introduced herself and we walked in and asked us what we needed and how could she help. Very friendly walked climate control area and she showed us the size of our unit we needed along with another option. Appreciate customer service like this.

they are wonderful they send emails out when I forget to send a payment. grounds are clean units are nice well kept up, and anything you need to move is there on sight from tape to trucks and the manager on 32 will find the right truck for you if they don't have it on hand. very friendly and polite and everything can be taken care of with in a couple emails or a phone call.

Had a fantastic experience storing my stuff at the Jackson site - Angie is so warm and welcoming. She made the whole set up process effortless. My stuff was kept clean and safe. Strongly recommend.

Candace is very knowledgeable and professional. The location is nicely located right off the high way. The property was nicely maintained. Seems to be secure and safe. Prices seem to be competitive. Would not hesitate to rent from this location.

Candace was very helpful in choosing the right size storage unit for my continued use, as I am down sizing from 2 units to 1. She was very knowlegdeable and friendly. She helped me to decide to continue to stay with these new owners.

We have been renting a unit for over a year now and we just got another unit. Great prices too. Every time I call or show up the staff is always full of smiles and welcomes you as tho you are family. We love it here.

Storage Rentals of America bought out Stay-Lock-Storage and has raised the monthly storage price every year sometimes twice a year , no upgrades , most of the time facility is not attended , electronic gate is broken most of the time , This place is just here to take peoples money , would not recommend this place to anyone ..

Angie is so inviting and very friendly! The units are clean, and affordable. PLUS, they're only 15 minutes from home! I have 24/7 access to all my precious treasures, until I can get them moved into my new home. I'm glad I found StayLcck Storage on East Jackson Street, Muncie, IN. :)

Community Storage is an exceptional self storage facility not only because the facility itself is superior with well designed and maintained units and easy access, but also because it is so well managed. I received very thoughtful help from the manager Angie Aten when arranging for my moving company to deliver and unload my belongings to the site on E. Jackson St. in Muncie. She went out of her way to offer help with logistics (I had lost a key for my van) and local information and clearly takes pride in her work and in the facility.

I would never recommend Community Storage to anyone. I have rented storage facilities all over the country and have never been hounded if I was a day late with my payment as I was here. Once fees are added I am definitely not going to pay until the next payment is due. The rental fees are higher than anywhere else and fees are higher. Nothing is more safe than any other storage unit to warrant higher cost. The only thing I see is that it looks better on the outside. The only reason I left my belongings there was convenience to where I was located. I didn't need to be reminded by phone and by email about payment status.

I have had a unit at the Jackson Street location for almost 2 years. They keep the facility clean and secure! Angie is always a great help when I need her...just rented a second unit!

Angie is an amazing worker! She is always able to answer any question I may have and always smiling and very friendly!. The storages I've rented are in great condition and it's close and easy to get to!!

We are so happy with Angie Aten at Community Storage on E. Jackson St. in Muncie! She is so helpful and knowledgeable and this was my first experience with any storage facility! My daughter attends Taylor University and this facility (we had an air conditioned one over this summer) was easy to access and understand! We live in NC and the location of this facility is right on our route. Angie even helped us with our move out of storage by arranging our U-Haul van so we could move our daughter back to Taylor University for this fall. Angie made the move in and the move out easy! I HIGHLY recommend you take your storage needs to Angie Aten at Community Storage on E. Jackson St. in Muncie!

Can t reach the company to pay my bill. Website does mot recognize me. No one answers their phone number. Guess I will just go move everything out. New owners apparently means abandonment instead of smooth transitions.

People are always friendly and helpful. If you are looking for temporary storage, my recommendation would be Community storage. Place is kept clean and neat. Have never had a problem with them.

I'm moving from Florida and needed storage, the young lady who helped me Angie was so helpful in getting me setup in unit in just a few minutes, one less thing to worry about. I highly recommend Community Storage.

Very helpful in picking appropriate size. Made a lot of helpful suggestions. Facilities very clean.Now we have moved items in, it is very easy to access. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

I have not put anything in there yet do to having to use your guys padlock. Ive heard from a couple ppl that the maintenance man goes in and steals peoples atuff don t think it s right for people to rent your storages containers and have to use your lock. Then you guys can come and go as you please rummaging thru ppls stuff

Got my unit at noon on a Sunday, was moving in by two. The customer service lady(unable to remember her name) was very helpful and understanding.
